Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1. A method of treating anxiety or depression in mammals, comprising administering to the mammal a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of Formula (I):
or a stereoisomeric form thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt form thereof.
2. The method of claim 1 , wherein said compound is 4-(2-butylamino)2,7-dimethyl-8-(2-methyl-6-methoxypyrid-3-yl)[1,5-a]-pyrazolo-1,3,5-triazine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt form thereof.
3. The method of claim 1 , wherein said therapeutically effective amount comprises 0.002 to 200 mg/kg of body weight daily.
4. The method of claim 1 , wherein said therapeutically effective amount comprises 0.01 to 10 mg/kg of body weight in divided doses one to four times a day.
5. The method of claim 1 , wherein said therapeutically effective amount comprises 0.01 to 10 mg/kg of body weight in sustained release formulation.
6. An article of manufacture comprising:
a) a packaging material;
b) a compound of Formula (I):
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt form thereof; and
