Abstract

A radiographic apparatus includes a detection section including photoelectric conversion elements that detect radiation that has been transmitted through a subject. The apparatus has a substantially rectangular detection surface; and a housing that contains the detection section. The housing has a handle in an area along a longer side of the detection surface when viewed along a direction normal to the detection surface.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1. A radiographic apparatus for detecting radiation that has been transmitted through a subject, the apparatus comprising:
 a detection section formed in a rectangular shape, that detects radiation radiated through a subject and that includes photoelectric conversion elements arranged on a detection surface;
 a power-supply that generates power for the photoelectric conversion elements; and
 a housing that has a handle and contains the detection section and the power-supply,
 wherein at least a part of the power-supply is mounted to the handle and the power-supply is disposed between the detection section and the handle, and
 wherein the handle is disposed on a longer side of the detection section and has a hole for carrying the radiographic apparatus, the hole being smaller than the detection section.

     2. A radiographic apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the hole extends all the way through the handle from a top surface thereof to a bottom surface thereof.
