Abstract

A new variety of rose plant of the Floribunda class, being derived as a sport of the rose "Merko", and differing therefrom in its light pink coloration, as compared to the strong orange of the original stock. Flower size ranges from 3" to 4" when full blown.

An asexually-reproduced rose plant of the Floribunda class, substantially as herein illustrated and described, namely, a sport of the Merko variety, and characterized particularly in the light pink coloration of its blooms, in addition to the abundance of its blooms, even though usually borne singly.
