Abstract
The present invention discloses a foldable structure with an automatically lifting slope and a treadmill using the same, where a front portion of a support frame is pivoted on a base frame via a first rotating shaft extending left and right; a front portion of the workbench is pivoted at a rear portion of the support frame via a second rotating shaft extending left and right; and a telescopic rod has a front portion hinged on the base frame and a rear portion hinged on the workbench.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A foldable structure with an automatically lifting slope, comprising a base frame, a support frame, a workbench, and a telescopic rod, wherein
the base frame is fixedly arranged;
a front portion of the support frame is pivoted on the base frame via a first rotating shaft extending left and right, and a rear portion of the support frame is movably arranged;
a front portion of the workbench is pivoted at the rear portion of the support frame via a second rotating shaft extending left and right, and a rear portion of the workbench is movably arranged; and
the telescopic rod is located below the support frame and the workbench, a front portion of the telescopic rod hinged on the base frame and a rear portion of the telescopic rod hinged on the workbench, such that after retracting, the telescopic rod is configured to pull the workbench to move forwards and drive the rear portion of the support frame to swing upwards, thus supporting the front portion of the workbench, and after extending, the telescopic rod is configured to push against the rear portion of the workbench to swing upwards, enabling the workbench to stand up.

The foldable structure with an automatically lifting slope according to claim 1 , wherein the second rotating shaft is higher than the first rotating shaft, such that when retracting to pull the workbench to move forwards, the telescopic rod is configured to drive the rear portion of the support frame to swing upwards and support the front portion of the workbench.

The foldable structure with an automatically lifting slope according to claim 1 , wherein a hinge point between the telescopic rod and the base frame is located below the first rotating shaft, and the telescopic rod is inclined, with a front end of the telescopic rod being lower than a rear end of the telescopic rod, such that after extending, the telescopic rod is configured to push against the rear portion of the workbench to swing upwards, enabling the workbench to stand up.

The foldable structure with an automatically lifting slope according to claim 1 , wherein a first limit portion is formed on the support frame, a second limit portion is formed on the workbench, the first limit portion and the second limit portion are located on a front side of the second rotating shaft, and when the rear portion of the workbench swings upwards, the second limit portion is configured to abut downwards onto the first limit portion to limit the swing between the workbench and the support frame.

The foldable structure with an automatically lifting slope according to claim 4 , wherein the first limit portion is U-shaped with an opening facing upwards, and the second limit portion is configured to slide into the first limit portion from the opening of the U-shaped first limit portion to abut the first limit portion.
6 . The foldable structure with an automatically lifting slope according to claim 1 , wherein a support frame limiting apparatus is disposed between the base frame and the support frame, and the support frame limiting apparatus is configured to limit a swing angle range of the support frame.

The foldable structure with an automatically lifting slope according to claim 1 , wherein a bottom side of the rear portion of the workbench is provided with a roller, when the telescopic rod extends or retracts to enable the workbench to be on a horizontal level, the rear portion of the workbench falls on a ground via the roller, the roller is configured to roll forward and backward, the telescopic rod retracts to pull the workbench to move forwards, drive the rear portion of the support frame to swing forwards, and support the front portion of the workbench, the roller remains on the ground, and the telescopic rod extends to push against the rear portion of the workbench to swing upwards, enabling the workbench to stand up.

The foldable structure with an automatically lifting slope according to claim 1 , wherein a front portion of the base frame is mounted with an upright rod, a bottom end of the upright rod is fixed on the base frame, a top end of the upright rod is pivoted with a handrail via a handrail pivot shaft extending left and right, a connecting rod is further provided, an upper end of the connecting rod and the handrail are eccentrically pivoted in relation to the handrail pivot shaft, and a lower end of the connecting rod and the support frame are eccentrically pivoted in relation to the first rotating shaft, such that the support frame and the handrail achieve hinged rotation via the connecting rod, allowing the workbench to swing forwards and stand up under a hinge of the handrail when the workbench needs to stand up, and allowing the workbench to swing and extend backwards under the hinge of the handrail after the workbench is lowered.
