Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the field of machining and production of a tool table. Disclosed is a tool table convenient for folding, comprising a table plate body having a concave accommodating cavity at a bottom thereof, two ends of each of parallel rotating shafts being respectively rotatably connected to side walls of the accommodating cavity at the corresponding sides; support legs, an end of each of the support legs being connected to a rotating shaft and the support legs being mounted in the accommodating cavity in a foldable manner, and a connecting plate being fixedly connected between the two support legs; and reinforcing rods, which are hollow rods with a square cross section are provided between the two rotating shafts, an end of each of the reinforcing rods being connected to a rotating shaft.

1 . A tool table convenient for folding, comprising:
 a table plate body having a concave accommodating cavity at a bottom thereof;   two rotating shafts provided in parallel in the accommodating cavity, wherein two ends of each of the rotating shafts are respectively rotatably connected to side walls of the accommodating cavity at the corresponding sides;   support legs, wherein an end of each of the support legs is connected to the rotating shaft and the support legs are mounted in the accommodating cavity in a foldable manner; in a use state, the support legs are unfolded to support the table plate body, and in a non-use state, the support legs at two sides are folded towards the center of the bottom of the table plate body; and   each of the rotating shafts is provided with two support legs, a connecting plate is fixedly connected between the two support legs, and two ends of the connecting plate are respectively fixedly connected to the support legs at the corresponding sides;   reinforcing rods, which are hollow rods with a square cross section and are provided between the two rotating shafts, wherein an end of each of the reinforcing rods is connected to the rotating shaft, the distal end of each of the reinforcing rods is provided with a clamping groove used for clamping with the rotating shaft at a corresponding side, the clamping groove opens downwards, and a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft at a corresponding position is embedded in the clamping groove;   a gear transmission structure connected to the rotating shafts, wherein a transmission motion is generated between gears as the rotating shafts rotate, so that the rotating shafts rotate steadily;   and a blocking plate provided below the gear transmission structure and connected to a top wall of the accommodating cavity by means of a fixing component, wherein a guiding anti-falling cavity for accommodating the gear transmission structure is formed therebetween; and the blocking plate further comprises:   knobs, wherein a rod portion of each knob is perpendicularly connected to the blocking plate; and when the support legs are in a folded state, the knobs clamp the connecting plate, and fix the folded position of the support legs.

The tool table convenient for folding according to  claim 1 , wherein the gear transmission structure comprises straight racks having an end connected to the rotating shafts, the straight racks extend towards the rotating shaft at an opposite side, the two straight racks are provided in parallel and sawteeth thereof are opposite, gears are provided between the sawteeth of the two straight racks, and the outer peripheries of the gears are engaged with the sawteeth of the straight racks.

The tool table convenient for folding according to  claim 2 , wherein a positioning cylinder having a vertically downward hollow structure is formed on a top wall of the accommodating cavity, and the gears are coaxially sleeved on the outer periphery of the positioning cylinder. 
     
     
         4 . The tool table convenient for folding according to  claim 1 , wherein the connection portions between the reinforcing rods and the rotating shafts are located on the opposite outer sides of the support legs on the corresponding sides. 
     
     
         5 . The tool table convenient for folding according to  claim 1 , wherein limiting plates extending downwards are formed on the top wall of the accommodating cavity, and the limiting plates are provided in groups of pairs in parallel, and are respectively provided at two sides of the corresponding reinforcing rods, so as to limit the horizontal displacement of the reinforcing rods. 
     
     
         6 . The tool table convenient for folding according to  claim 1 , wherein the edge of the connecting plate close to the knobs is thinner than the edge of the connecting plate away from the knobs.
