Abstract

The present application relates to a counterweight-mounted pitch electric heater, including a housing assembly, an air heating device, a control device and a counterweight block, wherein the housing assembly includes a base and a shell; and the air heating device, the control device and the counterweight block are mounted on the shell. Turning the shell over relative to the base can change a direction of heated air, and adapt to the heating needs of different heights. Since the control device, the air heating device and the counterweight block are distributed on the shell from top to bottom along a length direction of the shell, and the base and the shell are rotatably connected near the air heating device, when the shell is turned over relative to the base, the counterweight block can counteract an acting force exerted by the control device at the top of the shell.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A counterweight-mounted pitch electric heater, comprising a housing assembly ( 10 ), an air heating device ( 20 ), a control device ( 30 ) and a counterweight block ( 40 ), wherein
the housing assembly ( 10 ) comprises a base ( 11 ) and a shell ( 12 ), wherein the shell ( 12 ) is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and the shell ( 12 ) is arranged on the base ( 11 ) in a manner of turning over up and down; the control device ( 30 ), the air heating device ( 20 ) and the counterweight block ( 40 ) are mounted on the shell ( 12 ) from top to bottom; a junction between the base ( 11 ) and the shell ( 12 ) is adjacent to the air heating device ( 20 ); and the counterweight block ( 40 ) is configured to raise the center of gravity at the bottom of the shell ( 12 ), so that the base ( 11 ) is kept to stand when the shell ( 12 ) is tilted relative to the base ( 11 ).

         2 . The counterweight-mounted pitch electric heater according to claim 1 , wherein the base ( 11 ) comprises a base plate ( 111 ) and a fixed bracket ( 112 ), the fixed bracket ( 112 ) is arranged on the base plate ( 111 ), and the shell ( 12 ) is rotatably connected to the fixed bracket ( 112 ).

         3 . The counterweight-mounted pitch electric heater according to claim 2 , wherein the fixed bracket ( 112 ) is U-shaped.

4 . The counterweight-mounted pitch electric heater according to claim 2 , wherein the fixed bracket ( 112 ) is rotatably connected to the base ( 11 ).

5 . The counterweight-mounted pitch electric heater according to claim 2 , wherein a rotary limiting structure is arranged between the base ( 11 ) and the shell ( 12 ), and the rotary limiting structure is configured to limit a tilt angle of the shell ( 12 ) relative to the base ( 11 ).

         6 . The counterweight-mounted pitch electric heater according to claim 1 , wherein the shell ( 12 ) is strip-shaped.

         7 . The counterweight-mounted pitch electric heater according to claim 1 , wherein the air heating device ( 20 ) comprises an air duct housing ( 21 ), a heating element ( 22 ) and a fan assembly ( 23 ); the heating element ( 22 ) is located in the air duct housing ( 21 ); and the air duct housing ( 21 ) and the fan assembly ( 23 ) are horizontally distributed in the shell ( 12 ).

         8 . The counterweight-mounted pitch electric heater according to claim 1 , wherein the control device ( 30 ) comprises a human-computer interaction module ( 31 ) and a control circuit board ( 32 ); the control circuit board ( 32 ) is electrically connected to the human-computer interaction module ( 31 ) and the air heating device ( 20 ), respectively; and the human-computer interaction module ( 31 ) and the control circuit board ( 32 ) are both distributed on the top of the shell ( 12 ).

9 . The counterweight-mounted pitch electric heater according to claim 1 , wherein the housing assembly ( 10 ) further comprises a lifting handle ( 13 ), and the lifting handle ( 13 ) is arranged on the top of the shell ( 12 ).

         10 . The counterweight-mounted pitch electric heater according to claim 1 , further comprising an anti-tipping sensor ( 50 ), wherein the anti-tipping sensor ( 50 ) is arranged on the base ( 11 ), and the anti-tipping sensor ( 50 ) is electrically connected to the control device ( 30 ).
