Abstract

The invention relates to a prefabricated and rein-forced housing module, designed to be transportable by convention-al transport means on conventional transport routes, such as road trucks, maritime transport and similar. The housing module comprises a generally rectangular main structural frame that defines two lateral sides, two ends, a floor and a roof of the housing module and the dimensions of the transportable module, wherein the housing module also comprises external attachments or fittings on a lateral side thereof, facing outwards on the respective side, to define a transport side with the aim of enabling the module to be transported on that side tipped at 90°.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A prefabricated and reinforced living module, which is designed to be transportable by conventional means of transport on conventional transport routes, such as trucks on roads, maritime transport and the like, the living module characterized in that it comprises:
A generally rectangular main structural frame, which defines two lateral sides, two ends, a floor and a roof of the living module, which also defines the dimensions of the transportable module, a secondary structure on each of the lateral sides, ends, floor and roof, which reinforces and defines the internal structure of the living module, where the lateral sides define the walls of the living module that may comprise windows, doors, basic service installations and the like, where the ends define walls of the living module that may comprise windows, doors, basic service installations and the like, where the floor is defined by a flat panel reinforced and adapted for residential use, where the roof is defined by a generally flat or slightly inclined upper panel, where the living module also comprises external fixings or fittings in one of its lateral sides, oriented outwards on the respective side, to define a transport side in order to provide the capacity to be transported on that side in a 90-degree tilted manner.

2 . The prefabricated living module of claim 1 , characterized in that the fixings provided at the corners of the transport side are standard fixings used in the transport of containers, preferably maritime containers.

3 . The prefabricated living module of claim 1 , characterized in that the fixings provided on the Transport side are spaced and sized according to the standard for maritime transport containers.

4 . The prefabricated living module of claim 1 , characterized in that the transport side has slots for forklifts to insert the fork of a forklift, allowing easy handling during loading, unloading, in warehouses, construction sites and during installation.

5 . The prefabricated living module of claim 1 , characterized in that the transport side has a reinforced structure to provide greater stability during transport.

6 . The prefabricated housing module of claim 1 , characterized in that the floor of the housing module has a reinforced structure to allow for residential use.

7 . The prefabricated housing module of claim 1 , in that the outer part of the floor side of the housing module has fixings or legs to accommodate the module in the place where it will be installed.

8 . The prefabricated housing module of claim 1 , in that the outer part of the floor side of the housing module has slots for forklifts to insert the fork of a forklift, allowing easy handling in warehouses, construction sites and during installation.

9 . The prefabricated housing module of claim 1 , in that the roof of the housing module has a structure that allows for water evacuation.

10 . The prefabricated housing module of claim 1 , in that the prefabricated housing module defines living spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms, balconies, internal or external stairs, among others.

11 . The prefabricated living module of claim 1 , in that the living module comprises intermediate structures to define internal partitions and partitions that provide the different habitable spaces.

12 . The prefabricated living module of claim 1 , in that the living module has the dimensions of a standard maritime container at least on the transport side in order to be able to be transported by conventional means of transport specially adapted for the transport of maritime containers.

13 . The prefabricated living module of claim 1 , in that the living module is implemented from a specially adapted maritime transport container.

14 . The prefabricated living module of claim 1 , in that the living module has fixings or fittings on the opposite side of the transport side, to accommodate a second module or another standard container on top when the module is being transported.
