Abstract

The present invention provides a textile fabric with patterns and a three-dimensional (3D) color shimmer effect, and a functional shoe insole, shoe tongue, and shoe upper incorporating said fabric. The textile fabric comprises multiple yarns arranged at intervals in either the vertical or horizontal direction, knitted in warp or weft direction to form elongated protrusions and recesses alternately arranged on one side, with recesses positioned between adjacent protrusions. The yarns include at least a first yarn and a second yarn, where the first yarn has a first color and the second yarn has a second color. Each protrusion includes a first side surface and a second side surface, formed by the first and second yarns, respectively, while each recess is formed by either the first or second yarn.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A textile fabric with patterns and a three-dimensional (3D) color shimmer effect, comprising at least:
a textile fabric, formed as a sheet-like structure with a defined length, width, and thickness; and multiple yarns, each having an appropriate length and arranged at intervals in either the vertical (up-down) or horizontal (left-right) direction, interwoven by knitting in the warp or weft direction to form the textile fabric, wherein the fabric includes multiple elongated protrusions and recesses alternately arranged at intervals, each protrusion and recess being located on one side of the textile fabric, with each recess positioned between the adjacent protrusions; wherein the multiple yarns define and include at least a first yarn and a second yarn, and wherein the side of the textile fabric or the surface of the multiple yarns is selected from a group consisting of being covered with a coating layer or not being covered with the coating layer, the coating layer including a water-repellent agent and an adhesive material.

2 . The textile fabric according to claim 1 , wherein:
the first yarn is characterized by a first color; the second yarn is characterized being selected at least from a group consisting of a second color, partially light-transmitting properties, and fully light-transmitting properties; each protrusion includes a first side surface and a second side surface being corresponding in cross-section; the first side surface is formed at least by the first yarn, and the second side surface is formed at least by the second yarn; each recess is formed at least by being selected from a group consisting of the first yarn and the second yarn.

3 . The textile fabric according to claim 2 , wherein the first color is blue, and the second color is orange.

4 . The textile fabric according to claim 2 , wherein the first color is green or dark brown, and the second color is yellow.

5 . The textile fabric according to claim 2 , wherein the first color is red or pink, and the second color is white or black.

6 . The textile fabric according to claim 1 , wherein the first yarn or the second yarn is made of a polyester fiber containing copper ions.

7 . The textile fabric according to claim 2 , wherein the first yarn or the second yarn is made of a polyester fiber containing copper ions.

8 . The textile fabric according to claim 1 , wherein the multiple yarns further include a third yarn made of polyester fiber containing copper ions, the third yarn being incorporated into each protrusion or each recess.

9 . The textile fabric according to any one of claim 2 , wherein the multiple yarns further include a third yarn made of polyester fiber containing copper ions, the third yarn either being alternately or additionally incorporated into each protrusion or being additionally incorporated into each recess.

10 . The textile fabric according to any one of claims 2 , further including a third yarn made of polyester fiber containing copper ions, the third yarn either being alternately or additionally incorporated into the first side surface or the second side surface, or being additionally incorporated into each recess.

11 . A shoe insole comprising the textile fabric according to claim 1 .

12 . The shoe insole according to claim 11 , wherein a direction of each protrusion and each recess is oriented transversely to a longitudinal axis of the shoe insole.

13 . A shoe upper comprising the textile fabric according to claim 2 .
