Control apparatus for handheld packaging machine
Abstract
Disclosed is a control apparatus for a handheld packaging machine. An inching switch is arranged on the front of a lower side of a grip handle, and the startup of a steering engine electric motor is independently controlled by the inching switch. A controller detects signals of the inching switch all the time; determines, once detecting signal corresponding to the inching switch being switched on, whether a travel detection switch is in place; controls, if the travel detection switch is not in place, the steering engine electric motor to operate in an unlocking direction; and controls, if the signal corresponding to the inching switch being switched on is not detected, the steering engine electric motor to operate in a corresponding locking direction. The apparatus performs independent control by means of an inching switch, and when still in a handheld state, can make as needed a handheld packaging machine with a strap loaded enter a locking state, such that the problem of strap falling can be solved, and the quality is ensured; and since the inching switch of the apparatus is arranged on the front of a lower side of a grip handle of the handheld packaging machine, the apparatus can be conveniently operated in the handheld state, such that the inching switch is operated in a timely manner and continuously pressed as needed, and thus the operation of the handheld packaging machine is more flexible.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A control apparatus for a handheld packaging machine, the handheld packaging machine comprising a grip handle, a steering engine electric motor, a tensioning belt working motor and a welding working motor, wherein an inching switch is arranged on the front of a lower side of a grip handle, the inching switch is connected to a controller of the handheld packaging machine, and the startup of the steering engine electric motor is independently controlled by the inching switch, after startup, the controller detects signals of the inching switch all the time, determines, once detecting signal corresponding to the inching switch being switched on, whether a travel detection switch is in place, controls, if the travel detection switch is not in place, the steering engine electric motor to operate in an unlocking direction, and controls, if the signal corresponding to the inching switch being switched on is not detected, the steering engine electric motor to operate in a corresponding locking direction; the travel detection switch detects whether a swing arm is rotated to a limited angle in an unlocking direction.
2 . The control apparatus for the handheld packaging machine of claim 1 , wherein the inching switch is an automatic reset switch.
3 . The control apparatus for the handheld packaging machine of claim 1 , wherein the position of the inching switch corresponds to the position suitable for operation by an index finger when the grip handle is held by a hand.
4 . The control apparatus for the handheld packaging machine of claim 1 , wherein a second switch is further arranged on the handheld packaging machine, the second switch is connected to the controller, and the second switch serves as a start switch in an automatic tensioning and automatic continuous welding mode; the second switch does not control the starting and shutting down of the steering engine electric motor.
5 . The control apparatus for the handheld packaging machine of claim 4 , wherein a third switch is further arranged on the handheld packaging machine, the third switch is connected to the controller, and the third switch serves as a start switch for the welding working motor in a tensioning and welding separate control mode, the second switch serves as a start switch for the tensioning working motor in the tensioning and welding separate control mode; the third switch does not control the starting and shutting down of the steering engine electric motor.
6 . The control apparatus for the handheld packaging machine of claim 1 , wherein when the steering engine electric motor operates in an unlocking direction for a set time, the steering engine electric motor is shut down; when the steering engine electric motor operates in a locking direction for a set time, the steering engine electric motor is shut down.
7 . The control apparatus for the handheld packaging machine of claim 6 , wherein when the steering engine electric motor operates in an unlocking direction or is in a stop state, a controller controls, if the signal corresponding to the inching switch being switched on is not detected, the steering engine electric motor to operate in a corresponding locking direction.
8 . The control apparatus for the handheld packaging machine of claim 1 , wherein when the steering engine electric motor operates in a locking direction, a controller, once detecting a signal corresponding to the inching switch being switched on, controls the steering engine electric motor to stop, and at the stop state, the controller determines, once detecting a signal corresponding to the inching switch being switched on, whether a travel detection switch is in place, controls, if the travel detection switch is not in place, the steering engine electric motor to operate in an unlocking direction.
9 . The control apparatus for the handheld packaging machine of claim 1 , wherein the controller is a single-chip microcomputer.
10 . The control apparatus for the handheld packaging machine of claim 1 , wherein the grip handle is a fixed handle.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
