Beach game and rack assemblies

Abstract

The present invention is a game assembly that includes at least one rack with two risers and either a double stake configuration or a base, at least one throwing device, and a carrying case. In one embodiment, the assembly includes at least two racks. In another embodiment, the game assembly includes a plurality of throwing devices. The racks may also be used as a support system for planar and/or elongated devices.

1 . A game assembly comprising
 at least one target rack consisting of a vertically configured first and second scoring riser; and   at least one throwing device configured in a ring shape;   wherein the at least one target rack is attached to a base,   wherein the target rack comprises an upward facing curve between the first scoring riser and the second scoring riser,   wherein the upward facing curve and the first scoring riser and the second scoring riser together provide means for supporting the at least one throwing device within the upward facing curve, and   wherein the distance between the first scoring riser and the second scoring riser is no greater than the inside diameter of the throwing device.   
     
     
         2 . The game assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the base is from 20-28 inches in length. 
     
     
         3 . The game assembly of  claim 1 , further comprising a container for storing the at least one target rack and the at least one throwing device. 
     
     
         4 . The game assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one throwing device is a plurality of throwing devices. 
     
     
         5 . The game assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one throwing device is fabricated from rope. 
     
     
         6 . The game assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the first scoring riser and the second scoring riser have different lengths. 
     
     
         7 . The game assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the first scoring riser of the at least one target rack is 14-18 inches in height and the second scoring riser is 12-16 inches in height. 
     
     
         8 . The game assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the target rack is non-removably attached to the base. 
     
     
         9 . The game assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the target rack is removably attached to the base. 
     
     
         10 . The game assembly of  claim 9 , wherein the base comprises a small base and a large base, wherein the small base is about 6-12 inches wide, and the large base is about 20-28 inches wide. 
     
     
         11 . The game assembly of  claim 10 , wherein the target rack is attached to the small base using a plurality of screws, and the large base slides securely onto the target rack and the small base. 
     
     
         12 . The game assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the base is circular. 
     
     
         13 . The game assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the base is conical. 
     
     
         14 . The game assembly of  claim 10 , wherein the small base is circular. 
     
     
         15 . The game assembly of  claim 10 , wherein the large base is conical. 
     
     
         16 . The game assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the base is constructed from plastic, bamboo, wood, rubber, or metal. 
     
     
         17 . The game assembly of  claim 10 , wherein the small base and the large base are constructed from the same material, wherein the material is selected from the group consisting of plastic, bamboo, wood, rubber, and metal. 
     
     
         18 . The game assembly of  claim 10 , wherein the small base and the large base are constructed from different materials, wherein the material is selected from the group consisting of plastic, bamboo, wood, rubber, and metal. 
     
     
         19 . The game assembly of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one throwing device further comprises a weighted portion. 
     
     
         20 . A game assembly consisting of
 at least one target rack consisting of a vertically configured first and second scoring riser; and   at least one throwing device configured in a ring shape;   wherein the at least one target rack is attached to a base,   wherein the target rack comprises an upward facing curve between the first scoring riser and the second scoring riser, and   the upward facing curve and the first and second scoring riser together provide means for supporting the at least one throwing device within the upward facing curve, and   wherein the distance between the first scoring riser and the second scoring riser is no greater than the inside diameter of the throwing device.
