Long handled double brush

Abstract

A hairbrush with two sets of bristles attached at adjustable angles. The bristles are attached to a long handle comprising a built-up portion to allow for easier hair brushing. The adjustable double set of bristles allows for the brush to wrap more around the head, decreasing the need for reaching overhead.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A hairbrush comprising a handle portion and a bristle head portion, the handle portion comprising an enlarged grip portion and an extension portion extending from the grip portion, a bristle head portion attached to the extension portion of the handle, wherein the bristle head portion comprises a first bristle head and second bristle head which are connected to each other via hinge portion. 
     
     
         2 . The hairbrush of  claim 1 , wherein the first bristle head comprises first bristles and the second bristle head comprises second bristles. 
     
     
         3 . The hairbrush of  claim 1 , wherein the first bristle head and the second bristle head can be adjusted along hinge portion from a flat configuration to an angled configuration. 
     
     
         4 . The hairbrush of  claim 3 , wherein the first bristle head and the second bristle head are positioned at about 135-degree angle to each other. 
     
     
         5 . The hairbrush of  claim 1 , wherein the handle is approximately one foot in length. 
     
     
         6 . The hairbrush of  claim 1 , wherein first bristle head and second bristle head are connected with the bendable wires in the hinge portion. 
     
     
         7 . The hairbrush of  claim 1 , wherein the enlarged grip portion is formed of a thick foam to allow for easier handling.
