Claims

Abstract

A repairing device, including a main body, an adapter component, and a first stake. The main body extends along a first direction, is provided with a connecting component, and is used for being fixed to a fence post. Along the first direction, the adapter component is located on one side of the main body. It has a connecting portion and a force-receiving portion arranged sequentially along a second direction, with the connecting portion connected to the main body. Along the first direction, the first stake is located on a side of the adapter component opposite the main body. The first stake and the adapter component are separate components, and the first stake is fixedly connected to the force-receiving portion. The first and second directions are set at an angle to each other.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A repairing device, configure for connecting with a fence post, comprising:
 a main body, wherein the main body is arranged to extend along a first direction, the main body is provided with a connecting component, and the main body is for being fixed to the fence post via the connecting component;   an adapter component, wherein along a first direction, the adapter component is located on one side of the main body, the adapter component comprises a connecting portion and a force-receiving portion arranged sequentially along a second direction, and the connecting portion is connected to the main body; and   a first stake, wherein along the first direction, the first stake is located on a side of the adapter component opposite the main body, the first stake and the adapter component are separately configured as separate components, and the first stake is fixedly connected to the force-receiving portion;   wherein the first direction and the second direction are set at an angle to each other.   
     
     
         2 . The repairing device according to  claim 1 , wherein the first stake satisfies any one of the following conditions:
 (1) the first stake comprises four plate bodies connected in sequence; along the first direction, one end of each of the four plate bodies is connected to the force-receiving portion, and another end of each of the four plate bodies is provided with a pointed tip portion; the four plate bodies are arranged sequentially along a third direction; when viewed along the first direction, two adjacent plate bodies are set at an angle, and directions of the two adjacent angles are opposite; wherein the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are mutually perpendicular;   (2) the first stake comprises three inserting components, each of the three inserting components comprises two plate bodies connected with each other; along the first direction, one end of the plate bodies is connected to the force-receiving portion, and another end is provided with a pointed tip portion; when viewed along the first direction, the two plate bodies form a V-shape; the three inserting components are arranged in a triangular configuration, with a top of the V-shape of each of the three inserting components facing a center of the triangle;   (3) the first stake comprises a first plate and two second plates connected to the first plate; along the first direction, one end of the first plate is connected to the force-receiving portion, and another end is provided with a first pointed tip portion; one end of each of the second plates is connected to the force-receiving portion, and another end of each of the second plates is provided with a second pointed tip portion; along the second direction, the two second plates are located on one side of the first plate, and a first accommodating space is formed between the two second plates;   (4) the first stake comprises three plate bodies; along the first direction, one end of each of the three plate bodies is connected to the force-receiving portion, and another end is provided with a pointed tip portion; in a direction perpendicular to the first direction, each of the three plate bodies comprises a first side portion and second side portion, which are oppositely arranged, and three first side portions of the three plate bodies are interconnected;   (5) the first stake comprises four plate bodies; along the first direction, one end of each of the plate bodies is connected to the force-receiving portion, and another end is provided with a pointed tip portion; in a direction perpendicular to the first direction, each of the plate bodies comprises a first side portion and second side portion, which are oppositely arranged, and four first side portions of the four plate bodies are interconnected.   
     
     
         3 . The repairing device according to  claim 1 , wherein the repairing device further comprises a second stake; along the first direction, the second stake is located on a side of the adapter component opposite the main body, and the second stake is connected to the connecting portion. 
     
     
         4 . The repairing device according to  claim 3 , wherein the second stake satisfies any one of the following conditions:
 (1) along the first direction, an end of the second stake away from the connecting portion is provided with a tip end; when viewed along the second direction, the tip end comprises a triangular shape;   (2) the second stake comprises a serrated portion and a tip end arranged sequentially along the first direction; an end of the serrated portion away from the tip end is connected to the connecting portion; along a third direction, opposite sides of the serrated portion are both provided with a serrated component; when viewed along the second direction, the tip end comprises a triangular shape; wherein the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are mutually perpendicular;   (3) the second stake comprises an extension portion and a tip end arranged sequentially along the first direction; an end of the extension portion away from the tip end is connected to the connecting portion; when viewed along the first direction, the second stake comprises a V-shape;   (4) the second stake comprises a third plate and two fourth plates connected to the third plate; along the first direction, one end of the third plate is connected to the connecting portion, and another end is provided with a third pointed tip portion; one end of the fourth plates is connected to the connecting portion, and another end is provided with a fourth pointed tip portion; along the second direction, the two fourth plates are located on a side of the third plate body closer to the force-receiving portion, and a second accommodating space is formed between the two fourth plates;   (5) the second stake comprises a third plate and two fourth plates connected to the third plate; along the first direction, one end of the third plate is connected to the connecting portion, and another end is provided with a third pointed tip portion; one end of the fourth plates is connected to the connecting portion, and another end is provided with a fourth pointed tip portion; along a second direction, the two fourth plates are located on a side of the third plate body away from the force-receiving portion, and a second accommodating space is formed between the two fourth plates.   
     
     
         5 . The repairing device according to  claim 3 , wherein the repairing device further comprises a third stake; along the first direction, the third stake is located on a side of the adapter component opposite the main body; along the second direction, the third stake is located between the first stake and the second stake. 
     
     
         6 . The repairing device according to  claim 5 , wherein the third stake satisfies any one of the following conditions:
 (1) the third stake comprises a columnar portion and a pointed portion arranged sequentially along the first direction, wherein an end of the columnar portion away from the pointed portion is connected to the adapter component;   (2) the third stake comprises a sawtooth portion and a pointed portion arranged sequentially along the first direction, wherein an end of the sawtooth portion away from the pointed portion is connected to the adapter component; along a third direction, opposite sides of the sawtooth portion are both provided with a sawtooth structure; when viewed along the second direction, the pointed portion is in a triangular shape; wherein the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are mutually perpendicular;   (3) the third stake comprises a threaded post portion and a pointed portion arranged sequentially along the first direction, wherein the threaded post portion is provided with an external thread, and an end of the threaded post portion away from the pointed portion is connected to the adapter component;   (4) the third stake comprises an extending portion and a pointed portion arranged sequentially along the first direction, wherein an end of the extending portion away from the pointed portion is connected to the adapter component; when viewed along the first direction, the third stake is in a V-shape.   
     
     
         7 . The repairing device according to  claim 1 , wherein the connecting component comprises a plurality of fixing holes, and the plurality of fixing holes are arranged to extend through the main body along the second direction; wherein,
 the plurality of fixing holes is arranged at intervals along the first direction on the main body; or,   the main body is provided with two sets of fixing holes arranged at intervals along a third direction, each of the two sets of fixing holes comprises a plurality of fixing holes arranged at intervals along the first direction, and the main body is also provided with a protruding rib extending along the first direction; along the third direction, the protruding rib is disposed between the two sets of fixing holes; wherein   the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are mutually perpendicular.   
     
     
         8 . The repairing device according to  claim 7 , wherein the main body comprises a fixed portion and two side plates connected to the fixed portion; the fixed portion is connected to the connecting portion; along the second direction, the two side plates are located on one side of the fixed portion closer to the connecting portion; along a third direction, one side of the connecting portion is connected to one side plate, and another side of the connecting portion is connected to another side plate; wherein the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are mutually perpendicular; the repairing device further comprises a fixing strap; both of the two side plates are defined with through holes, the through holes are extended through the side plates along the third direction, and the fixing strap is configured for passing through the through holes of the two side plates and for bounding to the fence post. 
     
     
         9 . The repairing device according to  claim 1 , wherein the adapter component comprises a first connector and a second connector; the first connector is provided with the connecting portion, and the second connector is provided with the force-receiving portion; the first connector and the second connector are detachably connected, and the first connector and the second connector are at least partially overlapped along the first direction. 
     
     
         10 . The repairing device according to  claim 9 , wherein along the second direction, the second connector is configured to adjust a fixed position relative to the first connector. 
     
     
         11 . The repairing device according to  claim 10 , wherein along the first direction, a side of the first connector opposite the main body is provided with a guiding slot, and at least a part of the second connector is disposed in the guiding slot; the second connector is configured to adjust its position in the guiding slot along the second direction and a direction opposite to the second direction; the repairing device comprises a locking component; the first connector is provided with a positioning hole, and the second connector is provided with an elongated hole; the elongated hole is extended along the second direction; the locking component is passed through the positioning hole; and the elongated hole is configured to connect and fix the first connector and the second connector. 
     
     
         12 . The repairing device according to  claim 1 , wherein the adapter component is an integrally formed plate, the connecting portion and the force-receiving portion are both plate-like structures, and the first stake is connected to the force-receiving portion by welding; or
 the adapter component comprises a first connector and a second connector; the first connector is provided with the connecting portion, and the second connector is provided with the force-receiving portion; the first connector and the second connector are detachably connected, and the first connector and the second connector are partially overlapped along the first direction; and the first stake is connected to the force-receiving portion of the adapter component by welding.   
     
     
         13 . A repairing kit, comprising: a repairing device according to  claim 1 , wherein there are a plurality of first stakes, the shapes of the plurality of first stakes are different, and one of the plurality of first stakes is detachably connected to the main body via an adapter component. 
     
     
         14 . A fence, comprising: a fence post for being inserted and fixed in concrete or soil; the repairing device of  claim 1 , wherein the main body of the repairing device is fixed to the fence post via the connecting component. 
     
     
         15 . A method for repairing a fence post using a repairing device, the repairing device comprising a main body, an adapter component, and a first stake, wherein the first stake is detachably connected to the main body via the adapter component; the method for repairing the fence post comprising:
 selecting a suitably shaped main body and a suitably shaped first stake according to a condition of the fence post and the soil;   connecting and fixing the selected main body and the selected first stake via the adapter component;   placing the selected main body of the repairing device against the fence post and striking the adapter component in a direction toward the ground, causing the first stake to be fully inserted into the soil; and   using a fastener to secure the main body to the fence post.   
     
     
         16 . The method for repairing a fence post according to  claim 15 , wherein the step of selecting the suitably shaped main body and first stake according to the condition of the fence post and the soil environment comprises:
 confirming a decay condition and a wobbling condition of the fence post;   in response to the fence post having slight decay and slight wobbling, selecting a main body provided with a plurality of fixing holes, wherein the plurality of fixing holes is arranged at intervals along a first direction, and the fixing holes are extended through the main body along a second direction;   in response to the fence post having moderate decay, severe decay, moderate wobbling, or severe wobbling, selecting a main body provided with two sets of fixing holes arranged at intervals along a third direction; wherein each of the two sets of fixing holes comprises a plurality of fixing holes arranged at intervals along the first direction, the fixing holes are extended through the main body along the second direction, and the main body is provided with a protruding rib extending along the first direction; along the third direction, the protruding rib is disposed between the two sets of fixing holes; wherein the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are mutually perpendicular.   
     
     
         17 . The method for repairing a fence post according to  claim 15 , wherein the method for repairing the fence post further comprises:
 in response to the fence post with moderate or severe decay, using a fixing strap to bind and secure the main body and the fence post together.   
     
     
         18 . The method for repairing a fence post according to  claim 15 , wherein selecting the suitably shaped main body and first stake according to the condition of the fence post and the soil environment comprises:
 confirming a soil type, the soil type comprises soft soil, neutral soil and hard soil;   in response to the soft soil, selecting a first stake suitable for increasing a contact area with the soil;   in response to the neutral soil, selecting a first stake that balances enhanced soil-breaking resistance with enhanced insertion stability;   in response to the hard soil, selecting a first stake for enhancing soil-breaking capability.   
     
     
         19 . The method for repairing a fence post according to  claim 18 , wherein the first stake for increasing the contact area with the soil satisfies any one of the following conditions (1) and (2):
 (1) the first stake comprises four plate bodies connected in sequence; along a first direction, one end of the plate bodies is connected to a force-receiving portion, and another end is provided with a pointed tip portion; the four plate bodies are arranged sequentially along a third direction; when viewed along the first direction, two adjacent plate bodies are set at an angle, and the directions of two adjacent angles are opposite; wherein the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are mutually perpendicular;   (2) the first stake comprises three inserting components, each inserting component comprising two connected plate bodies; along a first direction, one end of the plate bodies is connected to a force-receiving portion, and another end is provided with a pointed tip portion; when viewed along the first direction, the two plate bodies form a V-shape; the three inserting components are arranged in a triangular configuration, with a top of the V-shape of the inserting components facing the center of the triangle;   the first stake, configured to balance enhanced soil-breaking resistance with enhanced insertion stability satisfies the following conditions;   (3) the first stake comprises a first plate and two second plates connected to the first plate; along a first direction, one end of the first plate is connected to a force-receiving portion, and another end is provided with a first pointed tip portion; one end of each of the second plates is connected to a force-receiving portion, and another end is provided with a second pointed tip portion; along a second direction, the two second plates are located on one side of the first plate, and a first accommodating space is formed between the two second plates;   the first stake is configured for enhancing soil-breaking capability, and satisfies any one of the following conditions;   (4) the first stake comprises three plate bodies; along a first direction, one end of each of the three plate bodies is connected to a force-receiving portion, and another end of each of the three is provided with a pointed tip portion; in a direction perpendicular to the first direction, of each of the three the plate bodies comprises a first side portion and a second side portion which are oppositely arranged, and the first side portion and the second side portion of the three plate bodies are interconnected;   (5) the first stake comprises four plate bodies; along a first direction, one end of each of the four plate bodies is connected to a force-receiving portion, and another end of each of the four plate bodies is provided with a pointed tip portion; in a direction perpendicular to the first direction, each of the four plate bodies comprises a first side portion and a second side portion which are oppositely arranged, and the first side portions of the four plate bodies are interconnected.   
     
     
         20 . The method for repairing a fence post according to  claim 18 , wherein the repairing device further comprises a second stake which is connected to the adapter component; the method for repairing the fence post further comprises:
 confirming a specific wobbling degree of the fence post;   confirming whether the fence post is buried in concrete or soil;   in response to the fence post having slight wobbling and being buried in concrete, selecting a second stake suitable for enhancing an ability to insert into a gap;   in response to the fence post having moderate wobbling and being buried in soil, selecting a second stake that balances soil-breaking capability and filling capability;   in response to the fence post having severe wobbling and being buried in soil, selecting a second stake suitable for enhancing insertion stability.   
     
     
         21 . The method for repairing a fence post according to  claim 20 , wherein the second stake suitable for enhancing the ability to insert into the gap satisfies any one of the following conditions:
 (1) along a first direction, an end of the second stake away from a connecting portion is provided with a tip end; when viewed along a second direction, the tip end comprises a triangular shape;   (2) the second stake comprises a serrated portion and a tip end arranged sequentially along a first direction; an end of the serrated portion away from the tip end is connected to a connecting portion; along a third direction, opposite sides of the serrated portion are both provided with a serrated component; when viewed along a second direction, the tip end comprises a triangular shape; wherein the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are mutually perpendicular;   the second stake, which configured to balance soil-breaking capability and filling capability satisfies the following conditions:   (3) the second stake comprises an extension portion and a tip end arranged sequentially along a first direction; an end of the extension portion away from the tip end is connected to a connecting portion; when viewed along a first direction, the second stake comprises a V-shape;   the second stake suitable for enhancing insertion stability satisfies any one of the following conditions:   (4) the second stake comprises a third plate and two fourth plates connected to the third plate; along a first direction, one end of the third plate is connected to a connecting portion, and another end is provided with a third pointed tip portion; one end of the fourth plates is connected to the connecting portion, and another end is provided with a fourth pointed tip portion; along a second direction, the two fourth plates are located on a side of the third plate body closer to a force-receiving portion, and a second accommodating space is formed between the two fourth plates;   (5) the second stake comprises a third plate and two fourth plates connected to the third plate; along a first direction, one end of the third plate is connected to a connecting portion, and another end is provided with a third pointed tip portion; one end of the fourth plates is connected to the connecting portion, and another end is provided with a fourth pointed tip portion; along a second direction, the two fourth plates are located on a side of the third plate body away from a force-receiving portion, and a second accommodating space is formed between the two fourth plates;   before placing the main body of the repairing device against the fence post and striking the adapter component in a direction toward the ground to fully insert the first stake into the soil, the method comprises:   placing the second stake of the repairing device against the fence post.   
     
     
         22 . The method for repairing a fence post according to  claim 15 , wherein the adapter component comprises a detachably connected first connector and second connector, the first connector is connected to the main body, and the second connector is connected to the first stake; before connecting and fixing the selected main body and first stake via the adapter component, the method further comprises:
 adjusting a relative fixed position of the first connector and the second connector to adjust a distance between the first stake and the main body, and the first stake avoids a hard object in the soil.   
     
     
         23 . The method for repairing a fence post according to  claim 15 , wherein the repairing device further comprises a third stake, and the third stake is connected to the adapter component; the method for repairing the fence post further comprises:
 confirming the soil type, the soil type comprises soft soil, neutral soil and hard soil;   in response to the hard soil, selecting a third stake suitable for enhancing soil-breaking capability;   in response to the neutral soil, selecting a third stake that balances enhanced soil-breaking resistance with enhanced insertion stability;   in response to the soft soil, selecting a third stake suitable for increasing a contact area with the soil.   
     
     
         24 . The method for repairing a fence post according to  claim 23 , wherein the third stake suitable for enhancing soil-breaking capability satisfies:
 (1) the third stake comprises a columnar portion and a pointed portion arranged sequentially along a first direction, wherein an end of the columnar portion away from the pointed portion is connected to the adapter component;   the third stake, which is configured to balance enhanced soil-breaking resistance with enhanced insertion stability satisfies the following condition:   (2) the third stake comprises a sawtooth portion and a pointed portion arranged sequentially along a first direction; an end of the sawtooth portion away from the pointed portion is connected to the adapter component; along a third direction, opposite sides of the sawtooth portion are both provided with a sawtooth structure; when viewed along a second direction, the pointed portion comprises a triangular shape; wherein the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are mutually perpendicular;   the third stake suitable for increasing the contact area with the soil satisfies any one of the following conditions:   (3) the third stake comprises a threaded post portion and a pointed portion arranged sequentially along a first direction; the threaded post portion is provided with an external thread; an end of the threaded post portion away from the pointed portion is connected to the adapter component;   (4) the third stake comprises an extending portion and a pointed portion arranged sequentially along a first direction; an end of the extending portion away from the pointed portion is connected to the adapter component; when viewed along a first direction, the third stake comprises a V-shape.
