Abstract
The present disclosure provides a prefabricated construction structure, a prefabricated main structure, and a prefabricated building. The prefabricated construction structure provided in the present disclosure is applied to a fixing rod. The fixing rod includes a fixing steel pipe and a fixing end plate that is fixed to two opposite ends of the fixing steel pipe. The prefabricated construction structure includes a main I-beam, a first connection member, where one end of a first connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam, and a first connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the first connection I-beam; and a second connection member, where an end of a second connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam and forms an included angle with the first connection I-beam, a second connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the second connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the second connection end plate. The prefabricated construction structure of the present disclosure has low production costs and low production energy consumption, improves connection strength, and facilitates construction.

1 . A prefabricated construction structure, applied to a fixing rod, wherein the fixing rod comprises a fixing steel pipe and a fixing end plate that is fixed to two opposite ends of the fixing steel pipe, and the prefabricated construction structure comprises:
a main I-beam; a first connection member, comprising at least one first connection I-beam and a first connection end plate, wherein one end of the first connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam, the first connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the first connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the first connection end plate; and a second connection member, comprising at least one second connection I-beam and a second connection end plate, wherein an end of the second connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam and forms an included angle with the first connection I-beam, the second connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the second connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the second connection end plate.
2 . The prefabricated construction structure according to claim 1 , wherein the fixing end plate is provided with a plurality of fixing holes;
the first connection member further comprises a plurality of first connection parts, the first connection end plate is provided with a plurality of first connection holes, and one of the first connection parts penetrates through one of the first connection holes and one of the fixing holes; and/or the second connection member further comprises a plurality of second connection parts, the second connection end plate is provided with a plurality of second connection holes, and one of the second connection parts penetrates through one of the second connection holes and one of the fixing holes.
3 . The prefabricated construction structure according to claim 1 , wherein an end, away from the fixing steel pipe, of the fixing end plate is convexly provided a positioning hole, a first positioning post is disposed on the first connection end plate, a second positioning post is disposed on the second connection end plate, and the first positioning post or the second positioning post is embedded in the positioning hole.
4 . The prefabricated construction structure according to claim 1 , further comprising a positioning support member, wherein the positioning support member comprises two support rib positions; and
the positioning support member is connected to the main I-beam and the first connection I-beam, and the two support rib positions abut against opposite sides of each of two flanges of the first connection I-beam.
5 . The prefabricated construction structure according to claim 4 , wherein the positioning support member comprises two connection plates and two support plates that are connected to opposite sides of the two connection plates, the support plate comprises the two support rib positions; and
a waist plate of the first connection I-beam is provided with a first avoidance notch, the connection plate penetrates through the first avoidance notch, and the two support rib positions abut against the two flanges of the first connection I-beam.
6 . The prefabricated construction structure according to claim 5 , wherein the positioning support member further comprises two attached weld plates, one attached weld plate is connected to one support rib position, the attached weld plates abut against the two flanges of the first connection I-beam.
7 . A prefabricated main structure, comprising a fixing rod and the prefabricated construction structure according to claim 1 , wherein the fixing rod comprises a fixing steel pipe and a fixing end plate that is fixed to two opposite ends of the fixing steel pipe, and the prefabricated construction structure comprises a main I-beam, a first connection member, and a second connection member;
the first connection member comprises at least one first connection I-beam and a first connection end plate, one end of the first connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam, the first connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the first connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the first connection end plate; and the second connection member, comprises at least one second connection I-beam and a second connection end plate, an end of the second connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam and forms an included angle with the first connection I-beam, the second connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the second connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the second connection end plate.
8 . The prefabricated main structure according to claim 7 , comprising at least one support beam, wherein the support beam is connected to two fixing steel pipes.
9 . The prefabricated main structure according to claim 7 , comprising a support base, wherein the support base is connected to a bottom of the main I-beam.
10 . A prefabricated building, comprising a plurality of wall panels and the prefabricated main structure of to claim 7 , wherein the plurality of wall panels are connected to the prefabricated main structure, thereby enclosing a building space.
11 . A prefabricated main structure, comprising a fixing rod and the prefabricated construction structure according to claim 2 , wherein the fixing rod comprises a fixing steel pipe and a fixing end plate that is fixed to two opposite ends of the fixing steel pipe, and the prefabricated construction structure comprises a main I-beam, a first connection member, and a second connection member;
the first connection member comprises at least one first connection I-beam and a first connection end plate, one end of the first connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam, the first connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the first connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the first connection end plate; and the second connection member, comprises at least one second connection I-beam and a second connection end plate, an end of the second connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam and forms an included angle with the first connection I-beam, the second connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the second connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the second connection end plate.

A prefabricated main structure, comprising a fixing rod and the prefabricated construction structure according to claim 3 , wherein the fixing rod comprises a fixing steel pipe and a fixing end plate that is fixed to two opposite ends of the fixing steel pipe, and the prefabricated construction structure comprises a main I-beam, a first connection member, and a second connection member;
the first connection member comprises at least one first connection I-beam and a first connection end plate, one end of the first connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam, the first connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the first connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the first connection end plate; and the second connection member, comprises at least one second connection I-beam and a second connection end plate, an end of the second connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam and forms an included angle with the first connection I-beam, the second connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the second connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the second connection end plate.

A prefabricated main structure, comprising a fixing rod and the prefabricated construction structure according to claim 4 , wherein the fixing rod comprises a fixing steel pipe and a fixing end plate that is fixed to two opposite ends of the fixing steel pipe, and the prefabricated construction structure comprises a main I-beam, a first connection member, and a second connection member;
the first connection member comprises at least one first connection I-beam and a first connection end plate, one end of the first connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam, the first connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the first connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the first connection end plate; and the second connection member, comprises at least one second connection I-beam and a second connection end plate, an end of the second connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam and forms an included angle with the first connection I-beam, the second connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the second connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the second connection end plate.

A prefabricated main structure, comprising a fixing rod and the prefabricated construction structure according to claim 5 , wherein the fixing rod comprises a fixing steel pipe and a fixing end plate that is fixed to two opposite ends of the fixing steel pipe, and the prefabricated construction structure comprises a main I-beam, a first connection member, and a second connection member;
the first connection member comprises at least one first connection I-beam and a first connection end plate, one end of the first connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam, the first connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the first connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the first connection end plate; and the second connection member, comprises at least one second connection I-beam and a second connection end plate, an end of the second connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam and forms an included angle with the first connection I-beam, the second connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the second connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the second connection end plate.

A prefabricated main structure, comprising a fixing rod and the prefabricated construction structure according to claim 6 , wherein the fixing rod comprises a fixing steel pipe and a fixing end plate that is fixed to two opposite ends of the fixing steel pipe, and the prefabricated construction structure comprises a main I-beam, a first connection member, and a second connection member;
the first connection member comprises at least one first connection I-beam and a first connection end plate, one end of the first connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam, the first connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the first connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the first connection end plate; and the second connection member, comprises at least one second connection I-beam and a second connection end plate, an end of the second connection I-beam is fixedly connected to the main I-beam and forms an included angle with the first connection I-beam, the second connection end plate is connected to an end, away from the main I-beam, of the second connection I-beam, and the fixing end plate is connected to the second connection end plate.
16 . A prefabricated building, comprising a plurality of wall panels and the prefabricated main structure of to claim 8 , wherein the plurality of wall panels are connected to the prefabricated main structure, thereby enclosing a building space.
17 . A prefabricated building, comprising a plurality of wall panels and the prefabricated main structure of to claim 9 , wherein the plurality of wall panels are connected to the prefabricated main structure, thereby enclosing a building space.
18 . A prefabricated building, comprising a plurality of wall panels and the prefabricated main structure of to claim 11 , wherein the plurality of wall panels are connected to the prefabricated main structure, thereby enclosing a building space.
19 . A prefabricated building, comprising a plurality of wall panels and the prefabricated main structure of to claim 12 , wherein the plurality of wall panels are connected to the prefabricated main structure, thereby enclosing a building space.
