Abstract

A frame-type leg lifting machine includes a main frame unit for mounting two driving leg swing arm assemblies, two pedals, a swinging assembly, a magnetic resistance mechanism, and a speed ratio adjustment mechanism. The speed ratio adjustment mechanism is linked between the swinging assembly and the magnetic resistance mechanism. Each of the driving leg swing arm assemblies includes a main leg swing arm and an auxiliary leg swing arm. Upper ends of the main leg swing arm and the auxiliary leg swing arm are pivotally mounted on the main frame unit to serve as pivoting fulcrums, so that the driving leg swing arm assemblies swing within the main frame unit. Each of the pedals has a front section and a rear section pivotally connected with lower ends of the auxiliary leg swing arm and the main leg swing arm.
