Six-device-in-one cap-bib frisbee hand-fan hot-pad plate-platter and silverware-rest

Abstract

A six-device-in-one apparatus (which resembles a toilet seat, a toilet lid, and a toilet water tank) can function as six different apparatuses (e.g., convenient for a party or gathering) for adjustably wearing on a head or a chest of a user when functioning as a headwear or bib, and for adjustably flying through the air or fanning the air when functioning as a frisbee or hand fan. The six-device-in-one apparatus comprises: an adjustable air-capturing air-riding ring (defining an opening); an adjustable air-discharging air-riding valve lid attached to the ring so that the valve lid permanently covers the opening of the ring or is adjustably pivotable over or through the opening of the ring; and an adjustable visor wing handle billboard and silverware rack attached to the ring and/or the valve so that the rack is adjustably pivotable. Further, the six-device-in-one apparatus can comprise a strapping or clamping means connected thereto for securing the six-device-in-one apparatus on a user.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A multi-functional apparatus
 for functioning as multiple apparatuses,   said multi-functional apparatus comprising:   a ring of material,
 said ring defining an opening, 
 said ring for adjustably wearing on a head of a user, 
 said ring for adjustably wearing on a chest of a user, 
 said ring for adjustably fanning the air, 
 said ring for adjustably flying through the air; and 
   a valve lid of material,
 said valve lid attached to said ring
 so that said valve lid is pivotable over or through said opening of said ring, 
 
 said valve lid for adjustably wearing on a head of a user, 
 said valve lid for adjustably wearing on a chest of a user, 
 said valve lid for adjustably fanning the air, 
 said valve lid for adjustably flying through the air. 
   
     
     
         2 . The multi-functional apparatus of  claim 1 :
 further comprising:   a strapping means made of elastic or non-elastic material,
 said strapping means having two ends, 
 said two ends of said strapping means connected to said multi-functional apparatus, 
 said strapping means for hooking under a chin or on a neck of a user
 for securing said multi-functional apparatus on a user. 
 
   
     
     
         3 . The multi-functional apparatus of  claim 1 :
 further comprising:   a strapping means made of elastic or non-elastic material,
 said strapping means having two ends and two connecting means, 
 said two connecting means connected to said two ends of said strapping means respectively, 
 said two connecting means connected to said multi-functional apparatus, 
 said strapping means for hooking under a chin or on a neck of a user
 for securing said multi-functional apparatus on a user. 
 
   
     
     
         4 . The multi-functional apparatus of  claim 1 :
 further comprising:   a clamping means made of resilient or non-resilient material,
 said clamping means having a portion, 
 said portion of said clamping means connected to said multi-functional apparatus, 
 said clamping means for clamping on a user
 for securing said multi-functional apparatus on a user. 
 
   
     
     
         5 . The multi-functional apparatus of  claim 1 :
 further comprising:   a rack of material,
 said rack attached to said multi-functional apparatus
 so that said rack is pivotable, 
 
 said rack for adjustably wearing on a head of a user, 
 said rack for adjustably wearing on a chest of a user, 
 said rack for adjustably fanning the air, and 
 said rack for adjustably flying through the air. 
   
     
     
         6 . The multi-functional apparatus of  claim 1 :
 wherein   said ring has a letter-C or letter-U cross-section.   
     
     
         7 . The multi-functional apparatus of  claim 1 :
 wherein   said valve lid has a letter-C or letter-U cross-section.   
     
     
         8 . The multi-functional apparatus of  claim 1 :
 wherein   said multi-functional apparatus is made of paper, plastic, foil, nylon, fabric, canvas, aluminum, vinyl, cotton, composite material, or a combination thereof.   
     
     
         9 . The multi-functional apparatus of  claim 1 :
 wherein   said multi-functional apparatus is made of   flexible material, semi-flexible material, rigid material, semi-rigid material, or a combination thereof.   
     
     
         10 . A multi-functional device
 for functioning as multiple devices,   said multi-functional device comprising:   a ring of material,
 said ring defining an opening, 
 said ring for wearing on a head of a user, 
 said ring for wearing on a chest of a user; and 
   a valve lid of material,
 said valve lid attached to said ring
 so that said valve lid is pivotable over or through said opening of said ring, 
 
 said valve lid for wearing on a head of a user, 
 said valve lid for wearing on a chest of a user. 
   
     
     
         11 . The multi-functional device of  claim 10 :
 further comprising:   a strapping means,
 said strapping means having two ends, 
 said two ends of said strapping means connected to said multi-functional device, 
 said strapping means for hooking under a chin or on a neck of a user
 for securing said multi-functional device on a user. 
 
   
     
     
         12 . The multi-functional device of  claim 10 :
 further comprising:   a strapping means,
 said strapping means having two ends and two connecting means, 
 said two connecting means connected to said two ends of said strapping means respectively, 
 said two connecting means connected to said multi-functional device, 
 said strapping means for hooking under a chin or on a neck of a user for securing said multi-functional device on a user. 
   
     
     
         13 . The multi-functional device of  claim 10 :
 further comprising:   a clamping means,
 said clamping means having a portion, 
 said portion of said clamping means connected to said multi-functional device, 
 said clamping means for clamping on a user 
   for securing said multi-functional device on a user.   
     
     
         14 . The multi-functional device of  claim 10 :
 further comprising:   a rack of material,
 said rack attached to said multi-functional device
 so that said rack is pivotable, 
 
 said rack for wearing on a head of a user, 
 said rack for wearing on a chest of a user. 
   
     
     
         15 . The multi-functional device of  claim 10 :
 wherein   at least one of said ring and said valve lid has a letter-C or letter-U cross-section.   
     
     
         16 . The multi-functional device of  claim 10 :
 wherein   said multi-functional device is made of paper, plastic, foil, nylon, fabric, canvas, aluminum, vinyl, cotton, composite material, or a combination thereof.   
     
     
         17 . The multi-functional device of  claim 10 :
 wherein   said multi-functional device is made of   flexible material, semi-flexible material, rigid material, semi-rigid material, or a combination thereof.   
     
     
         18 . A method for using a multi-functional device,
 said multi-functional device comprising:   a ring defining an opening, and   a valve lid attached to said ring
 so that said valve lid is pivotable over or through said opening of said ring, 
   said method comprising at least one of the following steps:   placing said multi-functional device on a head of a user;   placing said multi-functional device on a chest of a user;   throwing said multi-functional device through the air;   fanning the air with said multi-functional device;   placing said multi-functional device between a hot object and a surface;   placing food on said multi-functional device; and   resting silverware on said multi-functional device.   
     
     
         19 . The method for using a multi-functional device of  claim 18 ,
 further comprising   a strapping means,
 said strapping means having two ends, 
 said two ends of said strapping means connected to said multi-functional device, 
   said method further comprising at least one of the following steps:   hooking said strapping means under a chin of a user; and   hooking said strapping means on a neck of a user.   
     
     
         20 . The method for using a multi-functional device of  claim 18 ,
 further comprising   a clamping means,
 said clamping means having a portion, 
 said portion of said clamping means connected to said multi-functional device, 
   said method further comprising the step of   clamping said clamping means on a user.
