Abstract
Garments with accessible openings are provided, the accessible openings defined between a back torso portion and a back pelvic portion of the garment. When worn on a body, the back pelvic portion has an extendible pelvic region that can transition into a lowered state, which creates or widens a gap between the back torso and back pelvic portions to form the accessible opening for the wearer.
