Abstract
A method includes obtaining an exercise intensity of a user, determining a training intensity of the user according to the exercise intensity, and generating an exercise training plan according to the training intensity. An electronic device is configured to perform the method. A computer-readable storage medium storing at least one computer program that, when executed, causes the method to be implemented.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A method comprising:
obtaining an exercise intensity of a user; determining a training intensity of the user according to the exercise intensity; and generating an exercise training plan according to the training intensity.
2 . The method according to claim 1 , further comprising:
obtaining an exercise parameter of the user; wherein obtaining the exercise intensity of the user includes:
determining the exercise intensity according to the exercise parameter.
3 . The method according to claim 2 , further comprising:
determining an exercise ability according to the exercise parameter; wherein:
the exercise ability includes at least one of an aerobic ability or an anaerobic ability; and
determining the exercise intensity according to the exercise parameter includes determining the exercise intensity according to the exercise ability.
4 . The method according to claim 2 , wherein determining the exercise intensity according to the exercise ability includes at least one of:
determining an aerobic intensity range of the user according to an aerobic ability of the user; or determining an anaerobic intensity range of the user according to an anaerobic exercise ability of the user.
5 . The method according to claim 4 , wherein the aerobic ability includes at least one of:
a first aerobic ability representing an aerobic ability within a lactate threshold ability range; or a second aerobic ability representing an aerobic ability outside the lactate threshold ability range.
6 . The method according to claim 5 , wherein determining the exercise intensity according to the exercise ability includes at least one of:
determining a first aerobic intensity range of the user according to the first aerobic ability; or determining a second aerobic intensity range of the user according to the second aerobic ability.
7 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein determining the training intensity according to the exercise intensity includes:
obtaining a training goal of the user; determining a target exercise intensity range from at least one exercise intensity range according to the training goal of the user; and determining the training intensity according to the target exercise intensity range.
8 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein generating the exercise training plan according to the training intensity includes:
determining a training load of the user according to the training intensity; and generating the exercise training plan according to the training load of the user, the exercise training plan including at least one exercise type, and a total load of the at least one exercise type matching the training load.
9 . The method according to claim 8 , further comprising:
obtaining the total load of the at least one exercise type; and determining whether the total load of the at least one exercise type matches the training load; wherein generating the exercise training plan according to the training load of the user includes:
generating the exercise training plan according to the training load in response to the total load of the at least one exercise type matching the training load.
10 . The method according to claim 9 , further comprising:
determining a difference between the total load of the at least one exercise type and the training load; wherein determining whether the total load of the at least one exercise type matches the training load according to the total load of the at least one exercise type and the training load includes:
determining that the total load of the at least one exercise type matches the training load in response to the difference between the total load of the at least one exercise type and the training load being less than or equal to a preset difference.
11 . An electronic device comprising:
at least one processor; and at least one memory storing at least one computer program that, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the electronic device to:
obtain an exercise intensity of a user;
determine a training intensity of the user according to the exercise intensity; and
generate an exercise training plan according to the training intensity.
12 . The device according to claim 11 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to:
obtain an exercise parameter of the user; and determine the exercise intensity according to the exercise parameter.
13 . The device according to claim 12 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to:
determine an exercise ability according to the exercise parameter, wherein the exercise ability includes at least one of an aerobic ability or an anaerobic ability; and determine the exercise intensity according to the exercise ability.
14 . The device according to claim 12 , wherein the at least one processoris further configured to at least one of:
determine an aerobic intensity range of the user according to an aerobic ability of the user; or determine an anaerobic intensity range of the user according to an anaerobic exercise ability of the user.
15 . The device according to claim 14 , wherein the aerobic ability includes at least one of:
a first aerobic ability representing an aerobic ability within a lactate threshold ability range; or a second aerobic ability representing an aerobic ability outside the lactate threshold ability range.
16 . The device according to claim 15 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to at least one of:
determine a first aerobic intensity range of the user according to the first aerobic ability; or determine a second aerobic intensity range of the user according to the second aerobic ability.
17 . The device according to claim 11 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to:
obtain a training goal of the user; determine a target exercise intensity range from at least one exercise intensity range according to the training goal of the user; and determine the training intensity according to the target exercise intensity range.
18 . The device according to claim 11 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to:
determine a training load of the user according to the training intensity; and
generate the exercise training plan according to the training load of the user, the exercise training plan including at least one exercise type, and a total load of the at least one exercise type matching the training load.
19 . The device according to claim 18 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to:
obtain the total load of the at least one exercise type; and determine whether the total load of the at least one exercise type matches the training load; and generate the exercise training plan according to the training load in response to the total load of the at least one exercise type matching the training load.
