Abstract

An interactive stuffed toy device is disclosed, which is an interactive plush toy with AI-driven interactive capabilities. The interactive stuffed toy device comprises a body component that is configured in an animal shape with plush fur and twinkling lights. The body component includes voice recognition technology which is used to adapt stories based on a child's responses. The body component also lights up to show features of the toy, including tail, ears, eyes, mouth, etc. The body component also includes gesture recognition sensors to enable the device to respond to physical interactions, such as hugs or pats. Further, the device is battery-powered and made from hypoallergenic materials.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An interactive stuffed toy device that provides a user with a stuffed toy with AI-capabilities, the interactive stuffed toy device comprising:
 a body component;   wherein the body component comprises sensors, voice recognition, and AI-capabilities;   wherein the body component is configured in an animal shape with plush fur and twinkling lights; and   further wherein the body component tells interactive stories that adapt based on a child's responses via the voice recognition, offering regularly updated content covering language development and math skills.   
     
     
         2 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 1 , wherein the body component is shaped and sized to represent any conventional animal, cartoon, or pet. 
     
     
         3 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 2 , wherein the body component is plush and soft to touch and comprised of a unique material combination of fur and embroidered surface details. 
     
     
         4 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 3 , wherein a face of the body component includes movable ears and eyes and a fixed, friendly mouth. 
     
     
         5 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 4 , wherein the movable eyes are LCD and blink, look around, and display different emotions. 
     
     
         6 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 5 , wherein the movable ears are capable of slight, subtle movements back and forth, or perking up during storytelling highlights. 
     
     
         7 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 6 , wherein the body component comprises internal speakers hidden typically near a chest area. 
     
     
         8 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 7 , wherein moving body parts of the body component are precisely controlled and coordinated in their movements in response to external sensed conditions via the sensors. 
     
     
         9 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 8 , wherein the sensors signal a controller which controls a drive system and activates a motor to generate desired coordinated movements of the various body parts. 
     
     
         10 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 9 , wherein the body component comprises AI capabilities and child-friendly voice recognition via a processor in communication with the controller. 
     
     
         11 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 10  further comprising a plurality of indicia. 
     
     
         12 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 11 , wherein the body component comprises an optical sensor positioned near the eyes for gesture recognition. 
     
     
         13 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 12 , wherein the body component comprises a capacitive sensor for touch and pressure recognition. 
     
     
         14 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 13 , wherein the body component comprises a rechargeable battery and USB charging port. 
     
     
         15 . An interactive stuffed toy device that provides a user with a stuffed toy with AI-capabilities, the interactive stuffed toy device comprising:
 a body component which is plush and soft to touch, and comprised of a unique material combination of fur and embroidered surface details; and   wherein a face of the body component includes movable ears and eyes and a fixed, friendly mouth;   wherein the body component comprises internal speakers hidden typically near a chest area;   wherein the sensors signal a controller which controls a drive system and activates a motor to generate desired coordinated movements of the various body parts;   wherein the body component comprises AI capabilities and child-friendly voice recognition via a processor in communication with the controller;   wherein the body component comprises a plurality of twinkling lights;   wherein the body component comprises an optical sensor positioned near the eyes for gesture recognition;   wherein the body component comprises a capacitive sensor for touch and pressure recognition;   wherein the body component comprises a rechargeable battery and USB charging port; and   further wherein the body component tells interactive stories that adapt based on a child's responses via the child-friendly voice recognition, offering regularly updated content covering language development and math skills.   
     
     
         16 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 15  further comprising a parental control app which gives caregivers ability to manage and customize content to better fit their child's developmental needs. 
     
     
         17 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 16 , wherein the body component includes a wireless communications module and additional sensors which would allow the body component to pair with the parental control app on a smart device. 
     
     
         18 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 15 , wherein the twinkling lights are LEDs and light up a body pattern, a spine, a tail and ears and twinkle in sync with the storytelling. 
     
     
         19 . The interactive stuffed toy device of  claim 15 , wherein the body component is manufactured of hypoallergenic materials. 
     
     
         20 . A method of interacting with a child via a plush toy, the method comprising the following steps:
 providing an interactive stuffed toy device comprising a body component with sensors and AI-capabilities;   utilizing voice recognition technology to adapt stories based on a child's responses; lighting up the body component in sync with the stories;   recognizing a user's gestures via the plurality of sensors; and   utilizing a parental control app to manage and customize story content to fit a child's developmental needs.
