Abstract

A game assembly includes a two-part body having an upper portion and a lower portion along with a plurality of items for playing the game stored internally to the body. The body includes a central void space between for storage of the items to play the game. The body has a plurality of apertures formed on the upper portion to allow access into the central void space for tossing the items during play. Covers encapsulate or close the plurality of apertures but are removed during the playing of the game. The items inside include a plurality of tossable items segregated into different classifiable groupings, a flexible marker; and a writing tool configured to write on the lower portion to keep score.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A game assembly, comprising:
a body having an upper portion and a lower portion, the body defining a central void space between the upper portion and the lower portion, the lower portion being removable from the upper portion; a plurality of apertures formed on the upper portion to allow access into the central void space; a plurality of covers each configured to encapsulate or close an aperture of the plurality of apertures; a plurality of tossable items segregated into different classifiable groupings; and a flexible marker; wherein the plurality of tossable items and flexible marker is selectively stored within the central void space; and wherein the relocating of the tossable items with the central void space through the plurality of apertures brings competition.

2 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the body is thermoformed.

3 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the lower portion includes a surface treatment to facilitate writing.

4 . The assembly of claim 1 , further comprising:
a writing tool configured to write on the lower portion.

5 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the number of different classifiable groupings for the plurality of tossable items is four.

6 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the classifiable groupings are designated by color difference.

7 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the classifiable groupings are designated by physical features.

8 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the flexible marker is a fabric.

9 . The assembly of claim 1 , wherein the flexible marker is rolled up.

         10 . A game assembly, comprising:
a body having an upper portion and a lower portion, the body defining a central void space between the upper portion and the lower portion, the lower portion being removable from the upper portion and includes a surface treatment to facilitate writing; a plurality of apertures formed on the upper portion to allow access into the central void space; a plurality of covers each configured to encapsulate or close an aperture of the plurality of apertures; a plurality of tossable items segregated into different classifiable groupings; a flexible marker; and a writing tool configured to write on the lower portion; wherein the plurality of tossable items and flexible marker is selectively stored within the central void space; and wherein the relocating of the tossable items with the central void space through the plurality of apertures brings competition.

11 . The assembly of claim 10 , wherein the body is thermoformed.

12 . The assembly of claim 10 , wherein the number of different classifiable groupings for the plurality of tossable items is four.

13 . The assembly of claim 10 , wherein the classifiable groupings are designated by color difference.

14 . The assembly of claim 10 , wherein the classifiable groupings are designated by physical features.

15 . The assembly of claim 10 , wherein the flexible marker is a fabric.

16 . The assembly of claim 10 , wherein the flexible marker is rolled up.
