Table Leveler

Abstract

The present invention, generally, is a pair of wedges that are affixed to each other in a centrally rotatable fashion that in one orientation have a rectangular prism shape and when rotated for a single wedge. The present invention is intended for use with a table or desk that is uneven and wobbles or rocks but is also usable with chairs and other furniture items. Most typically, the present invention is designed with the ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 standard dimensions to allow for ease of transport and reuse.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A device, comprising:
 at least two wedges of equal dimensions centrally affixed to each other such that the wedges can rotate and form a rectangular prism with the wedges having interior surfaces where the wedges contact another wedge, and an exterior surface where the wedge does not contact another wedge.   
     
     
         2 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein at least one exterior surface of the at least two wedges has at least one ridge on at least one exterior surface. 
     
     
         3 . The device of  claim 2 , wherein the at least one ridge is on each exterior surface. 
     
     
         4 . The device of  claim 2 , wherein the at least one ridge is a sufficient number of ridges to cover the exterior surface. 
     
     
         5 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein each wedge has dimensions of 85.6 mm width, 53.98 mm height, and less than 1.0 mm thick. 
     
     
         6 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the wedges have a slope angle of between 0.5° and 1.0°. 
     
     
         7 . The device of  claim 1 , further comprising a notch in the wedges such that the wedges can be locked into place removing the ability to rotate until the lock is released. 
     
     
         8 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the at least two wedges are three or four wedges.
