providing a towel with first and second magnets attached at first and second ends; folding a first end of the towel with the first magnet to create a folded portion; positioning the folded portion against a surface of the shirt; magnetically securing the first and second magnets to the shirt.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising adjusting the position of the towel on the shirt by detaching and reattaching the folded portion.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the magnets are embedded or secured to the fabric of the towel at both ends.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the magnets are sewn into the fabric of the towel at both ends.
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the magnets are secured inside the fabric of the towel at both ends.
6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the magnets are removably attached to the towel using magnetic receptacles sewn into the towel ends.
7 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising
unfolding the folded portion to use the towel; refolding the portion to reattach the towel to the T-shirt.
8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the magnets at the non-folded end of the towel are used to attach the towel to metal gym equipment when not secured to the shirt.
9 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising providing a ferromagnetic material integrated into the shirt at a predetermined location to enhance magnetic attachment.

a towel body having a first end and a second end; a first set of magnets attached to the first end of the towel body; and a second set of magnets attached to the second end of the towel body; wherein the first end is configured to be folded to create a folded portion, and wherein the towel is magnetically securable to a surface of a garment using the first and second magnets.
14 . The towel apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the folded portion is, configured to be detachable and reattachable to allow adjustment of the towel's position on the garment.
15 . The towel apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the first and second sets of magnets are embedded within the fabric of the towel body at their respective ends.
16 . The towel apparatus of claim 13 , further comprising magnetic receptacles sewn into the first and second ends of the towel body, wherein the first and second sets of magnets are removably attachable to the towel body via the magnetic receptacles.
17 . The towel apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the folded portion is, configured to be unfolded for use of the towel and refolded for reattachment to the garment.
18 . The towel apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the second set of magnets is, configured to attach the towel to metal surfaces when not secured to the garment.
19 . The towel apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the first set of magnets is, configured to magnetically couple with a ferromagnetic material integrated into a garment at a predetermined location.
20 . The towel apparatus of claim 13 , further comprising an adjustable folding mechanism at the first end of the towel body, configured to vary the size of the folded portion and thereby adjust the length of the towel when attached to the garment.
21 . The towel apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the first and second sets of magnets are coated with a moisture-resistant material.
22 . The towel apparatus of claim 13 , further comprising a visual indicator on the towel body to guide proper folding for optimal magnetic attachment to the garment.
