Air cleaner

Abstract

An air cleaner may include a case including an internal space and an intake port configured to intake air from an outside of the air cleaner, a filter frame disposed inside the case, a detachable filter attached to the filter frame and disposed to face the intake port, the detachable filter being configured to filter the air from the outside, a fan disposed above the detachable filter and including a shroud disposed at an outer side of the fan adjacent to the filter frame, and a guide disposed between the filter frame and the shroud, a portion of the guide being inclined to the outer side of the fan in a radial direction.

         21 . An air cleaner comprising:
 a case including an internal space and an intake port configured to intake air from an outside of the case;   a filter frame disposed within the case;   a detachable filter attached to the filter frame and disposed to face the intake port, the detachable filter being configured to filter the air from the outside;   a fan disposed above the detachable filter and including a shroud disposed at an outer side of the fan adjacent to the filter frame; and   a guide disposed between the filter frame and the shroud, a portion of the guide being inclined to the outer side of the fan in a radial direction.   
     
     
         22 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , wherein the filter frame includes an opening disposed under the fan in a vertical direction, and
 wherein the guide is disposed outside the opening in the radial direction.   
     
     
         23 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , wherein the filter frame includes:
 an opening disposed under the fan in a vertical direction;   an inner rim surrounding the opening; and   an inner plate extending from the inner rim to an outer side of the opening in the radial direction and connected to the guide.   
     
     
         24 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , wherein the filter frame includes an opening disposed under the fan in a vertical direction, and
 wherein the guide includes:
 a first wall disposed on an outer side of the opening in the radial direction; and 
 a second wall extending from the first wall to be inclined to the outer side of the fan in the radial direction. 
   
     
     
         25 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , wherein the filter frame includes an opening disposed under the fan in a vertical direction,
 wherein the fan further includes:
 a hub disposed above the opening; and 
 blades extending from the hub to the outer side of the fan in the radial direction, and 
   wherein the shroud is disposed on an outer side of the blades in the radial direction and is disposed on an upper side of the guide.   
     
     
         26 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , wherein the shroud is inclined upward toward the outer side of the fan in the radial direction, and
 wherein the guide includes a second wall extending parallel to the shroud.   
     
     
         27 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , wherein the filter frame includes:
 an opening disposed under the fan in a vertical direction; and   an inner rim surrounding the opening and spaced apart from the guide, and   wherein the fan further includes a lower edge disposed between the inner rim and the guide.   
     
     
         28 . The air cleaner of  claim 27 , wherein a gap between the inner rim and the lower edge is greater than a gap between the lower edge and the guide. 
     
     
         29 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , wherein the fan further includes an upper edge spaced apart from an inner side of a side wall of the case, and
 wherein the guide is disposed below a gap between the upper edge of the fan and the side wall of the case.   
     
     
         30 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , further comprising:
 a motor housing disposed above the fan;   a blowing passage disposed between the motor housing and a side wall of the case; and   a diffuser disposed in the blowing passage and extending in a vertical direction,   wherein the guide is disposed below the blowing passage and the diffuser in the vertical direction.   
     
     
         31 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , further comprising a side wall spaced apart from the outer side of the fan in the radial direction,
 wherein the guide is coupled to the side wall.   
     
     
         32 . The air cleaner of  claim 31 , wherein the guide includes a third wall coupled to the side wall and facing a gap between the fan and the side wall in the vertical direction. 
     
     
         33 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , wherein the filter frame includes:
 an opening disposed under the fan in a vertical direction;   an inner rim surrounding the opening; and   a recess recessed downward between the inner rim and the guide.   
     
     
         34 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , wherein the filter frame includes:
 an opening disposed under the fan in a vertical direction;   an inner rim surrounding the opening; and   a plurality of protrusions disposed along a circumference of the inner rim.   
     
     
         35 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , wherein the filter frame includes an outer plate disposed on an outer side of the guide in the radial direction and coupled to a side wall of the case. 
     
     
         36 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , wherein the filter frame includes an outer plate disposed on an outer side of the guide in the radial direction, and
 wherein the guide includes ribs protruding toward the outer plate.   
     
     
         37 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , wherein the filter frame includes:
 an outer plate disposed on an outer side of the guide in the radial direction; and   supporters extending downward from the outer plate.   
     
     
         38 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , wherein the filter frame includes:
 an opening disposed under the fan in a vertical direction; and   an inner rim surrounding the opening and spaced apart from the guide,
 wherein a gap between the inner rim and the guide is less than a horizontal width of the guide. 
   
     
     
         39 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , wherein the filter frame includes an outer edge spaced apart from an outer side of the guide in the radial direction, and
 wherein a gap between the guide and the outer edge is less than a horizontal width of the guide.   
     
     
         40 . The air cleaner of  claim 21 , further comprising a discharge port configured to discharge the air after the air enters the intake port and passes through the detachable filter,
 wherein the air that passes through the detachable filter is blown to the discharge port by the fan.
