Abstract
Embodiments of the disclosure provide an artificial tree with at least one nonlinear tree pole component. According to some embodiments, an artificial tree is provided comprising a tree pole assembly having a substantially nonlinear tree pole component. The substantially nonlinear tree pole component has at least one radius of curvature, and the at least one radius of curvature is greater than zero.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An artificial tree comprising:
a tree pole assembly comprising a substantially nonlinear tree pole component, and wherein the substantially nonlinear tree pole component has at least one radius of curvature, and wherein the at least one radius of curvature is greater than zero.
2 . The artificial tree of claim 1 , wherein the tree pole assembly further comprises at least one artificial tree branch.
3 . The artificial tree of claim 1 , wherein the radius of curvature of the substantially nonlinear tree pole component is greater than 1 inch.
4 . The artificial tree of claim 1 , wherein an angle of a distal end of the substantially nonlinear tree pole component relative to a proximal end of substantially nonlinear tree pole component is greater than 5 degrees.
5 . The artificial tree of claim 1 , wherein an angle of a distal end of the substantially nonlinear tree pole component relative to a proximal end of substantially nonlinear tree pole component is greater than 15 degrees.
6 . An artificial tree comprising:
a tree pole assembly comprising a flexible tree pole component, and wherein the flexible tree pole component can be shaped to have one or more curves.
7 . The artificial tree of claim 6 , wherein the flexible tree pole component is enabled to be shaped by the manufacturer.
8 . The artificial tree of claim 6 , wherein the flexible tree pole component is enabled to be shaped by the user.
9 . The artificial tree of claim 6 , wherein an angle of a distal end of the flexible tree pole component relative to a proximal end of the flexible tree pole component is greater than 5 degrees.
10 . The artificial tree of claim 6 , wherein the flexible tree pole component has at least one radius of curvature, and wherein the at least one radius of curvature is greater than zero.
11 . The artificial tree of claim 6 , wherein the flexible tree pole component comprises a wire.
12 . An artificial tree comprising:
a tree pole assembly comprising a substantially nonlinear tree pole component and a flexible tree pole component, wherein the substantially nonlinear tree pole component has at least one first radius of curvature, and wherein the at least one first radius of curvature is greater than zero, and wherein the flexible tree pole component has at least one second radius of curvature, and wherein the at least one second radius of curvature is greater than zero.
13 . The artificial tree of claim 12 , wherein the flexible tree pole component can be shaped to have one or more curves.
14 . The artificial tree of claim 12 , wherein the tree pole assembly further comprises at least one artificial tree branch.
15 . The artificial tree of claim 12 , wherein the first radius of curvature of the substantially nonlinear tree pole component is greater than 1 inch.
16 . The artificial tree of claim 12 , wherein the second radius of curvature of the flexible tree pole component is greater than 1 inch.
17 . The artificial tree of claim 12 , wherein an angle of a proximal end of the nonlinear tree pole component relative to a distal end of the nonlinear tree pole component is greater than 5 degrees.
18 . The artificial tree of claim 12 , wherein the tree pole assembly further comprises a linear tree pole component.
19 . The artificial tree of claim 12 , wherein the flexible section comprises a wire.
20 . The artificial tree of claim 12 , wherein the flexible tree pole is enabled to be shaped by a user or a manufacturer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
