Foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with swivel cover and using method thereof

Abstract

A foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with a swivel cover and a using method thereof. A main body through hole with curing lamps and a swivel cover are respectively provided on a main body. Thus, thumb and other four fingers can be cured simultaneously in separate areas by opening and adjusting the swivel cover to a suitable angle, and the angle of the swivel cover can be adjusted according to the lengths of the fingers so that ultraviolet lights from the curing lamps are concentrated on nail areas, avoiding a back of hand and other parts of the fingers from being exposed to ultraviolet lights, to achieve the purpose of anti-tanning protection for the hand skin. The foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with a swivel cover has appropriate swiveling angle, and is more ergonomic, adaptable to different hand sizes, portable, easy to operate, and can meet the needs of various application scenarios.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with a swivel cover, comprising a main body and the swivel cover pivotally connected to the main body;
 wherein the main body comprises a main body through hole, the main body through hole traverses both sides of the main body, and a first curing lamp array is arranged in the main body through hole to illuminate a finger placed in the main body through hole;   one end of the swivel cover is pivotally connected to the main body, and another end of the swivel cover is capable of rotating in a direction away from the main body, a second curing lamp array is arranged on a side of the swivel cover facing the main body, when the swivel cover rotates relative to the main body, the first curing lamp array and the second curing lamp array illuminate different fingers in separate areas.

The foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with a swivel cover according to  claim 1 , wherein the first curing lamp array comprises a lateral curing lamp array located on a side wall of the main body through hole and emitting light toward another side wall of the main body through hole, and a vertical curing lamp array located on a top surface of the main body through hole and emitting light downward. 
     
     
         3 . The foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with a swivel cover according to  claim 2 , further comprising a control switch, wherein the control switch comprises:
 a power switch, the power switch is fixed on a side wall of the main body and is electrically connected to the first curing lamp array and the second curing lamp array;   a first sensing switch, the first sensing switch is arranged on the side wall of the main body through hole to sense and control the first curing lamp array; and   a second sensing switch, the second sensing switch is arranged on an outer side wall of the main body to sense and control the second curing lamp array.

The foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with a swivel cover according to  claim 3 , wherein the second sensing switch is located on opposing left side wall and right side wall of the main body, and is located at an end away from the main body through hole and close to a bottom of the main body in a vertical direction, to improve a sensing sensitivity to fingers.

The foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with a swivel cover according to  claim 3 , wherein the main body comprises an inner cavity, and the inner cavity comprises a first lamp board configured to fix the first curing lamp array and provide electrical connection; the first lamp board comprises a lateral lamp board and a vertical lamp board, the lateral lamp board is parallel to the side wall of the main body through hole and configured to fix the lateral curing lamp array, and the vertical lamp board is parallel to the top surface of the main body through hole and configured to fix the vertical curing lamp array. 
     
     
         6 . The foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with a swivel cover according to  claim 5 , wherein the inner cavity further comprises an infrared sensing switch board, the infrared sensing switch board comprises:
 a first infrared sensing switch board, the first infrared sensing switch board is parallel to the side wall of the main body through hole, and configured to fix the first sensing switch; and   a second infrared sensing switch board, the second infrared sensing switch board is parallel to the outer side wall of the main body, and configured to fix the second sensing switch.   
     
     
         7 . The foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with a swivel cover according to  claim 6 , wherein the inner cavity further comprises a lithium battery, and the main body further comprises a charging port and the power switch;
 the charging port is electrically connected to the lithium battery, and the lithium battery provides a power storage function for the foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with a swivel cover, and improves convenience.   
     
     
         8 . The foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with a swivel cover according to  claim 1 , wherein a bottom of the main body comprises a second anti-slip rubber pad, configured to provide slip resistance and reduce wear, and extend service life. 
     
     
         9 . The foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with a swivel cover according to  claim 1 , wherein the main body through hole comprises a first heat dissipation hole configured to dissipate heat generated by the first curing lamp array; the swivel cover comprises a second heat dissipation hole arranged at a top and a third heat dissipation hole arranged at a bottom, configured to dissipate heat generated by the second curing lamp array during use. 
     
     
         10 . A using method for a foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with a swivel cover according to  claim 1 , comprising:
 rotating the swivel cover of the foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp clockwise or counterclockwise to an appropriate angle;   placing a thumb in the main body through hole, detecting, by the first sensing switch, a presence of the thumb, and activating the first curing lamp array; placing other fingers under the swivel cover, detecting, by the second sensing switch, a presence of the other fingers, and activating the second curing lamp array;   selecting a preset curing time, adjusting an angle of the swivel cover to ensure the second curing lamp array focuses lights on the other fingers, and starting curing process;   moving the palm away from the foldable anti-tanning nail phototherapy lamp with a swivel cover, detecting, by the first sensing switch, a removal of the thumb, and deactivating the first curing lamp array; detecting, by the second sensing switch, a removal of the other fingers, and deactivating the second curing lamp array, and completing the curing process.
