Curling iron
Abstract
A curling iron comprises a handheld part, in which is fitted with a control mainboard, a key board and a power module; a driving part is rotatably mounted on said handheld part and is driven by a driving mechanism fitted in said handheld part to perform a circular reciprocating action; and a heating rod is mounted on said driving part and is powered by said power module. The curling iron of the invention realizes disassembly and installation of the curling barrel through a magnetic attraction approach, which is easier to operate compared to the traditional latch structure, and only requires plugging and unplugging to complete installation and disassembly; it significantly improves the user's use efficiency and experience, automatically realizes forward and reverse curling and resets the curling barrel, has a high degree of operation automation, and improves the efficiency of curling hair.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A curling iron, comprises
a handheld part, in which is fitted with a control mainboard, a key board and a power module; a driving part, rotatably mounted on said handheld part and driven by a driving mechanism fitted in said handheld part to perform a circular reciprocating action; a heating rod, mounted on said driving part and powered by said power module; a curling barrel, sleeved on the heating rod and detachably mounted with the driving part;
the curling barrel is driven by the driving part to do circular reciprocating rotation, and on the curling barrel is mounted with a curling clamp.
2 . The curling iron of claim 1 , wherein the driving part and the curling barrel are assembled by magnetic attraction with a magnetic suction mechanism; the curling barrel has a sleeving chamber, and the heating rod is inserted into the sleeving chamber.
3 . The curling iron of claim 2 , wherein the magnetic suction mechanism comprises a first magnetic suction part disposed on an assembly surface of the curling barrel and a second magnetic suction part disposed on an assembly surface of the driving part; the assembling connection of the curling barrel and the driving part is realized by the first magnetic suction part and the second magnetic suction part.
4 . The curling iron of claim 1 , wherein the driving mechanism includes:
a driving motor, the driving motor being fixedly arranged on a mounting base in the handheld part via a motor fixing support; a motor shaft is inserted into the shaft hole in the driving part and is fixedly connected with the driving part, and the driving part is driven by the driving motor to rotate.
5 . The curling iron of claim 1 , wherein the heating rod is provided with a heating mainboard, conductive contact pins are arranged on the heating mainboard, a conductive base is fixedly arranged in the handheld part, and the conductive base is connected with the power module and the control mainboard, conductive slip rings are arranged on an end face of the conductive base, and the conductive contact pins are in rotational contact with the corresponding conductive slip rings.
6 . The curling iron of claim 5 , wherein an assembly groove is provided on one surface of the conductive base that is opposite to the driving part, an assembly convex part is arranged at a position of the driving part corresponding to the assembly groove, the assembly convex part is installed into the assembly groove, and the motor shaft of the driving mechanism penetrates through the conductive base and is fixedly connected with the assembly convex part.
7 . The curling iron of claim 1 , wherein a first key group is arranged on the key board, a second key group is arranged on the control mainboard, the forward and reverse rotation of the driving mechanism and the resetting of the driving mechanism are controlled through the first key group, and the switch and the temperature value of the heating rod are controlled through the second key group.
8 . The curling iron of claim 1 , wherein a digital display tube is arranged on the control mainboard, and a panel is arranged on the handheld part corresponding to the digital display tube.
9 . The curling iron of claim 1 , wherein the hand-held part comprises a first housing part and a second housing part, wherein the first housing part and the second housing part are assembled with each other and then fixed by screws.
10 . The curling iron of claim 1 , wherein a power line is arranged on the handheld part, and the power module is powered via the power line.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
