Slide fastener, and opening assembly for slide fastener

Abstract

In a slide fastener, at a slider pull-up start position in which an insert pin is inserted into an insert pin insertion hole of a box body and a slider is in contact with the front surface of the box body, an engaging head portion of the rearmost element of one fastener element row approaches or comes into contact with an engaging portion provided on the insert pin.

2 . The slide fastener according to claim  1 , wherein the front surface of the box body has an inclined surface inclined backward from a side of the box pin toward a side of the separable pin insertion hole, and
 the slider is inclined with respect to the width direction in which the pair of fastener element rows are arranged at the pull-up start position of the slider.   
     
     
         3 . The slide fastener according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the inclined surface is inclined in a range of 5 degrees to 12 degrees with respect to the width direction in which the pair of fastener element rows are arranged.   
     
     
         4 . The slide fastener according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the box body includes a box body main body portion provided with the separable pin insertion hole, and an extending portion continuous from the box body main body portion and forming the front surface of the box body,   a width of the extending portion is smaller than a width of the box body main body portion, and   an end portion on a separable pin insertion hole side of the inclined surface is connected to a front surface of the box body main body portion.   
     
     
         5 . The slide fastener according to claim  1 , wherein
 the box body includes a box body main body portion provided with the separable pin insertion hole, and an extending portion continuous from the box body main body portion and forming the front surface of the box body, and   a width of the extending portion is smaller than a width of the box body main body portion.   
     
     
         6 . The slide fastener according to claim  1 , wherein
 the slider includes parallel portions extending from a backward opening and parallel to each other on an inner surface of the flange portion,   the box pin has a standing surface along a front-back direction of the slide fastener on a side surface opposite a side facing the separable pin, and   the entire standing surface of the box pin faces the parallel portions of the flange portion at the pull-up start position of the slider.   
     
     
         7 . An opening device for a slide fastener, comprising:
 a box pin and a box body configured to be disposed on a back end side of one of a pair of fastener element rows; and   a separable pin configured to be disposed on a back end side of another of the pair of fastener element rows, wherein   the box body is provided with the box pin protruding forward from the box body on one side in a width direction of the box body, and a separable pin insertion hole into which the separable pin is insertable is formed on another side in the width direction of the box body, and   a length of a portion of the box pin protruding from the box body is 35% to 45% of a length from a bottom surface of the separable pin insertion hole of the box body to a tip end of the box pin in a longitudinal direction of the box pin.   
     
     
         8 . The opening device for the slide fastener according to  claim 7 , wherein
 a front surface of the box body has an inclined surface inclined backward from a side of the box pin toward a side of the separable pin insertion hole.   
     
     
         9 . The opening device for the slide fastener according to  claim 8 , wherein
 the inclined surface is inclined in a range of 5 degrees to 12 degrees with respect to the width direction of the box body.   
     
     
         10 . The opening device for the slide fastener according to  claim 8 , wherein
 the box body includes a box body main body portion provided with the separable pin insertion hole, and an extending portion continuous from the box body main body portion and forming the front surface of the box body,   a width of the extending portion is smaller than a width of the box body main body portion, and   an end portion on a separable pin insertion hole side of the inclined surface is connected to a front surface of the box body main body portion.   
     
     
         11 . The opening device for the slide fastener according  claim 7 , wherein
 the box body includes a box body main body portion provided with the separable pin insertion hole, and an extending portion continuous from the box body main body portion and forming a front surface of the box body, and   a width of the extending portion is smaller than a width of the box body main body portion.
