Abstract

A bra cup supporting structure and a brassiere are provided. The bra cup supporting structure is provided with a first supporting part and a second supporting part. The first supporting part has a first surface, the first surface is arranged on a side of the first supporting part close to a body side, and the second supporting part is connected to the first supporting part. The second supporting part has a second surface, the second surface is arranged on a side of the second supporting part close to the body side, the second surface is connected with the first surface, and the second surface is concave away from the body side relative to the first surface to define a first supporting cavity, and a first hardness e satisfies that 10 HB≤e≤50 HB, such that the second supporting part provides a good supporting effect on a breast.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A bra cup supporting structure, comprising:
 a first supporting part having a first surface, wherein the first surface is arranged on a first inner side of the first supporting part close to a body side; and   a second supporting part connected to the first supporting part, wherein the second supporting part has a second surface, the second surface is arranged on a second inner side of the second supporting part close to the body side, the second surface is connected with the first surface, and the second surface is concave away from the body side relative to the first surface to define a first supporting cavity;   wherein, the second supporting part has a first hardness, denoted as e, which meets a criterion 10 HB≤e≤50 HB.   
     
     
         2 . The structure according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the first supporting part has a second hardness, denoted as f, which satisfies a condition 40 HB≤f≤80 HB.   
     
     
         3 . The structure according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the second surface intersects with the first surface to form a first included angle, denoted as α, which satisfies a condition 40°≤α≤150°.   
     
     
         4 . The structure according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the first supporting part has a third surface, the third surface is arranged on a side opposite to the first surface and opposite to the body side, and the third surface defines an arc-shaped groove, and the second supporting part is connected to the third surface.   
     
     
         5 . The structure according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the second supporting part has a fourth surface, the fourth surface is arranged on the second inner side of the second supporting part close to the body side, the fourth surface is connected to the first surface at an end and the fourth surface is concave away from the body side relative to the first surface to form a second supporting cavity, the fourth surface is connected to the second surface at a front side of the bra cup, the fourth surface intersects with the second surface to form a second included angle, denoted as β, which satisfies the condition 10°≤β≤90°.   
     
     
         6 . The structure according to  claim 4 , wherein:
 the second supporting part is configured as a bottom cup supporting part.   
     
     
         7 . The structure according to  claim 1 , wherein the first supporting and the second supporting part are configured in at least one of the following ways that:
 in a direction perpendicular to the first surface, the first supporting part has a first thickness, denoted as d, which satisfies a condition 0.55 mm≤d≤1.5 mm;   or,   in a direction perpendicular to the second surface, the second supporting part has a second thickness, denoted as D, which satisfies the condition 0.55 mm≤D≤1.5 mm.   
     
     
         8 . The structure according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the bra cup supporting structure comprises a fabric layer and a plastic layer which are arranged in a stacked way, and the fabric layer and the plastic layer form at least one of the first supporting part or the second supporting part by flat molding.   
     
     
         9 . The structure according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the second supporting part is integrally formed on the first supporting part.   
     
     
         10 . A brassiere, comprising the bra cup supporting structure, the structure comprising:
 a first supporting part having a first surface, wherein the first surface is arranged on a first inner side of the first supporting part close to a body side; and   a second supporting part connected to the first supporting part, wherein the second supporting part has a second surface, the second surface is arranged on a second inner side of the second supporting part close to the body side, the second surface is connected with the first surface, and the second surface is concave away from the body side relative to the first surface to define a first supporting cavity; wherein, the second supporting part has a first hardness, denoted as e, which satisfies a criterion 10 HB≤e≤50 HB.   
     
     
         11 . The structure according to  claim 10 , wherein:
 the first supporting part has a second hardness, denoted as f, which satisfies a condition 40 HB≤f≤80 HB.   
     
     
         12 . The structure according to  claim 10 , wherein:
 the second surface intersects with the first surface to form a first included angle, denoted as α, which satisfies a condition 40≤α≤150.   
     
     
         13 . The structure according to  claim 10 , wherein:
 the first supporting part has a third surface, the third surface is arranged on a side opposite to the first surface and opposite to the body side, and the third surface defines an arc-shaped groove, and the second supporting part is connected to the third surface.   
     
     
         14 . The structure according to  claim 10 , wherein:
 the second supporting part has a fourth surface, the fourth surface is arranged on the second inner side of the second supporting part close to the body side, the fourth surface is connected to the first surface at an end and the fourth surface is concave away from the body side relative to the first surface to form a second supporting cavity, the fourth surface is connected to the second surface at a front side of the bra cup, the fourth surface intersects with the second surface to form a second included angle, denoted as β, and which satisfies a condition 10°≤β≤90°.   
     
     
         15 . The structure according to  claim 13 , wherein:
 the second supporting part is configured as a bottom cup supporting part.   
     
     
         16 . The structure according to  claim 10 , wherein the first supporting and the second supporting part are configured in at least one of the following ways that:
 in a direction perpendicular to the first surface, the first supporting part has a first thickness, denoted as d, which satisfies that 0.55 mm≤d≤1.5 mm;   or,   in a direction perpendicular to the second surface, the second supporting part has a second thickness, denoted as D, which satisfies the condition 0.55 mm≤D≤1.5 mm.   
     
     
         17 . The structure according to  claim 10 , wherein:
 the bra cup supporting structure comprises a fabric layer and a plastic layer which are arranged in a stacked way, and the fabric layer and the plastic layer form at least one of the first supporting part or the second supporting part through flat molding.   
     
     
         18 . The structure according to  claim 10 , wherein:
 the second supporting part is integrally formed on the first supporting part.
