Beverage Container and Smoking Assembly
Abstract
A beverage container and smoking assembly for discreetly consuming a smokable material includes a bottle having a base wall and a peripheral wall that is coupled to and extends upwardly from the base wall to define an interior space. An inner wall is coupled to the peripheral wall and is positioned within the interior space to define a first chamber and a second chamber. A downstem coupled to the bottle includes an inner stem that extends into the second chamber. An outer stem is fluidly couplable to the inner stem to facilitate movement of a gas into the second chamber. A straw is fluidly coupled to the second chamber. A bowl is removably couplable to the downstem. The bowl includes a pipe that is positionable within the outer stem. A cup is coupled to and extends upwardly from the pipe to hold a smokable material.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A smoking apparatus comprising:
a bottle having a base wall and a peripheral wall being coupled to and extending upwardly from the base wall to define an interior space; an inner wall being coupled to the peripheral wall of the bottle, the inner wall being positioned within the interior space wherein the inner wall defines a first chamber and a second chamber within the interior space; a downstem being coupled to the bottle, the downstem including:
an inner stem extending into the second chamber of the interior space;
an outer stem being pivotably coupled to the inner stem wherein the outer stem is pivotable inwardly toward the bottle and outwardly from the bottle, the outer stem being fluidly coupled to the inner stem when the outer stem is pivoted outwardly from the bottle to facilitate movement of a gas into the second chamber;
a straw being pivotably coupled to the peripheral wall wherein the straw is pivotable inwardly toward the bottle and outwardly from the bottle, the straw being fluidly coupled to the second chamber of the interior space when the straw is pivoted outwardly from the bottle; a bowl being removably couplable to the downstem, the bowl including:
a pipe being positionable within the outer stem; and
a cup being coupled to and extending upwardly from the pipe wherein the cup is configured to hold a smokable material.
2 . The smoking apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a cutout extending into the peripheral wall of the bottle, the cutout being sized such that the bowl is positionable within the cutout when the bowl is decoupled from the downstem.
3 . The smoking apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the cutout extends into the first chamber.
4 . The smoking apparatus of claim 2 , further comprising a sleeve being pivotably coupled to the peripheral wall of the bottle wherein the sleeve is positionable to selectively cover and expose the cutout.
5 . The smoking apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the base wall of the bottle is threadably coupled to the peripheral wall of the bottle wherein the base wall is removable from the peripheral wall to expose the second chamber of the interior space of the bottle.
6 . The smoking apparatus of claim 1 , the bottle further comprising an upper edge being distally positioned relative to the base wall, the upper edge defining a bottle opening into the first chamber of the interior space of the bottle.
7 . The smoking apparatus of claim 6 , further comprising a cap being removably couplable to the bottle to selectively cover the bottle opening.
8 . The smoking apparatus of claim 1 , the inner wall further comprising:
an inner wall bottom panel being spaced from the base wall; and an inner wall side panel being coupled to and extending upwardly from the inner wall bottom panel, the inner wall side panel being spaced from the peripheral wall of the bottle.
9 . The smoking apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the inner wall bottom panel of the inner wall is parallel to the base wall of the bottle.
10 . A smoking apparatus comprising:
a bottle having a base wall and a peripheral wall being coupled to and extending upwardly from the base wall to define an interior space, the base wall being threadably coupled to the peripheral wall wherein the base wall is removable from the peripheral wall to expose the interior space, the bottle having an upper edge being distally positioned relative to the base wall, the upper edge defining a bottle opening into the interior space of the bottle; an inner wall being coupled to the peripheral wall of the bottle, the inner wall being positioned within the interior space wherein the inner wall defines a first chamber and a second chamber within the interior space, the bottle opening extending into the first chamber, the base wall being positioned adjacent to the second chamber wherein removal of the base wall from the peripheral wall exposes the second chamber of the interior space, the inner wall including:
an inner wall bottom panel being parallel to the base wall when the base wall is coupled to the peripheral wall, the inner wall bottom panel being spaced from the base wall;
an inner wall side panel being coupled to and extending upwardly from the inner wall bottom panel to the upper edge of the bottle, the inner wall side panel being spaced from the peripheral wall;
a downstem being coupled to the bottle, the downstem including:
an inner stem being coupled to the peripheral wall of the bottle, the inner stem extending into the second chamber of the interior space, the inner stem being positioned proximate to the inner wall bottom panel;
an outer stem being pivotably coupled to the inner stem wherein the outer stem is pivotable inwardly toward the bottle and outwardly from the bottle, the outer stem being fluidly coupled to the inner stem when the outer stem is pivoted outwardly from the bottle to facilitate movement of a gas into the second chamber through the outer stem and the inner stem, the outer stem being parallel to the inner wall side panel when the outer stem is pivoted inwardly toward the bottle, the outer stem including:
an outer stem upper edge defining a stem opening into the outer stem, the stem opening being exposed when the outer stem is pivoted outwardly from the bottle;
a straw being pivotably coupled to the peripheral wall wherein the straw is pivotable inwardly toward the bottle and outwardly from the bottle, the straw being fluidly coupled to the second chamber of the interior space when the straw is pivoted outwardly from the bottle, the straw including:
a straw upper edge defining a straw opening into the straw, the straw opening being exposed when the straw is pivoted outwardly from the bottle;
a bowl being removably couplable to the outer stem of the downstem, the bowl including:
a pipe being positionable within the stem opening; and
a cup being coupled to and extending upwardly from the pipe wherein the cup is configured to hold a smokable material;
a cutout extending into the peripheral wall of the bottle, the cutout being sized such that the bowl is positionable within the cutout when the bowl is decoupled from the downstem, the cutout being positioned proximate to the bottle opening, the cutout extending into the first chamber; a sleeve being pivotably coupled to the peripheral wall of the cutout wherein the sleeve is positionable to selectively cover and expose the cutout; and a cap being removably couplable to the bottle to selectively cover the bottle opening.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
