Holster with protective feature
Abstract
A holster with protective feature is disclosed, including a holster body, a baffle, a first resilient member, an unlock button and a second resilient member. The baffle is provided with a barrier and a first block section, and the baffle is pivotally connected with the holster body via a pivot to allow the barrier to be in a blocking state when located at the rear opening and an unlocking state when away from the rear opening. The first resilient member is configured to provide an elastic force to the baffle tending to the unlocking state. The unlock button is provided with a second block section, and the unlock button is movable from a locked position to a first unlocked position. The second resilient member is configured to provide the elastic force to the unlock button tending to the locked position.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A holster with protective feature, comprising:
a holster body, provided with a pistol chamber and a rear opening; a baffle, provided with a barrier and a first block section; wherein the baffle is pivotally connected with the holster body via a pivot to allow the barrier to be in a blocking state when located at the rear opening and an unlocking state when away from the rear opening; a first resilient member, configured to provide an elastic force to the baffle tending to the unlocking state; an unlock button, provided with a second block section; wherein the unlock button is movable in a preset direction relative to the holster body, and the unlock button is movable from a locked position to a first unlocked position; wherein when the unlock button being in the locked position, the second block section blocks the first block section to allow the baffle keeping the blocking state; and when the unlock button being in the first unlocked position, the second block section leaves the first block section to release the baffle; and a second resilient member, configured to provide the elastic force to the unlock button tending to the locked position.
2 . The holster with protective feature according to claim 1 , wherein the baffle is provided with a resisting part disposed around the pivot, and an end face of the resisting part is abutted against the second block section when the unlock button moves from the first unlocked position to the locked position; wherein resisting part is recessed to form a notch, and the first block section and a blocking surface for keeping the unlock button being in the locked position are formed at the notch.
3 . The holster with protective feature according to claim 1 , wherein the holster further comprises,
a locking piece, pivotally connected to the holster body and configured to be locked inside a pistol trigger ring; and a third resilient member, configured to provide the elastic force to the locking piece to be locked in the pistol trigger ring; wherein the unlock button is further provided with an actuating part, and the unlock button is in a second unlocked position; wherein during the unlock button moves to the second unlocked position, the actuating part pushes the locking piece to rotate to unlock the locking piece from the pistol trigger ring.
4 . The holster with protective feature according to claim 3 , wherein along the preset direction, the second unlocked position is located below the first unlocked position, and the first unlocked position is located below the locked position.
5 . The holster with protective feature according to claim 4 , wherein the preset direction is toward a front of the holster body.
6 . The holster with protective feature according to claim 5 , wherein the holster body comprises a user proximal sidewall and a user distal sidewall, and the unlock button is located on the user proximal sidewall.
7 . The holster with protective feature according to claim 6 , wherein a rear end of the unlock button protrudes from the holster body when the unlock button is in the locked position.
8 . The holster with protective feature according to claim 4 , wherein a distance of the unlock button is moved from the locked position to the first unlocked position is greater than the distance of the unlock button is moved from the first unlocked position to the second unlocked position.
9 . The holster with protective feature according to claim 8 , wherein the distance of the unlock button is moved from the locked position to the first unlocked position is 4.5 mm, and the distance of the unlock button is moved from the first unlocked position to the second unlocked position is 3 mm.
10 . The holster with protective feature according to claim 3 , wherein the third resilient member comprises a shrapnel, and the shrapnel comprises a first shrapnel body and a second shrapnel body; and wherein the first shrapnel body abuts against the locking piece, and the second shrapnel body abuts against the holster body.
11 . The holster with protective feature according to claim 3 , wherein the locking piece is provided with a locking protrusion having a guiding surface, when a pistol is inserted into the pistol chamber, the pistol trigger ring abuts against the guiding surface and drives the locking piece to pivot relative to the holster body.
12 . The holster with protective feature according to claim 1 , wherein the holster body is resiliently connected to a platen, and a movable end of the platen is connected with a bolt; and wherein the bolt is threaded to the holster body, and the bolt is adjusted to change a distance of the platen being placed into the pistol chamber.
13 . The holster with protective feature according to claim 1 , wherein the holster body comprises a user proximal sidewall and a user distal sidewall, and a shutter is provided on the user proximal sidewall, and the shutter extends toward a rear of the holster body and extends bent toward the user distal sidewall.
14 . The holster with protective feature according to claim 13 , wherein the shutter is rotationally connected with the holster body.
15 . The holster with protective feature according to claim 1 , wherein the holster further comprises,
a belt backboard; a legging backboard, and the legging backboard is pivoted with the belt backboard; and two sets of pivot positioning structures; wherein the belt backboard is connected with the holster body by means of the two sets of pivot positioning structures, and each of the pivot positioning structures comprises a pivotal axis, an arcuate hole and a pin; wherein the holster body is pivotable relative to the belt backboard by the pivotal axis; and wherein one of the belt backboard and the holster body is provided with the arcuate hole, and another of the belt backboard and the holster body is provided with the pin, and the pin slides within the arcuate hole.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
