Abstract

A valve seat structure for a diaphragm pump and a diaphragm pump, including a water inlet seat provided in a valve seat, and a water inlet valve mounted in the water inlet seat. The water inlet seat has a mounting hole; the water inlet valve includes a water inlet valve plate and a water inlet valve stem which are connected to each other; the water inlet valve stem is mounted to the mounting hole, and the water inlet valve plate is of a bowl-shaped structure for movably opening and closing the water inlet hole. A guide base is mounted in the mounting hole in a reciprocating sliding manner; the water inlet valve stem has a first end which is fixedly connected to the water inlet valve plate and a second end which penetrates into and is fixed in an intermediate connecting hole of the guide base in the mounting hole.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A valve seat structure of a diaphragm pump, comprising:
 a water inlet seat provided in a valve seat; a water inlet valve mounted in the water inlet seat;   the water inlet seat is provided with a mounting hole and a water inlet hole; the water inlet valve comprises a water inlet valve plate and a water inlet valve stem which are connected to each other; the water inlet valve stem is mounted to the mounting hole, and the water inlet valve plate is of a bowl-shaped structure for movably opening and closing the water inlet hole;   the water inlet valve plate is positioned on a front side of the water inlet seat; a guide base is provided at a back side of the water inlet seat; the guide base is mounted in the mounting hole in a reciprocating sliding manner; the water inlet valve stem has a first end which is fixedly connected to the water inlet valve plate and a second end which penetrates into and is fixed in an intermediate connecting hole of the guide base in the mounting hole;   the guide base has a first end which is distant from the water inlet valve plate; the first end of the guide base extends out of the mounting hole and is provided with a radially protruding restricting portion;   the guide base is sleeved with a pressure spring, and two ends of the pressure spring respectively abut against the restricting portion and an edge of the mounting hole on the back side of the water inlet seat.   
     
     
         2 . The valve seat structure of the diaphragm pump of  claim 1 , wherein an outer wall of the guide base is in clearance fit with an inner wall of the mounting hole; a blocking ring is arranged between the pressure spring and the edge of the mounting hole; the blocking ring is pressed by the pressure spring and abuts tightly against the edge of the mounting hole, and an inner ring edge of the blocking ring is elastically fitted to the outer wall of the guide base. 
     
     
         3 . The valve seat structure of the diaphragm pump of  claim 2 , wherein an annular mounting protruding ring protrudes from the edge of the mounting hole; an annular groove is recessed on the blocking ring; the annular groove is fitted into the mounting protruding ring. 
     
     
         4 . The valve seat structure of the diaphragm pump of  claim 1 , wherein the intermediate connecting hole of the guide base penetrates both ends of the guide base, and the water inlet valve stem penetrates the intermediate connecting hole; an annular slot is formed on the water inlet valve stem; an annular clamping block is provided in the intermediate connecting hole of the guide base; the annular clamping block is clamped in the annular slot. 
     
     
         5 . The valve seat structure of the diaphragm pump of  claim 1 , wherein the mounting hole is arranged in a middle part of the water inlet seat; a plurality of the water inlet holes are provided and the plurality of water inlet holes are distributed around the mounting hole. 
     
     
         6 . The valve seat structure of the diaphragm pump of  claim 1 , wherein the front side of the water inlet seat which is adjacent to the water inlet valve plate is a concave surface, and the water inlet valve plate is in an inverted bowl shape to correspond to the concave surface. 
     
     
         7 . A diaphragm pump, comprising a pump head, a pump seat, a swing support, a diaphragm, a motor and the valve seat structure of  claim 1 ; the pump head, the pump seat and the motor are connected in sequence; the motor is mounted below the pump seat; one end of the motor penetrates into the pump seat and is mounted with the swing support; the valve seat is arranged between the pump head and the pump seat and above the swing support; the diaphragm is positioned between the valve seat and the swing support; a water inlet cavity and a water outlet cavity are formed between the pump head and the valve seat, and the pump head is provided with a water inlet communicated with the water inlet cavity and a water outlet communicated with the water outlet cavity. 
     
     
         8 . The diaphragm pump of  claim 7 , wherein a middle part of the valve seat is provided with a water outlet zone, and the water outlet zone is defined by an annular wall protruding from a top of the valve seat; an interior of the water outlet zone is provided with five water outlet seats which are circumferentially distributed at equal intervals; a periphery of the water outlet zone is provided with five water inlet seats which are circumferentially distributed at equal intervals, each of the water inlet seats is radially opposite to one of the water outlet seats; the valve seat is correspondingly connected with the pump head; the water outlet cavity is formed between the interior of the water outlet zone and the pump head; the water inlet cavity is formed between an exterior of the water outlet zone and the pump head. 
     
     
         9 . The diaphragm pump of  claim 7 , wherein a pressure relief channel and a pressure blocking cavity are further provided in the pump head; a first end of the pressure relief channel is communicated with the water inlet, and a second end of the pressure relief channel is provided with a communication hole; the communication hole is communicated with the pressure blocking cavity, and the pressure blocking cavity is provided with a pressure hole at a side of the communication hole for communicating with the water outlet; an elastic diaphragm and a diaphragm spring are provided in the pressure blocking cavity, and the elastic diaphragm is abutted by the diaphragm spring to synchronously and movably block the communication hole and the pressure hole. 
     
     
         10 . The diaphragm pump of  claim 7 , wherein a one-way valve component is mounted on a water outlet channel inside the water outlet; a peripheral wall of the one-way valve component is provided with an annular sealing ring, and is in sealing fit with the water outlet channel through the annular sealing ring; an inner end of the one-way valve component distant from the water outlet is further provided with a number of elastic hooks protruding radially outward; an inner side of the water outlet channel is provided with a radially concave mounting slot; the one-way valve component is mounted inward from the water outlet, and is clamped in the mounting slot in the inner side of the water outlet channel by the elastic hooks. 
     
     
         11 . The diaphragm pump of  claim 7 , wherein an outer wall of the guide base is in clearance fit with an inner wall of the mounting hole; a blocking ring is arranged between the pressure spring and the edge of the mounting hole; the blocking ring is pressed by the pressure spring and abuts tightly against the edge of the mounting hole, and an inner ring edge of the blocking ring is elastically fitted to the outer wall of the guide base. 
     
     
         12 . The diaphragm pump of  claim 11 , wherein an annular mounting protruding ring protrudes from the edge of the mounting hole; an annular groove is recessed on the blocking ring; the annular groove is fitted into the mounting protruding ring. 
     
     
         13 . The diaphragm pump of  claim 7 , wherein the intermediate connecting hole of the guide base penetrates both ends of the guide base, and the water inlet valve stem penetrates the intermediate connecting hole; an annular slot is formed on the water inlet valve stem; an annular clamping block is provided in the intermediate connecting hole of the guide base; the annular clamping block is clamped in the annular slot. 
     
     
         14 . The diaphragm pump of  claim 7 , wherein the mounting hole is arranged in a middle part of the water inlet seat; a plurality of the water inlet holes are provided and the plurality of water inlet holes are distributed around the mounting hole. 
     
     
         15 . The diaphragm pump of  claim 7 , wherein the front side of the water inlet seat which is adjacent to the water inlet valve plate is a concave surface, and the water inlet valve plate is in an inverted bowl shape to correspond to the concave surface.
