Laundry machine
Abstract
A laundry machine according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cabinet; a tub rotatably disposed inside the cabinet; and a detergent supply device provided in the cabinet and supplying detergent to the tub, wherein the detergent supply device comprises: a housing fixedly mounted to the cabinet and connected to a water supply device; a drawer withdrawably mounted in the housing, the drawer including a powder detergent receiving portion recessed to a predetermined depth and a rotating boss extending upward from a bottom of the powder detergent receiving portion; a mixing member including a rotating shaft inserted into the rotating boss, and a plurality of blades extending radially from an outer surface of the rotating shaft and spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction; a flow path member couped to an upper surface of the housing and forming a flow path for supplying washing water from the water supply device to the receiving portion; wherein the flow path member includes: an upper part connected to an upper surface of the housing and having a discharge path for supplying washing water to the powder detergent receiving portion; a rear part downwardly bent from a rear end of the upper part to be connected to a rear surface of the housing; and a corner part rounded with a predetermined curvature to connect the upper part and the rear part, wherein a distribution path is formed between the upper surface and the rear surface of the housing, wherein the discharge path extends from a front end of the distribution path toward a front end of the upper part, and wherein a plurality of shower holes are formed in the discharge path.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A laundry machine, comprising:
a cabinet; a tub rotatably disposed inside the cabinet; and a detergent supply device provided in the cabinet and supplying detergent to the tub, wherein the detergent supply device comprises: a housing fixedly mounted to the cabinet and connected to a water supply device; a drawer withdrawably mounted in the housing, the drawer including a powder detergent receiving portion recessed to a predetermined depth and a rotating boss extending upward from a bottom of the powder detergent receiving portion; a mixing member including a rotating shaft inserted into the rotating boss, and a plurality of blades extending radially from an outer surface of the rotating shaft and spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction; a flow path member couped to an upper surface of the housing and forming a flow path for supplying washing water from the water supply device to the receiving portion; wherein the flow path member includes: an upper part connected to an upper surface of the housing and having a discharge path for supplying washing water to the powder detergent receiving portion; a rear part downwardly bent from a rear end of the upper part to be connected to a rear surface of the housing; and a corner part rounded with a predetermined curvature to connect the upper part and the rear part, wherein a distribution path is formed between the upper surface and the rear surface of the housing, wherein the discharge path extends from a front end of the distribution path toward a front end of the upper part, and wherein a plurality of shower holes are formed in the discharge path.
2 . The laundry machine according to claim 1 , wherein the discharge path includes:
a main portion extending from the front end of the distribution path with a predetermined width, and an extended portion with a widened width from a front end of the main portion.
3 . The laundry machine according to claim 2 , wherein the plurality of shower holes include:
a main shower hole located at an inner side of rotation trajectory of the mixing member; and an extended shower hole located at an outer side of rotation trajectory of the mixing member.
4 . The laundry machine according to claim 3 , wherein the main shower holes include:
a first main shower hole formed on a vertical line passing through a center of the rotation shaft, and a plurality of second main shower holes formed on a rotational area of the blade.
5 . The laundry machine according to claim 3 , wherein a front edge of the powder detergent receiving portion is rounded with a predetermined curvature along the rotational trajectory of the blade, and
wherein the extended shower hole includes a plurality of shower holes arranged at predetermined intervals along the front edge of the powder detergent receiving portion.
6 . The laundry machine according to claim 1 , wherein a front surface of the blade is inclined at a predetermined angle in the rotation direction of the mixing member, from the bottom toward the top.
7 . The laundry machine according to claim 6 , further comprising a rotating path extending a predetermined length from the front end of the distribution path toward the front end of the upper part; and
a rotating nozzle provided at a front end of the rotating path, wherein the rotating path is configured to be directed toward the front surface of the blade.
8 . The laundry machine according to claim 7 , further comprising a washing path extending a predetermined length from the front end of the distribution path toward the front end of the upper part,
wherein the washing path is formed on the opposite side of the rotating path with respect to the rotating shaft, and is directed toward a rear surface of the blade.
9 . The laundry machine according to claim 8 , wherein the rotating shaft is closer to an extension line of the washing path than to an extension line of the rotating path.
10 . The laundry machine according to claim 8 , wherein the main shower hole is formed between the extension line of the rotating path and the extension line of the washing path.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
