Laundry machine
Abstract
A laundry machine according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cabinet; a tub rotatably disposed inside the cabinet; and a detergent supply device provided in the cabinet and supplying detergent to the tub, wherein the detergent supply device includes: a housing fixed to the cabinet and having a water supply port on a rear side thereof; a drawer withdrawably mounted in the housing and having a receiving portion recessed downward for receiving the detergent; and a flow path member coupled to an inside of the housing, having a plurality of discharge paths formed to supply cold water and/or hot water supplied from the water inlet port to the receiving portion, wherein the flow path member comprises: an upper part connected to an upper surface of the inside of the housing; a rear part connected to a rear surface of the inside of the housing; a corner part rounded with a predetermined curvature to connect a rear end of the upper part and an upper end of the rear part; a distribution path formed in the corner part; and a distribution rib formed in the corner part to guide the washing water supplied from the water supply port toward the plurality of discharge paths, wherein the water supply port includes: a hot water port and a cold water port spaced apart in a left-right direction on the rear side of the housing, wherein the distribution rib is formed between the hot water port and the cold water port.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A laundry machine, comprising:
a cabinet; a tub rotatably disposed inside the cabinet; and a detergent supply device provided in the cabinet and supplying detergent to the tub, wherein the detergent supply device includes: a housing fixed to the cabinet and having a water supply port on a rear side thereof; a drawer withdrawably mounted in the housing and having a receiving portion recessed downward for receiving the detergent; and a flow path member coupled to an inside of the housing, having a plurality of discharge paths formed to supply cold water and/or hot water supplied from the water inlet port to the receiving portion, wherein the flow path member comprises: an upper part connected to an upper surface of the inside of the housing; a rear part connected to a rear surface of the inside of the housing; a corner part rounded with a predetermined curvature to connect a rear end of the upper part and an upper end of the rear part; a distribution path formed in the corner part; and a distribution rib formed in the corner part to guide the washing water supplied from the water supply port toward the plurality of discharge paths, wherein the water supply port includes: a hot water port and a cold water port spaced apart in a left-right direction on the rear side of the housing, wherein the distribution rib is formed between the hot water port and the cold water port.
2 . The laundry machine according to claim 1 , wherein the distribution rib extends from the rear of the rear part and is rounded with a predetermined curvature.
3 . The laundry machine according to claim 2 , wherein the cold water port is located to a right side of the hot water port,
and wherein the distribution rib roundedly extends to the left from a point closer to the hot water port.
4 . The laundry machine according to claim 3 , further comprising a guide rib that extends from a right side of the cold water port and is rounded toward the distribution rib,
and wherein the washing water supplied from the cold water port is discharged into a space between the distribution rib and the guide rib.
5 . The laundry machine according to claim 4 , further comprising an auxiliary rib extending horizontally from a point spaced upward from a lower end of the corner part.
6 . The laundry machine according to claim 5 , wherein the auxiliary rib extends a predetermined length rearward from the corner part, with the rear end spaced apar from the rear surface of the housing.
7 . The laundry machine according to claim 6 , wherein the auxiliary rib extends a predetermined length from a right side of the distribution rib toward the guide rib.
8 . The laundry machine according to claim 1 , wherein a plurality of drain portions are recessed in the rear part,
and wherein the plurality of drain portions are formed along a length from an upper end to a lower end of the rear part.
9 . The laundry machine according to claim 1 , wherein the flow path member further comprises a discharge path extending from a front end of the distribution path toward a front of the upper part,
and wherein the receiving portion includes at least one of: a first receiving portion filled with powdered detergent and having a rotating boss protruding from a bottom thereof; a second receiving portion formed to a right side of the first receiving portion and receiving liquid detergent; and a third receiving portion formed to a right side of the second receiving portion and receiving fabric softener.
10 . The laundry machine according to claim 9 , the detergent supply device further includes a mixing member rotatably mounted on the first receiving portion,
and wherein the mixing member includes: a rotating shaft inserted into the rotating boss; and a plurality of blades extending radially from an outer surface of the rotating shaft and circumferentially spaced apart from each other around the rotating shaft.
11 . The laundry machine according to claim 10 , wherein the discharge path includes at least one of:
a first discharge path provided to spray washing water toward the blades to rotate the mixing member; a second discharge path provided to supply washing water to the first receiving portion and having a plurality of shower holes; a third discharge path provided to discharge washing water toward the blades to clean a backside of the blades; and a fourth discharge path provided to supply washing water to the second receiving portion and have a plurality of shower holes.
12 . The laundry machine according to claim 11 , wherein the first discharge path and the third discharge path are formed on opposite sides of the second discharge path with respect to the second discharge path.
13 . The laundry machine according to claim 11 , wherein the extended end of the distribution rib is spaced rearward from an inlet of the fourth discharge path and is located at a point between the left edge and right edges of the fourth discharge path.
14 . The laundry machine according to claim 11 , wherein the flow path member further comprises:
a first rib extending a predetermined length in the left-right direction, and spaced apart from the left and rear of the extended end of the distribution rib; and a second rib forwardly extending from a point spaced apart from the first rib and connected to a right edge of an inlet of the first discharge path.
