Abstract
A quantitative dispensing device includes a guiding frame, a feeding lid, and a dispensing cap. The guiding frame has a guide chamber that has an acceptance opening and a delivery opening. The feeding lid is connected to the guiding frame, has a feed opening, and is rotatable relative to the guiding frame for aligning the feed opening with the acceptance opening so that the feed opening communicates with the acceptance opening. The dispensing cap is connected to the guiding frame opposite to the feeding lid, has a discharge opening, and is rotatable relative to the guiding frame for aligning the discharge opening with the delivery opening so that the discharge opening communicates with the delivery opening.

1 . A quantitative dispensing device comprising:
a guiding frame having a guide chamber that has an acceptance opening and a delivery opening opposite to said acceptance opening; a feeding lid connected to an end of said guiding frame, having a feed opening, and being rotatable relative to said guiding frame for aligning said feed opening with said acceptance opening so that said feed opening communicates with said acceptance opening; and a dispensing cap connected to another end of said guiding frame that is opposite to said feeding lid, having a discharge opening, and being rotatable relative to said guiding frame for aligning said discharge opening with said delivery opening so that said discharge opening communicates with said delivery opening.
2 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein:
a diameter of said guide chamber is uniform from said acceptance opening to said delivery opening; a diameter of said feed opening is not smaller than a diameter of said guide chamber; and a diameter of said discharge opening is not smaller than said diameter of said guide chamber.
3 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein:
said feeding lid is rotatable between a non-feeding position, where said feed opening is blocked by said guiding frame, and a feeding position, where said feed opening is aligned with and communicates with said acceptance opening; and said dispensing cap is rotatable between a non-dispensing position, where said discharge opening is blocked by said guiding frame, and a dispensing position, where said discharge opening is aligned with and communicates with said delivery opening.
4 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein:
said feeding lid includes a lid wall that is rotatably connected to said guiding frame and that has an outer surrounding lid surface; said dispensing cap includes a cap wall that is rotatably connected to said guiding frame and that has an outer surrounding cap surface; and each of said outer surrounding lid surface and said outer surrounding cap surface is a rough surface.
5 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein:
said feeding lid includes
a guiding wall that is formed with said feed opening, and
a lid wall that extends from an outer periphery of and surrounds said guiding wall, and that is rotatably connected to said guiding frame; and
said dispensing cap includes
an end wall that is formed with said discharge opening, and
a cap wall that extends from an outer periphery of and surrounds said end wall, and that is rotatably connected to said guiding frame.
6 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein:
said cap wall of said dispensing cap is juxtaposed with said lid wall of said feeding lid; and said feeding lid and said dispensing cap cooperatively encase said guiding frame so as to prevent said guiding frame from being exposed.
7 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 5 , wherein:
said guiding frame includes
a first covering wall that blocks said feed opening of said feeding lid when said feed opening is misaligned with said acceptance opening,
a second covering wall that is spaced apart from said first covering wall and that blocks said discharge opening of said dispensing cap when said discharge opening is misaligned with said delivery opening,
a linking tube that interconnects said first covering wall and said second covering wall, and
an engaging member that is connected to said first covering wall;
said first covering wall, said linking tube, and said second covering wall cooperatively define said guide chamber; said first covering wall is formed with said acceptance opening; said second covering wall is formed with said delivery opening; and said lid wall of said feeding lid and said cap wall of said dispensing cap are rotatably engaged with said engaging member.
8 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 7 , wherein said feeding lid is rotatable between a non-feeding position, where said feed opening is blocked by said first covering wall, and a feeding position, where said feed opening is aligned with and communicates with said acceptance opening.
9 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 8 , wherein:
said first covering wall has a lid movement arcuate recess that has opposite ends respectively bordered by a first lid movement end surface and a second lid movement end surface; said feeding lid further includes a lid protruding plate that protrudes from said guiding wall, that extends into said lid movement arcuate recess, and that is movable along said lid movement arcuate recess; when said feeding lid is rotated to the non-feeding position, said first lid movement end surface abuts against said lid protruding plate; and when said feeding lid is rotated to the feeding position, said second lid movement end surface abuts against said lid protruding plate.
10 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 7 , wherein said dispensing cap is rotatable between a non-dispensing position, where said discharge opening is blocked by said second covering wall, and a dispensing position, where said discharge opening is aligned with and communicates with said delivery opening.
11 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 10 , wherein:
said second covering wall has a cap movement arcuate recess that has opposite ends respectively bordered by a first cap movement end surface and a second cap movement end surface; said dispensing cap further includes a cap protruding plate that protrudes from said end wall, that extends into said cap movement arcuate recess, and that is movable along said cap movement arcuate recess; when said dispensing cap is rotated to the non-dispensing position, said first cap movement end surface abuts against said cap protruding plate; and when said dispensing cap is rotated to the dispensing position, said second cap movement end surface abuts against said cap protruding plate.
12 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 10 , wherein:
said end wall has a first positioning recess and a second positioning recess that are spaced apart from said first positioning recess; said guiding frame further includes a positioning hook that is formed on said second covering wall; when said dispensing cap is rotated to the non-dispensing position, said positioning hook is removably engaged with said first positioning recess; and when said dispensing cap is rotated to the dispensing position, said positioning hook is removably engaged with said second positioning recess.
13 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 7 , wherein:
said lid wall has a first inner engaging recess; said cap wall has a second inner engaging recess; said engaging member has a plurality of retaining hooks that are disposed around an outer periphery of said first covering wall and that are spaced apart from each other; each of said retaining hooks has a first arcuate lip portion that is engaged with said first inner engaging recess such that said first inner engaging recess is rotatable relative to said first arcuate lip portions of said retaining hooks; one of each adjacent pair of said retaining hooks further has a second arcuate lip portion that is engaged with said second inner engaging recess such that said second inner engaging recess is rotatable relative to said second arcuate lip portions of said retaining hooks.
14 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 7 , wherein:
said guiding frame further includes
an annular protrusion that protrudes from said second covering wall, and
a support rod that interconnects said first covering wall and said second covering wall; and
said end wall rotatably abuts against said annular protrusion.
15 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 7 , wherein:
said first covering wall has a lid shaft hole; and said feeding lid further includes a lid shaft that protrudes from said guiding wall and that is engaged with said lid shaft hole.
16 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 15 , wherein:
said first covering wall further has a lid-facing surface and a lid-opposite surface opposite to said lid-facing surface; said lid shaft hole extends through said lid-facing surface and said lid-opposite surface; said linking tube has a retaining shoulder surface adjacent to said lid-opposite surface; and said lid shaft extends through said lid shaft hole, and has
a plurality of lid hooks engaged with said lid-opposite surface, and
a lid-abutting block abutting against said retaining shoulder surface.
17 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 7 , wherein:
said second covering wall has a cap shaft hole; and said dispensing cap further includes a cap shaft that protrudes from said end wall and that is engaged with said cap shaft hole.
18 . The quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 17 , wherein:
said second covering wall has a cap-facing surface and a cap-opposite surface opposite to said cap-facing surface; said cap shaft hole extends through said cap-facing surface and said cap-opposite surface; said linking tube has a retaining shoulder surface adjacent to said cap-opposite surface; and said cap shaft extends through said cap shaft hole, and has
a plurality of cap hooks engaged with said cap-opposite surface, and
a cap-abutting block abutting against said retaining shoulder surface.
19 . A storage apparatus comprising:
a substance container having a storing space; and said quantitative dispensing device as claimed in claim 1 ; wherein said feeding lid of said quantitative dispensing device is removably assembled with said substance container.
