Divider Construct For Trays, Related Systems And Methods

Abstract

A construct for providing divider features in the interior of a tray includes a plurality of panels including at least one bottom panel and at least one divider panel extending upwardly from the at least one bottom panel, and divider features comprising at least one divider wall, the at least one divider wall comprising the at least one divider panel.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A construct for providing divider features in the interior of a tray, the construct comprising:
 a plurality of panels comprising at least one bottom panel and at least one divider panel extending upwardly from the at least one bottom panel; and   divider features comprising at least one divider wall, the at least one divider wall comprising the at least one divider panel.   
     
     
         2 . The construct of  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of panels comprises at least one hinge panel foldably connected to the at least one bottom panel, the at least one divider panel foldably connected to the at least one hinge panel. 
     
     
         3 . The construct of  claim 2 , wherein the at least one divider panel is a first divider panel foldably connected to the at least one hinge panel, and the plurality of panels comprises a second divider panel foldably connected to the at least one hinge panel. 
     
     
         4 . The construct of  claim 3 , wherein the at least one divider wall is a first divider wall comprising the first divider panel, and the divider features further comprises a second divider wall comprising the second divider panel. 
     
     
         5 . The construct of  claim 1 , wherein the at least one divider panel is a first divider panel of a plurality of divider panels foldably connected to the at least one bottom panel. 
     
     
         6 . The construct of  claim 5 , wherein the plurality of panels comprises a second divider panel foldably connected to the at least one bottom panel, the at least one divider wall is a first divider wall comprising the first divider panel, the divider features further comprise a second divider wall comprising the second divider panel. 
     
     
         7 . A blank for forming a construct for providing divider features in the interior of a tray, the blank comprising:
 a plurality of panels comprising at least one bottom panel and at least one divider panel; and   divider features for forming divider features of the construct formed from the blank, the divider features comprising the at least one divider panel for being positioned extending upwardly from the at least one bottom panel when the construct is formed from the blank to form at least one divider wall.   
     
     
         8 . The blank of  claim 7 , wherein the plurality of panels comprises at least one hinge panel foldably connected to the at least one bottom panel, the at least one divider panel foldably connected to the at least one hinge panel. 
     
     
         9 . The blank of  claim 8 , wherein the at least one divider panel is a first divider panel foldably connected to the at least one hinge panel, and the plurality of panels comprises a second divider panel foldably connected to the at least one hinge panel. 
     
     
         10 . The blank of  claim 9 , wherein the first divider panel is for forming the at least one divider wall being a first divider wall when the construct is formed from the blank, and the second divider panel is for forming a second divider wall when the construct is formed from the blank. 
     
     
         11 . The blank of  claim 7 , wherein the at least one divider panel is a first divider panel of a plurality of divider panels foldably connected to the at least one bottom panel. 
     
     
         12 . The blank of  claim 11 , wherein the plurality of panels comprises a second divider panel foldably connected to the at least one bottom panel, the first divider wall is for forming the at least one divider wall being a first divider wall when the construct is formed from the blank, the second divider panel for forming a second divider wall when the construct is formed from the blank. 
     
     
         13 . A method of forming a construct for providing divider features in the interior of a tray, the method comprising:
 obtaining a blank, the blank comprising a plurality of panels comprising at least one bottom panel, at least one divider panel, and divider features; and   positioning the at least one divider panel extending upwardly from the at least one bottom panel to form at least one divider wall.   
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein the plurality of panels comprises at least one hinge panel foldably connected to the at least one bottom panel, the at least one divider panel foldably connected to the at least one hinge panel. 
     
     
         15 . The method of  claim 14 , wherein the at least one divider panel is a first divider panel foldably connected to the at least one hinge panel, and the plurality of panels comprises a second divider panel foldably connected to the at least one hinge panel. 
     
     
         16 . The method of  claim 15 , wherein the at least one divider wall is a first divider wall comprising the first divider panel, and the method further comprises positioning the second divider wall to form a second divider wall. 
     
     
         17 . The method of  claim 13 , wherein the at least one divider panel is a first divider panel of a plurality of divider panels foldably connected to the at least one bottom panel. 
     
     
         18 . The method of  claim 17 , wherein the plurality of panels comprises a second divider panel foldably connected to the at least one bottom panel, the at least one divider wall is a first divider wall comprising the first divider panel, and the method further comprises positioning the second divider panel to form a second divider wall. 
     
     
         19 . A system, the system comprising:
 a tray comprising a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the tray; and   a construct providing divider features in the interior of the tray, the construct comprising:
 a plurality of panels comprising at least one bottom panel and at least one divider panel extending upwardly from the at least one bottom panel; and 
 divider features comprising at least one divider wall, the at least one divider wall comprising the at least one divider panel. 
   
     
     
         20 . The system of  claim 19 , wherein the plurality of panels of the tray comprises at least one hinge panel foldably connected to the at least one bottom panel, the at least one divider panel foldably connected to the at least one hinge panel. 
     
     
         21 . The system of  claim 20 , wherein the at least one divider panel is a first divider panel foldably connected to the at least one hinge panel, and the plurality of panels of the tray comprises a second divider panel foldably connected to the at least one hinge panel. 
     
     
         22 . The system of  claim 21 , wherein the at least one divider wall is a first divider wall comprising the first divider panel, and the divider features further comprises a second divider wall comprising the second divider panel. 
     
     
         23 . The system of  claim 19 , wherein the at least one divider panel is a first divider panel of a plurality of divider panels foldably connected to the at least one bottom panel. 
     
     
         24 . The system of  claim 23 , wherein the plurality of panels of the tray comprises a second divider panel foldably connected to the at least one bottom panel, the at least one divider wall is a first divider wall comprising the first divider panel, the divider features further comprise a second divider wall comprising the second divider panel.
