Claims

Abstract

A mop bucket for cleaning and squeezing a flat mop includes a bucket body and a squeezing device disposed inside the bucket body; the bucket body has a squeezing water section and a cleaning section, which are respectively at two different positions when used; when the mop head of the flat mop is removably inserted into the squeezing device, the squeezing device presses against the wiper on the mop head and scrapes the wiper on the mop head. A cleaning tool set is further provided. The mop bucket can clean and squeeze a wiper on the flat mop by integrating both functions of cleaning and squeezing together, provide better cleaning and squeezing effects, and realize a convenient and labor-saving squeezing operation and pleasurable user experience.

1 . A cleaning tool set, comprising a mop bucket and a flat mop, wherein the flat mop comprises a mop rod and a mop head rotatably attached to the mop rod, and a wiper is disposed on the mop head, and during squeezing, a rotation of the mop head causes the flat mop to be brought into a squeezing state, so that the mop head is parallel to or approximately parallel to the mop rod; and,
 the mop bucket comprises a bucket body and a squeezing device, wherein the bucket body is provided with a squeezing water section, the squeezing device is provided at an upper part of the squeezing water section, and the flat mop in the squeezing state moves relative to the squeezing device, wherein water in the wiper is scraped off by the squeezing device.   
     
     
         2 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 1 , wherein the mop bucket further comprises a water depart structure, wherein the water depart structure is configured to prevent a lower end of the mop head from coming into contact with the water squeezed out of the wiper, or minimize such contact when the flat mop is pressed downward for squeezing. 
     
     
         3 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 2 , wherein the water depart structure comprises a water transfer device, wherein the water squeezed out of the wiper is transferred out of the squeezing water section through the water transfer device. 
     
     
         4 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 3 , wherein the water transfer device is a water passage provided on/in the squeezing device, and the water squeezed out of the wiper flows out of the squeezing water section via the water passage. 
     
     
         5 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 4 , wherein the squeezing device comprises a squeezing frame and a first squeezer, wherein the squeezing frame is disposed on the bucket body, the first squeezer is configured to squeeze the wiper on the mop head, the squeezing frame is provided with a squeezing port for inserting the flat mop in the squeezing state, and the first squeezer is disposed adjacent to the squeezing port; or,
 the squeezing device comprises a squeezing frame disposed on the bucket body, a first squeezer for squeezing the wiper on the mop head, and a first support opposite to the first squeezer; the first squeezer is directly or indirectly disposed on the bucket body; the first support is arranged on the bucket body; and a squeezing space for inserting the mop head of the flat mop in the squeezing state is formed between the first squeezer and the first support;   and,   the water passage is disposed in the squeezing frame or on an upper surface of the squeezing frame.   
     
     
         6 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 5 , wherein the first support is a pair of support ribs longitudinally extending from an end surface of the bucket body; or,
 the first support is a pair of support ribs transversely extending from a side surface of the bucket body; or,   the first support is a pair of support frames longitudinally extending from an end surface of the bucket body, with a roller being disposed at a tail end of each of the support frames; or,   the first support is a pair of support frames transversely extending from a side surface of the bucket body, with a roller being disposed on each of the support frames.   
     
     
         7 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 5 , wherein the water passage extends from a first side of the squeezing frame to a second side of the squeezing frame, wherein the first side of the squeezing frame is adjacent to the wiper, the second side of the squeezing frame is far from the wiper, and the first side of the squeezing frame is opposite to the second side of the squeezing frame; the water squeezed out of the wiper flows from the first side of the squeezing frame to the second side of the squeezing frame, and thus flows out of the squeezing water section. 
     
     
         8 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 4 , wherein when the flat mop is in the squeezing state, side edges of the mop head along a length direction are parallel or approximately parallel to the mop rod; and
 a height of the mop bucket is adapted to a height of the mop head of the flat mop in the squeezing state; when the flat mop is pressed downward for squeezing, the lower end of the mop head comes into contact with a bottom surface of the squeezing water section, and the wiper on an upper part of the mop head is squeezed by the squeezing device.   
     
     
         9 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 3 , wherein the water transfer device is a water pumping device disposed in the squeezing water section; during squeezing, the water squeezed out of the wiper drops to a bottom of the squeezing water section to form accumulated water, and the water pumping device is configured to pump the accumulated water out of the squeezing water section. 
     
     
         10 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 3 , wherein the bucket body further has a water-holding section, wherein the water-holding section is isolated from the squeezing water section; and the water squeezed out of the wiper is transferred to the water-holding section through the water transfer device. 
     
     
         11 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 10 , wherein a cleaning device is provided at an upper part of the water-holding section; during cleaning, the rotation of the mop head causes the flat mop to be brought into a cleaning state, so that the mop head is parallel to or approximately parallel to the mop rod; and
 during cleaning, the flat mop in the cleaning state moves relative to the cleaning device, and the cleaning device scrapes the wiper.   
     
     
         12 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 2 , wherein the water depart structure comprises a limiting mechanism; when the flat mop in the squeezing state is pressed downward during squeezing, the flat mop is limited by the limiting mechanism, so that the lower end of the mop head keeps a distance from a bottom of the mop bucket, thereby preventing the lower end of the mop head from coming into contact with accumulated water at a bottom of the squeezing water section. 
     
     
         13 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 12 , wherein the limiting mechanism is a raised step protruding upwardly from the bottom of the squeezing water section, thereby forming a water accumulating interlayer around the raised step at the bottom of the squeezing water section, wherein when the flat mop in the squeezing state is pressed downward during squeezing, the lower end of the mop head abuts against the raised step, so that the flat mop is limited by the raised step. 
     
     
         14 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 12 , wherein the limiting mechanism is an inwardly extending baffle plate arranged on a side wall of the squeezing water section; and when the flat mop in the squeezing state is pressed downward during squeezing, the flat mop abuts against the inwardly extending baffle plate, so that the flat mop is limited by the baffle plate. 
     
     
         15 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 12 , wherein the squeezing device is provided with a limiting frame extending into the bucket body, wherein the limiting frame forms the limiting mechanism; and when the flat mop in the squeezing state is pressed downward during squeezing, the flat mop abuts against the limiting frame, so that the flat mop is limited by the limiting frame. 
     
     
         16 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 15 , wherein a hinge seat is provided on a front surface of the mop head, a connecting head is hinged to the hinge seat, and the mop rod is hinged to the connecting head; and
 when the flat mop in the squeezing state is pressed downward during squeezing, the connecting head abuts against the limiting frame, thereby limiting the flat mop.   
     
     
         17 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 12 , wherein the squeezing device comprises a squeezing frame and a first squeezer, wherein the squeezing frame is disposed on the bucket body, the first squeezer is configured to squeeze the wiper on the mop head, the squeezing frame is provided with a squeezing port for inserting the flat mop in the squeezing state, and the first squeezer is disposed adjacent to the squeezing port;
 the limiting mechanism comprises a positioning groove provided on the mop head, wherein the positioning groove is located on at least one side edge of the mop head of the flat mop in the squeezing state; the positioning groove extends downward to a lower end of a side edge of the mop head and forms an opening at the lower end of the side edge, and a blocking position is formed at an upper end of the positioning groove; and   the limiting mechanism further comprises a positioning bump disposed in the squeezing port and adapted to the positioning groove, wherein when the flat mop in the squeezing state is pressed downward during squeezing, the positioning bump enters the positioning groove from the opening until the positioning bump reaches the blocking position at the upper end of the positioning groove, thereby limiting the flat mop.   
     
     
         18 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 12 , wherein when the flat mop is in the squeezing state, the at least one side edge of the mop head along a length direction is parallel or substantially parallel to the mop rod; and
 during squeezing, after the flat mop is pressed downward and limited by the limiting mechanism, a depth to which the mop head extends into the mop bucket enables the wiper on an upper part of the mop head to be squeezed by the squeezer device.   
     
     
         19 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 2 , wherein the water depart structure comprises an enclosure frame formed on a bottom surface of the squeezing water section, and the enclosure frame has a receiving cavity; and
 when the flat mop in the squeezing state is pressed downward during squeezing, a lower part of the mop head is inserted into the receiving cavity, thereby preventing the lower end of the mop head from coming into contact with accumulated water at a bottom of the squeezing water section.   
     
     
         20 . The cleaning tool set according to  claim 19 , wherein a side wall of the enclosure frame is spaced apart from a side wall of the squeezing water section, and the side wall of the enclosure frame and a bottom surface of the bucket body form the receiving cavity; or,
 the side wall of the enclosure frame intersects with the side wall of the squeezing water section, and the side wall of the enclosure frame, the side wall of the squeezing water section, and the bottom surface of the bucket body form the receiving cavity.
