Abstract

A multi-angle adjustable worktable includes a base frame, a swing frame, a first angle adjustment device, a table board, and a second angle adjustment device. The first angle adjustment device is disposed between the base frame and one end of the swing frame, so as to be operated by the user for adjusting the swing angle position of the swing frame with respect to the base frame. The second angle adjustment device is disposed between another end of the swing frame and the table board, so as to be operated by the user for adjusting the swing angle position of the table board with respect to the swing frame. Thus, the present invention facilitates the adjustment of the height and the angle of the worktable.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A multi-angle adjustable worktable, comprising: 
 a base frame;   a swing frame having a first end and an opposite second end, the first end pivotally disposed on a top part of the base frame along a first axis;   a first angle adjustment device having a first rotation member, a first shaft connected with the first rotation member, and a first clutch assembly disposed on the first shaft; the first shaft passing through the base frame and the swing frame along the first axis, the first rotation member rotatable with respect to the first shaft, so that the first clutch assembly generates a disengagement motion along the first axis for adjusting a swing angle position of the swing frame with respect to the base frame;   a table board, pivotally disposed on the second end of the swing frame along a second axis; and   a second angle adjustment device having a second rotation member, a second shaft connected with the second rotation member, and a second clutch assembly disposed on the second shaft; the second shaft passing through the table board and the swing frame along the second axis, the second rotation member rotatable with respect to the second axis, so that the second clutch assembly generates a disengagement motion along the second axis for adjusting a swing angle position of the table board with respect to the swing frame.   
     
     
         2 . The multi-angle adjustable worktable of  claim 1 , wherein the first clutch assembly comprises a first sliding tooth and a first fixing tooth disposed between the base frame and the swing frame; the first rotation member drives the first shaft to displace along the first axis, so that the first sliding tooth is engaged with or disengaged from the first fixing tooth; the second clutch assembly comprises a second sliding tooth and a second fixing tooth disposed between the table board and the swing frame; the second rotation member drives the second shaft to displace along the second axis, so that the second sliding tooth is engaged with or disengaged from the second fixing tooth. 
     
     
         3 . The multi-angle adjustable worktable of  claim 2 , wherein the first rotation member is screwed to the first shaft; the first shaft comprises a first pressing member; the first sliding tooth and the first fixing tooth are combined and disposed on the first shaft; when the first rotation member is in a fastened status, the first pressing member presses the first sliding tooth along the first axis, so that the first sliding tooth is engaged with the first fixing tooth; when the first rotation member is in a loosened status, the first sliding tooth is disengaged from the first fixing tooth, so that the first sliding tooth and the first fixing tooth are allowed to rotate with respect to each other; the second rotation member is screwed to the second shaft; the second shaft comprises a second pressing member; the second sliding tooth and the second fixing tooth are combined and disposed on the second shaft; when the second rotation member is in a fastened status, the second pressing member presses the second sliding tooth along the second axis, so that the second sliding tooth is engaged with the second fixing tooth; when the second rotation member is in a loosened status, the second sliding tooth is disengaged from the second fixing tooth, so that the second sliding tooth and the second fixing tooth are allowed to rotate with respect to each other. 
     
     
         4 . The multi-angle adjustable worktable of  claim 3 , wherein a first resilient member is disposed between the first sliding tooth and the first fixing tooth; a second resilient member is disposed between the second sliding tooth and the second fixing tooth. 
     
     
         5 . The multi-angle adjustable worktable of  claim 4 , wherein the first sliding tooth is disposed on the swing frame and not rotatable with respect to the swing frame; the first fixing tooth is disposed on the base frame and not rotatable with respect to the base frame; the second sliding tooth is disposed on the swing frame and not rotatable with respect to the swing frame; the second fixing tooth is disposed on the table board and not rotatable with respect to the table board. 
     
     
         6 . The multi-angle adjustable worktable of  claim 4 , wherein two first clutch assemblies are included and disposed on two ends of the first shaft, respectively; two second clutch assemblies are included and disposed on two ends of the second shaft, respectively. 
     
     
         7 . The multi-angle adjustable worktable of  claim 6 , wherein an outer wall of the first sliding tooth of each first clutch assembly has a first stopper, and an outer wall of the first fixing tooth of each first clutch assembly has a first sliding groove corresponding to the first stopper for limiting a rotation angle of the first sliding tooth with respect to the first fixing tooth; an outer wall of the second sliding tooth of each second clutch assembly has a second stopper, and an outer wall of the second fixing tooth of each second clutch assembly has a second sliding groove corresponding to the second stopper for limiting a rotation angle of the second sliding tooth with respect to the second fixing tooth. 
     
     
         8 . The multi-angle adjustable worktable of  claim 7 , wherein a first pivot hole is disposed on two sides of the base frame, respectively, and a second pivot hole is disposed on two sides of the first end, respectively; each first clutch assembly is disposed between the neighboring first pivot hole and second pivot hole; a third pivot hole is disposed on two sides of the second end, respectively, and a fourth pivot hole is disposed on two sides of the table board, respectively; each second clutch assembly is disposed between the neighboring third pivot hole and fourth pivot hole. 
     
     
         9 . The multi-angle adjustable worktable of  claim 8 , wherein the first shaft comprises a first operation end and a first linkage end; the first rotation member is screwed to the first operation end; one of the first clutch assemblies is disposed on the first operation end, and the other first clutch assembly is disposed on the first linkage end; the first pressing member is screwed to the first operation end, and presses the first sliding tooth on the first operation end; a first distal member is screwed to the first linkage end, and presses the other first sliding tooth on the first linkage end; the second shaft comprises a second operation end and a second linkage end; the second rotation member is screwed to the second operation end; one of the second clutch assemblies is disposed on the second operation end, and the other second clutch assembly is disposed on the second linkage end; the second pressing member is screwed to the second operation end, and presses the second sliding tooth on the second operation end; a second distal member is screwed to the second linkage end, and presses the other second sliding tooth on the second linkage end. 
     
     
         10 . The multi-angle adjustable worktable of  claim 9 , wherein the first pivot hole and the second pivot hole comprise a first positioning hole therein, respectively; the first sliding tooth and the first fixing tooth of each first clutch assembly comprise a corresponding first protrusion inserted into the first positioning hole, such that the first sliding tooth and the first fixing tooth are disposed in the first pivot hole and the second pivot hole, respectively, and prevented from rotating with respect to the first pivot hole and the second pivot hole, respectively; the third pivot hole and the fourth pivot hole comprise a second positioning hole therein, respectively; the second sliding tooth and the second fixing tooth of each second clutch assembly comprise a corresponding second protrusion inserted into the second positioning hole, such that the second sliding tooth and the second fixing tooth are disposed in the third pivot hole and the fourth pivot hole, respectively, and prevented from rotating with respect to the third pivot hole and the fourth pivot hole, respectively. 
     
     
         11 . The multi-angle adjustable worktable of  claim 10 , wherein the base frame comprises two side bars and two bottom bars connected to the two side bars; the two bottom bars are arranged in parallel to a ground surface; two supporting members are disposed and protrude on two facing sides of the two side bars, so as to support the first end of the swing frame, such that the swing frame is kept to be in parallel to the two bottom bars. 
     
     
         12 . The multi-angle adjustable worktable of  claim 11 , wherein an upper crossbar is disposed between the two side bars, a lower crossbar is disposed between the two bottom bars, and a pulling rod is disposed between the upper crossbar and the lower crossbar. 
     
     
         13 . The multi-angle adjustable worktable of  claim 11 , wherein the table board comprises two arm frames disposed on two sides of a bottom part of the table board, respectively; each arm frame comprises an inclined side disposed thereon and arranged away from the second axis; the two inclined sides are allowed to abut against the two side bars, so that the table board is arranged in parallel to the two bottom bars. 
     
     
         14 . The multi-angle adjustable worktable of  claim 13 , wherein two sides of the swing frame comprise a resilient holding device arranged in adjacent to the second axis, respectively; when the swing frame is not held on the two supporting members, the two resilient holding devices support the two arm frames, so as to keep the table board to be in parallel to the two bottom bars. 
     
     
         15 . The multi-angle adjustable worktable of  claim 14 , wherein the swing frame comprises two parallel side frames and two tube members connected with the two side frames; the first shaft and the second shaft pass through one of the two tube members, respectively; each side frame comprises a through hole; each resilient holding device comprises a spring and a sticking part disposed on the spring; each spring is disposed in one of the corresponding through hole, and each sticking part is kept protruding from the corresponding through hole.
