Receptacle for a product, particularly a cosmetic product

Abstract

A receptacle for a cosmetic product is described. The receptacle has a longitudinal axis and comprises a base, a cover for said base, a ring, and a hinge. The ring is mobile in rotation with respect to the base about said longitudinal axis. The hinge member is mobile in rotation with respect to the base with said ring to allow the cover (i) to pass between a closed position and an intermediate position by rotation about said longitudinal axis and (ii) to pass between said intermediate position and an open position by tilting the cover with respect to the base while maintaining the cover secured to the base. The base includes an opening for circulation of said hinge member. The ring conceals said opening.

A receptacle for a cosmetic product, said receptacle having a longitudinal axis and comprising a base and a cover for said base, said receptacle comprising a ring, mobile in rotation with respect to the base about said longitudinal axis, and a hinge member, mobile in rotation with respect to the base with said ring to allow the cover to pass between a closed position and an intermediate position by rotation about said longitudinal axis and to pass between said intermediate position and an open position by tilting the cover with respect to the base while maintaining the cover secured to the base, said base comprising an opening for circulation of said hinge member, said ring concealing said opening. 
     
     
         2 . The receptacle according to  claim 1 , wherein said base comprises an internal wall and an external wall defining between them a cavity opening onto said opening for circulation of the hinge member. 
     
     
         3 . The receptacle according to  claim 2 , wherein said ring comprises a segment movable in said cavity. 
     
     
         4 . The receptacle according to  claim 3 , wherein said segment is configured to be guided in rotation between said internal and external walls. 
     
     
         5 . The receptacle according to  claim 3 , wherein said segment has an upper surface flush with said opening in an intermediate position, in an open position and between said intermediate position and said open position. 
     
     
         6 . The receptacle according to  claim 1 , configured to allow the ring and/or the hinge member to be movable with the cover according to a movement also having a translation component along said longitudinal axis. 
     
     
         7 . The receptacle according to  claim 6 , comprising a first opening/closing thread enabling the cover to move from the closed position to the intermediate position. 
     
     
         8 . The receptacle according to  claim 7 , comprising a second thread for guiding the ring on the base. 
     
     
         9 . The receptacle according to  claim 8 , wherein said first and second threads have an identical pitch. 
     
     
         10 . The receptacle according to  claim 1 , wherein said hinge member has a pivoting articulation with respect to said ring and with respect to the cover. 
     
     
         11 . The receptacle according to  claim 10 , wherein said ring and said hinge member are configured to enable said hinge member to be held with respect to the ring in a first position, parallel to said longitudinal direction, occupied by said hinge member in said closed position, in said intermediate position and between these two positions, and to enable said hinge member to be held with respect to the ring in a second position, inclined with respect to said longitudinal direction, occupied by said hinge member at least in said open position.

The receptacle according to  claim 11 , wherein said hinge member comprises a body and a head, said cover having a notch configured to receive said head, said cover and said hinge member being configured so that said head is integrally housed in said notch in said closed position, in said intermediate position and between these two positions so as not to project radially outwards from said cover when said hinge member is in said first position.
