Abstract

The present invention discloses a pull-tab structure with anti-theft effect and a fixing structure thereof, which includes a pull-tab and an anti-theft buckle plate. One end of the pull-tab is used to attach to a zipper slider body. The first end of the anti-theft buckle plate is coupled to the pull-tab so that the anti-theft buckle plate is located on one side of the pull-tab, and the second end of the anti-theft buckle plate is not fixed to the pull-tab. When the pull-tab is used in a backpack or a cabin luggage, the pull-tab is clipped to the accessory on the surface of the backpack or the cabin luggage to prevent the zipper from moving, thereby achieving the purpose of basic anti-theft and ease of use.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A pull-tab structure, comprising:
a pull-tab comprising a connecting portion located at one end thereof, said connecting portion being used to connect to a zipper slider body; and at least one anti-theft buckle plate, each said anti-theft buckle plate being a one-piece body, each said anti-theft buckle plate comprising a first end and an opposing second end, said first end being coupled to said pull-tab so that the respective said anti-theft buckle plate is located on one surface of said pull-tab and a receiving portion is formed between said anti-theft buckle plate and said pull-tab, said second end being spaced from said pull-tab, said second end forming an opening connected to said receiving portion, so that each said anti-theft buckle plate and said pull-tab are capable of clamping an object passing through said receiving portion.

2 . The pull-tab structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first end of each said anti-theft buckle plate is selectively integrally formed on said pull-tab, or assembled on said pull-tab via an assembly structure.

3 . The pull-tab structure as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said assembly structure comprises a slit formed in said pull-tab for the first end of said anti-theft buckle plate to be tightly inserted into said slit.

4 . The pull-tab structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first end of said pull-tab is provided with a hollow portion connecting two sides thereof; each said anti-theft buckle plate is located on said hollow portion; the first end of each said anti-theft buckle plate is selectively integrally formed on an inner wall of one end of said hollow portion or assembled on an inner wall of one end of said hollow portion through an assembly structure.

5 . The pull-tab structure as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said assembly structure comprises a slit formed in said pull-tab for the first end of each said anti-theft buckle plate to be tightly inserted into said slit.

6 . The pull-tab structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each said anti-theft buckle plate is a stamped elastic plate.

7 . The pull-tab structure as claimed in claim 6 , wherein each said anti-theft buckle plate is integrally formed with a connecting plate portion, a buckle plate portion and a guide plate portion from the first end to the second end thereof; said connecting plate portion being obliquely coupled to said pull-tab, said buckle plate portion being slightly parallel to said pull-tab, said guide plate portion being obliquely away from said pull-tab to form said opening.

8 . The pull-tab structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the number of said at least one anti-theft buckle plate is 2 , and the two said anti-theft buckle plates are arranged at two opposite sides of said pull-tab.

         9 . A pull-tab fixing structure, comprising:
a bag comprising a zipper having a zipper slider body for closing and opening an opening thereof, and an accessory provided on a bag surface thereof next to said opening of said bag; a pull-tab comprising a connecting portion located at one end thereof, said connecting portion being connected to said zipper slider body; and an anti-theft buckle plate, said anti-theft buckle plate being a one-piece body, said anti-theft buckle plate comprising a first end and an opposing second end, said first end being coupled to said pull-tab so that said anti-theft buckle plate is located on one surface of said pull-tab and a receiving portion is formed between said anti-theft buckle plate and said pull-tab, said second end being spaced from said pull-tab, said second end forming an opening connected to said receiving portion, so that said anti-theft buckle plate and said pull-tab are capable of clamping an object passing through said receiving portion.

10 . The pull-tab fixing structure as claimed in claim 9 , wherein said accessory is selectively a belt or metal piece attached to said bag surface of said bag, and when said belt is used, said belt is sewn to said bag surface through stitches at intervals to form a plurality of loop portions for said pull-tab to be inserted.

11 . The pull-tab fixing structure as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the first end of said anti-theft buckle plate is selectively integrally formed on said pull-tab, or assembled on said pull-tab via an assembly structure.

12 . The pull-tab fixing structure as claimed in claim 11 , wherein said assembly structure comprises a slit formed in said pull-tab for the first end of said anti-theft buckle plate to be tightly inserted into said slit.

13 . The pull-tab fixing structure as claimed in claim 9 , wherein said pull-tab is provided with a hollow portion connecting two sides thereof; said anti-theft buckle plate is located on said hollow portion; the first end of said anti-theft buckle plate is selectively integrally formed on an inner wall of one end of said hollow portion or assembled on an inner wall of one end of said hollow portion through an assembly structure.

14 . The pull-tab fixing structure as claimed in claim 13 , wherein said assembly structure comprises a slit formed in said pull-tab for the first end of said anti-theft buckle plate to be tightly inserted into said slit.

15 . The pull-tab fixing structure as claimed in claim 9 , wherein said anti-theft buckle plate is a stamped elastic plate.

16 . The pull-tab fixing structure as claimed in claim 15 , wherein said anti-theft buckle plate is integrally formed with a connecting plate portion, a buckle plate portion and a guide plate portion from the first end to the second end thereof; said connecting plate portion being obliquely coupled to said pull-tab, said buckle plate portion being slightly parallel to said pull-tab, said guide plate portion being obliquely away from said pull-tab to form the said opening of said anti-theft buckle plate.
