Abstract

A smoking apparatus includes a main body having multiple recesses and an aperture at its base, and a removably attachable cover. The main body includes a first recess for storing smoking material, a second recess for receiving a cleaning rod with a cap, a third recess configured to receive a disposable lighter, and a fourth recess configured to receive a metallic smoking pipe. The rod's cap frictionally engages an upper portion of the first recess sidewall. The fourth recess has a depth such that when a metallic smoking pipe is fully inserted and the cover is attached, the combustion end of the smoking pipe contacts the inner surface of the cover, preventing spillage of smoking material. The aperture at the base communicates with the fourth recess, allowing a user to inhale smoke from the smoking pipe. The main body and cover form a substantially sealed enclosure when attached.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
I claim:

         1 . A smoking device comprising:
a main body having a first recess, a second recess, a third recess, a fourth recess, and an aperture at a base of the main body, wherein the aperture communicates with the fourth recess; a cover removably attachable to the main body; a rod having a cap at one end, the rod slidably received into the second recess, wherein the first recess has a cavity configured for storage of smoking material, and wherein the cap frictionally engages an upper portion of a sidewall of the first recess; a disposable lighter slidably received into the third recess; and a smoking pipe of tubular construction slidably received into the fourth recess, the smoking pipe having an inhalation end and a combustion end, the combustion end including a bowl configured to receive smoking material, wherein the fourth recess has a depth such that when the smoking pipe is fully inserted into the fourth recess and the cover is attached to the main body, the combustion end of the smoking pipe contacts an inner surface of the cover preventing spillage of smoking material from the bowl, and wherein the aperture at the base of the main body permits a user to inhale smoke from the smoking pipe.

         2 . A smoking apparatus comprising:
a main body having a first recess, a second recess, a third recess, a fourth recess, and an aperture at a base of the main body, wherein the aperture communicates with the fourth recess, wherein the third recess is configured to receive a disposable lighter, and wherein the fourth recess is configured to receive a metallic smoking pipe; a cover removably attachable to the main body, wherein the fourth recess has a depth such that when a metallic smoking pipe is received in the fourth recess, a combustion end of the metallic smoking pipe contacts an inner side of the cover to prevent spillage of smoking material from the metallic smoking pipe; a rod having a cap at one end, the rod slidably received into the second recess, wherein the first recess has a cavity configured for storage of smoking material and wherein the cap frictionally engages an upper portion of a sidewall of the first recess; and wherein the main body and the cover form a substantially sealed enclosure when attached.
