Abstract

The present application for an invention patent relates to an equipment formed by two units of opposing barriers, which at first will act as a barrier aimed at the vehicles traffic and access control on roads, and in the event of a vehicle attempt to forcibly cross the barriers when they are closed, the said vehicle collides against the tilting arms causing the arm extension (junction) segments dismantling, and in this condition, the vehicle movement inertial force causes the pairs of cables to be pulled, keeping all the arm extension segments hanging, while the traction ends up unwinding the said pairs of cables from the spools, which in a continuous act, such movement is detected by the motion sensors that automatically activate the braking devices pressing the discs to gradually stop the spools forced rotation, which consequently causes the cable pairs traction in the tilting arms, thus absorbing the collision impact and gradually decelerating the vehicle to a complete standstill, preventing its forced passage.

1 . “Barrier type equipment for vehicle access control on roads, with a system for tilting arms dismantling and rearming, and vehicle stopping in the event of a forced passage attempt”, wherein the equipment ( 1 ) is formed by two opposing units, in such a way, each one is equipped respectively with a spool ( 2 ) geared to a gear motor ( 3 ), in addition to having a central span ( 4 ) followed by a disc ( 5 ) coinciding with a braking device ( 6 ), as well as how, aligns with a motion sensor ( 7 ); in its central span ( 4 ), a series of coiled cables ( 8 ) extend to the inside of a column ( 9 ) where it is deflected by a pulley ( 10 ) directing each pair of cable ( 8 ) to the gear segment ( 11 ) connected to a shaft ( 12 ), as well as its teeth ( 13 ) being coupled to the gear ( 14 ) of an actuator motor ( 15 ); each gear segment ( 11 ) also has a female terminal ( 16 ) that coincides with the male terminal ( 17 ) of a series of extension segments ( 18 ), each of which is joined together by said cables ( 8 ) that pass through longitudinal channels ( 19 ) inside each extension segment ( 18 ), ending in a coupling terminal ( 20 ) forming a tilting arm ( 21 ), while said coupling terminal ( 20 ) connects respectively to the tilting arm ( 21 ) connecting the barrier ( 22 ) with the opposing barrier ( 23 ), and thus, the equipment ( 1 ) is completed in such a way that the tilting arms ( 21 ) are joined by signaling strips ( 24 ), attached strategically by its ends to the lateral coupling holes ( 25 ); said coupling terminal ( 20 ) is composed of a male connector ( 26 ) and a female connector ( 27 ), both of which are equipped with a connection sleeve ( 28 ) screwed to their respective extension segments ( 18 ) of the tilting arm ( 21  ), as well as, both are equipped with terminal holes ( 29 ) for the ends of the cables ( 8 ), which in turn are held in place by a locking plate ( 30 ); the female connector ( 27 ) has a “T” shaped slot ( 31 ) that coincides with a “T” shaped protruding profile ( 32 ) shaped with a beveled portion ( 33 ) as a driving aid; each extension segment ( 18 ) also receives an articulating pin ( 34 ) with a return spring ( 35 ), which passes through the male terminal ( 17 ) and the protrusions ( 36 ) delimited by the female terminal ( 16 ) recess. 
     
     
         2 . “System for tilting arms dismantling and rearming, and vehicle stopping in the event of a forced passage attempt”, according to  claim 1 , wherein the gear motor ( 3 ) is optionally replaced by spiral springs, promoting the cables ( 8 ) automatic rewinding. 
     
     
         3 . “System for tilting arms disassembling and reassembling swing arms and stopping vehicles in the event of a forced passage attempt”, wherein, in the event of a forced attempt to pass the vehicle (V), that is, with the barriers ( 22 ) and ( 23 ) pulled, keeping all the tilting arms ( 21 ) hanging, while the traction ends up unwinding the aforementioned pairs of cables ( 8 ) from the spools ( 2 ) in a forced manner, therefore, such movement is perceived by the motion sensors ( 7 ) which automatically activate the braking devices ( 6 ) by pressing the discs ( 5 ) gradually braking the spools ( 2 ) forced rotation and consequently, this effect directly affects the tilting arms ( 21 ) pairs of cables ( 8 ), promoting the vehicle (V) gradual stoppage, preventing its forced passage.
