Water cup with self-locking function
Abstract
A water cup with a self-locking function includes a cup body, a suction nozzle portion, a casing and a cup cover. The suction nozzle portion is connected to the cup body, and the suction nuzzle portion is arranged with limit teeth and an outlet pipe. The casing is sleeved on the suction nozzle portion and is penetrated by the outlet pipe. The casing is internally arranged with a clamping plate with a limit buckle and a toggle block, and the toggle block is capable of driving the limit buckle to be clamped with or disengaged from the limit teeth. The cup cover is connected to the casing and is arranged with a signal receiving unit, a driving member and a snap, and the signal receiving unit is capable of activating the driving member to drive the snap to be clamped with or disengaged from the snap position on the casing.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A water cup with a self-locking function, comprising a cup body, and further comprising:
a suction nozzle portion, the suction nozzle portion being threadedly connected to a cup mouth of the cup body, and the suction nozzle portion being mounted with limit teeth and an outlet pipe connected to an interior of the cup body; a casing, the casing being rotatably sleeved on the suction nozzle portion, and the outlet pipe running through the casing to outside; the casing being internally mounted with a horizontally sliding clamping plate, the clamping plate being arranged with a limit buckle and a toggle block, the limit buckle corresponding to the limit teeth, the toggle block running through the casing to outside, and the toggle block being toggled to drive the limit buckle to be clamped with or disengaged from the limit teeth; and the casing being further arranged with a snap position; and a cup cover, the cup cover being mounted on the casing and the cup cover being mounted with a signal receiving unit, a driving member and a snap, the signal receiving unit being electrically connected to the driving member, and the driving member being connected to the snap in a driving manner; and the cup cover, when closed to the casing, blocking the outlet pipe and enclosing the toggle block, and the driving member being capable of driving the snap to be clamped with the snap position according to an instruction from the signal receiving unit, to fix the cup cover to the casing.
2 . The water cup with a self-locking function according to claim 1 , wherein an annular turning groove is disposed on an outer side wall of the suction nozzle portion, turning buckles are arranged on an inner side wall of the casing, and the turning buckles, when the casing is sleeved on the suction nozzle portion, are clamped inside the turning groove and are movable in a direction of the turning groove.
3 . The water cup with a self-locking function according to claim 1 , wherein a plurality of the limit teeth are arranged and are circumferentially arrayed on an outer wall of the outlet pipe, and the limit buckle is capable of aligning any one of the limit teeth one by one with the rotation of the casing.
4 . The water cup with a self-locking function according to claim 1 , wherein a moving groove is disposed on an inner side of the casing, and locating posts are arranged at the moving groove; and the clamping plate is slidably mounted inside the moving groove, the clamping plate is disposed with first sliding ports that slide with the locating posts, the locating posts are threadedly connected to fixing bolts, and the fixing bolts abut against the clamping plate to restrict the clamping plate in the moving groove.
5 . The water cup with a self-locking function according to claim 4 , wherein the moving groove is disposed in a middle of the inner side of the casing, the outlet pipe runs through a middle of the casing to outside, and the clamping plate is disposed with a second sliding port that slides with the outlet pipe.
6 . The water cup with a self-locking function according to claim 1 , wherein a top block is arranged on a top face of the cup cover, and a space-keeping port for the toggle block moving is disposed on the casing; and during closure of the casing by the cup cover, the top block enters the space-keeping port and drives the toggle block to move, to disengage the limit buckle from the limit teeth.
7 . The water cup with a self-locking function according to claim 6 , further comprising an elastic member, the clamping plate is arranged with an insertion post, the elastic member is arranged and sleeved on the insertion post, one end of the elastic member abuts against the clamping plate, and the other end of the elastic member abuts against an inner side wall of the casing; and when the top block drives the toggle block to move, the limit buckle is disengaged from the limit teeth and drives the elastic member to deform and store energy.
8 . The water cup with a self-locking function according to claim 1 , wherein the snap is swingingly mounted on a bottom side of the cup cover, and a first coil spring is mounted at a position where the snap is connected to the cup cover; the driving member comprises a motor and a linkage block, the signal receiving unit is electrically connected to the motor, the linkage block is rotatably mounted inside the cup cover, and the linkage block is arranged with a bump corresponding to the snap; the motor is mounted inside the cup cover and is connected to the linkage block in a driving manner; and when the motor drives the linkage block to rotate, the bump drives the snap to swing and disengage from the snap position, and allows the first coil spring to deform and store energy.
9 . The water cup with a self-locking function according to claim 7 , wherein the signal receiving unit is a fingerprint recognition device, the fingerprint recognition device being mounted inside the cup cover and electrically connected to the motor, to control the starting and stopping of the motor according to the collected fingerprint information.
10 . The water cup with a self-locking function according to claim 1 , wherein a heat-insulating layer is arranged on a cup wall inside the cup body, the cup cover is further arranged with a rubber plug, and when the cup cover is closed to the casing, the outlet pipe is blocked by the rubber plug, to improve the heat-insulating effect.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
