Abstract

The disclosure provides a magnetic clamp and relates to the field of clamps. The magnetic clamp includes a first shell, a first clamping plate, a second shell, and a second clamping plate. The first shell is connected to the first clamping plate through a first pivoting structure, and the second shell is connected to the second clamping plate through a second pivoting structure; the first pivoting structure and the second pivoting structure are hinged in a matched manner, so that the first shell and the second shell correspond in position, and the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate correspond in position; and a first magnet at a fixed position is arranged in the first shell, and a slidable second magnet is arranged in the second shell.

Claims

What is claimed is:

         1 . A magnetic clamp, comprising a first shell, a first clamping plate, a second shell, and a second clamping plate, wherein the first shell is connected to the first clamping plate through a first pivoting structure, and the second shell is connected to the second clamping plate through a second pivoting structure;
 the first pivoting structure and the second pivoting structure are hinged in a matched manner, so that the first shell and the second shell correspond in position, and the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate correspond in position; and a first magnet at a fixed position is arranged in the first shell, and a slidable second magnet is arranged in the second shell; when the second magnet slides to correspond to the first magnet in position, the two magnets attract each other, and the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are in a clamped state; and when the second magnet slides to be staggered from the first magnet, the two magnets are separated, the second shell and the second clamping plate are overturned, and the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are in an opened state.

         2 . The magnetic clamp according to claim 1 , wherein the second magnet is slidably mounted in the second shell through a moving part, a slide opening is formed in the second shell, the moving part is connected to a handle, and the handle passes through the slide opening and extends to an outer side of the second shell.

         3 . The magnetic clamp according to  claim 2 , wherein the moving part is of a frame structure, and the second magnet is fixedly mounted in the frame;
 the handle is detachably inserted into the frame through an insertion plate; and a limiting block is arranged at a rear end of the frame, a through hole is formed in a rear end of the second shell, a limiting groove is formed in an inner wall of the first shell, and when the first magnet slides to a position corresponding to the second magnet to attract the second magnet, the limiting block passes through the through hole and matches with the limiting groove.

         4 . The magnetic clamp according to claim 3 , wherein the handle is arranged on a side surface, a top surface or at a front end of the second shell.

         5 . The magnetic clamp according to  claim 1 , wherein the first pivoting structure comprises two connecting plates with axle holes, and the two connecting plates are connected to both sides of the first shell and the first clamping plate;
 the second pivoting structure is an L-shaped connecting base, and an axle seat is formed on the connecting base; and the axle seat matches with the two connecting plates and is rotationally connected to the two connecting plates through a hinge pin.

         6 . The magnetic clamp according to claim 5 , wherein the first shell, the first pivoting structure, and the first clamping plate are integrally formed; and
 the second shell, the second pivoting structure, and the second clamping plate are integrally formed.

         7 . The magnetic clamp according to claim 6 , wherein an arc-shaped structure is arranged at a connection between the first clamping plate and the first pivoting structure, the arc-shaped structure matches with the axle seat, a clamping block is formed on an inner wall of the arc-shaped structure, and a clamping bump is formed on an outer wall of the axle seat; and when the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are in the opened state, the clamping block of the arc-shaped structure is in tight fit with the clamping bump on the upper part of the axle seat and is in a clamped state.

         8 . The magnetic clamp according to claim 1 , wherein an end part of the first clamping plate is bent inward to form a first engaging part, and an end part of the second clamping plate is bent inward to form a second engaging part; and
 the first engaging part matches with the second engaging part to clamp a rim of a hat.

         9 . The magnetic clamp according to claim 8 , wherein a plurality of engaging teeth matching with one another are arranged on each of the first engaging part and the second engaging part.

         10 . The magnetic clamp according to claim 1 , wherein a connecting handle is further formed on the first shell, and the connecting handle is connected to a connection buckle.
