Abstract
Packaging for a cosmetic suitable for allowing application of a cosmetic product on a user's body, includes a container for containing the product, an applicator for the product, and a closure for the container. A first tubular body extends along the main axis of the container, removably disposed around the container in such a way that one end of the container from the first body. A second tubular body is removably disposed around the closure. Engagement means can be provided to releasably engage the first body to the second body.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A packaging for cosmetics suitable for allowing application of a cosmetic product on a user's body, the packaging defining a main axis and including:
a container adapted for containing the product and including an internal volume extending along the main axis and a first opening to access the internal volume; an applicator for the product, comprising:
application head configured to be immersed in the product, to retain part of the product, and to enable the application of the product on the body;
an obstruction portion configured for reversibly obstructing access to the first opening by defining a position of obstruction when disposed at the first opening;
a stem extending along a main, a head disposed adjacent one end of the stem and the obstruction portion disposed adjacent the other end of the stem, the stem supporting the head to facilitate the insertion of the head into the internal volume and the extraction of the head from the internal volume for application;
and characterized in that it comprises:
a first tubular body extending along the main axis disposed reversibly around the container in such a way that one end of the container at the opening protrudes from the first body;
a second tubular body developing along the main axis disposed reversibly around the obstruction portion;
means of constraint integral in part with the first body and in part with the second body and configured to reversibly constrain the first body to the second body by blocking the obstruction portion at the position of obstruction.
2 . The packaging according to claim 1 , wherein the second body is tubular and extending along the main axis disposed reversibly around and engaged to the obstruction portion.
3 . The packaging according to claim 2 , wherein the first body comprises a first through-cavity and is configured to be occupied by the container, a second through-opening and a third through-opening configured to allow the insertion of the container into the first through-cavity and defines a first coupling configuration in which the container is inserted along the main axis into the first cavity through the second through-opening, and
wherein the container includes an access portion configured to be sequentially inserted into the second through-opening and the third through-opening, and to exit the first cavity through the third through-opening in the first coupling configuration, the access portion comprising the first through-opening.
4 . The packaging according to claim 3 , further comprising first coupling means configured to reversibly engage the first body to the container and including a first thread integral with the first body and a second thread compatible with the first thread and integral with the container.
5 . The packaging according to claim 4 , further comprising second coupling means configured to reversibly engage the applicator to the second body and including a third thread integral with the applicator and a fourth thread compatible with the third thread and integral with the second body.
6 . The packaging according to claim 5 , wherein the second body comprises a second cavity passing through and designed to be occupied by the applicator, a fourth through-opening and a fifth through-opening designed to allow the insertion of the applicator into the second cavity, and defines a second coupling configuration in which the applicator is inserted along the main axis into the second cavity through the fourth through-opening and the fifth through-opening, and the stem is configured to be sequentially inserted into the fourth through-opening and the fifth through-opening, the obstruction portion being configured to be inserted into the fourth through-opening.
7 . The packaging according to claim 2 , wherein the container is complementarily-shaped to the first cavity, the container defining a bottom portion opposite to the access portion, the bottom portion being configured at least to be inserted into the second through-opening, the bottom portion having a greater extension than the third through-opening in the plane of extension of the third through-opening, the third through-opening hindering the insertion of the bottom portion and allowing only the insertion of the access portion.
8 . The packaging according to claim 7 , wherein the bottom portion defines a bottom end opposite to the access portion, the bottom end having greater extent than the second through-opening in the plane of extension of the second opening, the second opening obstructing the insertion of the bottom end and allowing only the insertion of the bottom portion and the access portion.
9 . The packaging according to claim 8 , wherein the obstruction portion comprises an outer portion opposite to the stem, the outer portion having an extension greater than the fourth through-opening in the plane of extension of the fourth opening, the fourth opening allowing the insertion of the obstruction portion and obstructing the insertion of the outer portion.
10 . The packaging according to claim 9 , further comprising an annular scraper connected to the container, configured to allow passage of the stem and the head and configured to remove part of the product from the head at least when the head is extracted from the container, passing through the scraper along the main axis.
11 . The packaging according to claim 10 , wherein the scraper is constrained to the container next to the first opening and inserted into the internal volume for most of its extent.
12 . The packaging according to claim 11 , wherein the means of constraint include magnets.
13 . The packaging according to claim 12 , wherein the magnets comprise first magnets engaged to the first body adjacent the third through-opening, and second magnets constrained to the second body adjacent to the fifth through-opening, the first magnets and the second magnets being positioned so as to be mutually attracted.
14 . The packaging according to claim 13 , defining a first decoupling configuration in which the first body can be slid out of the container and comprising a removable closure element configured to obstruct the first opening and prevent the product from spilling out of the container when the packaging is in its first decoupling configuration.
15 . The packaging according to claim 14 , wherein the applicator and the container do not allow a closure mechanism when separated by the first body and the second body, respectively.
16 . A packaging for cosmetics suitable for allowing application of a cosmetic product on a user's body, the packaging defining a main axis and including: a container suitable for containing the product and including an internal volume extending along the main axis and a first opening to access the internal volume;
an applicator for the product, comprising: an application head designed to be immersed in the product, to retain part of the product and to enable the application of the product on the body; an obstruction portion adapted for reversibly obstructing access to the first opening by defining a position of obstruction when placed at the first opening; a stem extending along a main axis, the head disposed at one end of the stem, and the obstruction portion disposed at the opposite end of the stem, the stem configured to support the head to facilitate the insertion of the head into the internal volume and the extraction of the head from the internal volume for the application of the product; and characterized in that it comprises: a first tubular body constrained to the container in such a way that one end of the container protrudes from the first body at the level of the opening; a second tubular body extending along the main axis disposed reversibly around the obstruction portion; and means of constraint integral in part with the first body and in part with the second body and configured to reversibly constrain the first body to the second body by blocking the obstruction portion at the position of obstruction.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
