Abstract
The present invention relates to an electronic cigarette, including a shell, an atomization core, a controller, and an adjustment member. The shell is provided with a first air inlet hole. The atomization core is located inside the shell, is electrically connected to the controller, and is configured to atomize an aerosol generation matrix to form an aerosol. The controller is configured to control power of the atomization core. The adjustment member is movably provided at the shell, is connected to the controller, and is configured to adjust an air intake of the first air inlet hole and the power of the atomization core. According to the present invention, the consistency of the taste of a product is improved, the electronic cigarette is convenient to use, the adjustment member is not prone to sliding at will, and the air intake is stable.

1 . An electronic cigarette, comprising a shell, an atomization core, a controller, and an adjustment member, wherein the shell is provided with a first air inlet hole; the atomization core is located inside the shell, is electrically connected to the controller, and is configured to atomize an aerosol generation matrix to form an aerosol; the controller is configured to control power of the atomization core; and the adjustment member is movably provided at the shell, is connected to the controller, and is configured to adjust an air intake of the first air inlet hole and the power of the atomization core.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , further comprising an e-liquid storage assembly, a support, and a sealing base, wherein the e-liquid storage assembly is located inside the shell, is placed on the support, and is configured to store the aerosol generation matrix; the atomization core is located inside the e-liquid storage assembly; the support is located between the e-liquid storage assembly and the sealing base and is provided with a second air inlet hole in communication with the atomization core; the sealing base is located inside the shell and is provided with a third air inlet hole in communication with the second air inlet hole; the adjustment member is movably provided between the sealing base and an end wall of the shell; and the first air inlet hole is in communication with the second air inlet hole by means of the third air inlet hole.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 2 , wherein the e-liquid storage assembly is internally provided with a smoke passage extending in a longitudinal direction of the electronic cigarette; and the atomization core comprises electric heating nets for atomizing the aerosol generation matrix, and the electric heating nets extend in a longitudinal direction of the smoke passage and are electrically connected to the controller.
4 . The electronic cigarette according to claim 3 , wherein there are at least two electric heating nets, and the electric heating nets are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the smoke passage.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 2 , wherein the atomization core is connected to an electronic wire, the controller is provided with a connecting tube, the electronic wire is connected to the connecting tube in an inserted manner, and the controller is electrically connected to the atomization core by means of the connecting tube and the electronic wire.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 5 , further comprising a sealing block, wherein the electronic wire penetrates through the support, the sealing block is located between the support and the sealing base and is sleeved on the connecting tube, and the sealing block elastically abuts against the support to seal a gap between the electronic wire and the support.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 2 , wherein the shell comprises an outer sleeve and a bottom cover, the bottom cover covers one end of the outer sleeve, and the first air inlet hole is located at the bottom cover; the e-liquid storage assembly is located inside the outer sleeve; a first end of the support is connected to the e-liquid storage assembly, and a second end of the support is connected to the bottom cover;
the sealing base is connected to the support and the bottom cover; the controller is mounted on the sealing base and is provided with a toggle button for adjusting a voltage output to the atomization core; the adjustment member is movably provided between the sealing base and the bottom cover, is connected to the toggle button, and is provided with a first air adjustment passage and a second air adjustment passage; and in a first state, the first air inlet hole is in communication with the third air inlet hole by means of the first air adjustment passage, in a second state, the first air inlet hole is in communication with the third air inlet hole by means of the second air adjustment passage, and the first air adjustment passage is smaller than the second air adjustment passage.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 7 , wherein the support comprises a support plate portion, a first side surface of the support plate portion extends in a direction where the e-liquid storage assembly is located to form a clamping ring portion, and the clamping ring portion is inserted into an end wall of the e-liquid storage assembly; and a second side surface of the support plate portion extends towards the sealing base to form a ventilation column portion, the ventilation column portion elastically abuts against the sealing base, and the second air inlet hole extends in an axial direction of the ventilation column portion and penetrates through the first side surface of the support plate portion and an end surface of the ventilation column portion.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 8 , wherein the sealing base comprises a base plate portion, a surface of the base plate portion facing the support extends towards the support to form a sealing ring portion, and the sealing ring portion is sleeved on an outer circumferential surface of the ventilation column portion.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 9 , wherein the surface of the base plate portion facing the support is provided with a fixing groove, a bottom wall of the fixing groove is provided with an avoidance hole, and the avoidance hole extends to a surface of the base plate portion facing away from the support; and the controller comprises a circuit board and a voltage control block, the circuit board is located on the surface of the base plate portion facing the support, the voltage control block is inserted into the fixing groove and is connected to the circuit board and the toggle button, and the toggle button is located inside the avoidance hole.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 10 , wherein the adjustment member comprises a sliding plate portion, the sliding plate portion is provided with the first air adjustment passage and the second air adjustment passage, a first side of the sliding plate portion extends through the first air inlet hole to form a push-pull portion, a second side of the sliding plate portion extends into the avoidance hole to form a connecting ring portion, and the toggle button is inserted into the connecting ring portion.
12 . The electronic cigarette according to claim 11 , wherein an inner wall surface of the connecting ring portion is provided with a plurality of clamping convex portions spaced apart from each other, and the clamping convex portions clamp the toggle button.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 11 , wherein the bottom cover is provided with a sliding groove, and a groove wall of the sliding groove is provided with a plurality of gear limiting grooves spaced apart from each other; and the sliding plate portion is located inside the sliding groove, a side surface of the sliding plate portion is provided with limiting protrusions, and the limiting protrusions extend into the gear limiting grooves.
14 . The electronic cigarette according to claim 13 , wherein the sliding plate portion is provided with deformation grooves extending in a length direction of the sliding plate portion, and the limiting protrusions are located between the deformation grooves and the gear limiting grooves.
15 . The electronic cigarette according to claim 9 , wherein the bottom cover extends towards the sealing base to form fixing column portions, the base plate portion is further provided with fixing holes, and the fixing column portions extend into the fixing holes.
16 . The electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , further comprising a battery, wherein the battery is located inside the shell, is provided in parallel with an e-liquid storage assembly, and is electrically connected to the controller.

The electronic cigarette according to claim 1 , further comprising an e-liquid storage assembly located inside the shell, wherein the e-liquid storage assembly is internally provided with an e-liquid storage cavity, the e-liquid storage cavity is configured to store the aerosol generation matrix so as to supply the aerosol generation matrix to the atomization core, a cavity wall of the e-liquid storage cavity is provided with a pressure relief hole in communication with the e-liquid storage cavity, and the pressure relief hole is configured to exhaust air in the e-liquid storage cavity out of the e-liquid storage assembly.
18 . The electronic cigarette according to claim 17 , further comprising a porous elastic e-liquid adsorbing block, wherein the porous elastic e-liquid adsorbing block is located inside the shell and covers an orifice of the pressure relief hole.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
