Abstract

A window kit to connect a mobile air conditioner to a window frame to which a window is connected, the window having a first end hingedly attached to the window frame, a second end located opposite the first end, and a first side and a second side each extending between the first end and the second end, the window kit including a base member configured to be disposed between the window frame and the second end of the window, the base member including an opening configured to accommodate a nozzle extending from the mobile air conditioner, a side member configured to be disposed between the window frame and the first side of the window, and a first fixing member configured to be disposed on the base member, the first fixing member being configured to fix a position of the second end of the window with respect to the base member.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A window kit configured to connect a mobile air conditioner to a window frame to which a window is connected, the window having a first end hingedly attached to the window frame, a second end located opposite to the first end, and a first side and a second side each extending between the first end and the second end, the window kit comprising:
 a base member configured to be disposed between the window frame and the second end of the window, the base member including an opening configured to accommodate a nozzle extending from an exhaust port of the mobile air conditioner;   a side member configured to be disposed between the window frame and the first side of the window; and   a first fixing member configured to be disposed on the base member, the first fixing member being configured to fix a position of the second end of the window with respect to the base member.   
     
     
         2 . The window kit of  claim 1 , wherein the first fixing member includes:
 a rail configured to be coupled to the second end of the window, the rail being configured to extend toward the window frame, and   a mounting part configured to be coupled to the base member, the mounting part being configured to allow the rail to move relative to the mounting part.   
     
     
         3 . The window kit of  claim 2 , wherein the mounting part is configured to allow the rail to move relative to the mounting part to bring the second end of the window into contact with the base member. 
     
     
         4 . The window kit of  claim 2 , wherein the rail includes:
 a rail body configured to be disposed on the base member, and   a rail protrusion portion on the rail body, and   
       wherein the mounting part includes:
 a mounting body configured to be coupled to the base member, and 
 a protrusion protruding from the mounting body, the protrusion being configured to fit into the rail protrusion portion to set a position of the rail with respect to the mounting body. 
 
     
     
         5 . The window kit of  claim 4 , wherein the rail further includes a rail coupling portion located at an end of the rail body, the rail coupling portion being configured to be coupled to the second end of the window by a fastening member. 
     
     
         6 . The window kit of  claim 4 , wherein the protrusion is disposed between the mounting body and the base member. 
     
     
         7 . The window kit of  claim 4 , wherein the mounting part further includes a manipulation portion disposed on the mounting body, the manipulation portion being configured to allow the protrusion to move via rotation of the manipulation portion. 
     
     
         8 . The window kit of  claim 1 , further comprising a second fixing member configured to be disposed on the side member, the second fixing member being configured to fix a position of the side member with respect to the window frame. 
     
     
         9 . The window kit of  claim 8 , wherein the window frame includes:
 a first frame member facing the base member, the first frame member extending in a first direction; and   a second frame member extending in a second direction intersecting the first frame member, the second frame member facing the side member, and   wherein the second fixing member is configured to fix the position of the side member with respect to the second frame member.   
     
     
         10 . The window kit of  claim 9 , wherein the side member includes:
 a front portion configured to be disposed on one surface of the second frame member, and   a side portion extending from the front portion, the side portion including a fixing hole configured to receive at least a portion of the second fixing member.   
     
     
         11 . The window kit of  claim 10 , wherein the second fixing member includes:
 a fixing support part configured to be disposed on the front portion, and   a fixing pressurizing part configured to be inserted into the fixing hole, the fixing pressurizing part being configured to movable toward the fixing support part, and   wherein the front portion and the second frame member are receivable between the fixing support part and the fixing pressurizing part.   
     
     
         12 . The window kit of  claim 11 , wherein the fixing pressurizing part is configured to pressurize the front portion toward the second frame member. 
     
     
         13 . The window kit of  claim 9 , wherein the side member includes a plurality of detachable unit members, and
 wherein a shape of the side member is configured to be adjusted by removing one or more detachable unit members to fit a space between the second frame member and the first end of the window.   
     
     
         14 . The window kit of  claim 13 , wherein the base member includes a plurality of panels slidably connected to each other to adjust a length of the base member such that the base member is configured to extend along the first frame member. 
     
     
         15 . The window kit of  claim 1 , wherein the side member includes:
 a front portion configured to be disposed on one surface of the window frame; and   a side portion extending from the front portion, the side portion including a fixing hole disposed adjacent to the front portion, and   wherein the window kit further comprises a second fixing member configured to be inserted into the fixing hole to bring the front portion into direct contact with the window frame.   
     
     
         16 . A window kit configured to connect a mobile air conditioner to a window frame to which a window is connected, the window having a first end hingedly attached to the window frame, a second end located opposite to the first end, and a first side and a second side each extending between the first end and the second end, the window kit comprising:
 a base member configured to be disposed between the window frame and the second end of the window, the base member including an opening configured to accommodate a nozzle extending from an exhaust port of the mobile air conditioner;   a side member configured to be disposed between the window frame and the first side of the window; and   a fixing member configured to be disposed on the side member, the fixing member being configured to fix a position of the side member with respect to the window frame.   
     
     
         17 . The window kit of  claim 16 , wherein the window frame includes:
 a first frame member facing the base member, the first frame member extending in a first direction; and   a second frame member extending in a second direction intersecting the first frame member, the second frame member facing the side member, and   wherein the fixing member is configured to fix the position of the side member with respect to the second frame member.   
     
     
         18 . The window kit of  claim 17 , wherein the side member includes:
 a front portion configured to be disposed on one surface of the second frame member, and   a side portion extending from the front portion, the side portion including a fixing hole configured to receive at least a portion of the second fixing member.   
     
     
         19 . The window kit of  claim 18 , wherein the fixing member includes:
 a fixing support part configured to be disposed on the front portion, and   a fixing pressurizing part configured to be inserted into the fixing hole, the fixing pressurizing part being configured to movable toward the fixing support part, and   wherein the front portion and the second frame member are receivable between the fixing support part and the fixing pressurizing part.   
     
     
         20 . The window kit of  claim 19 , wherein the fixing pressurizing part is configured to pressurize the front portion toward the second frame member.
