Abstract
The present invention relates to a cable puller and an exercise device thereof, wherein that cable puller is used for being mounted onto a frame to be connected with a steel cable and comprises a pulley block, an attachment sleeve, a positioning disc, an arm seat, an arm and a pulley seat; the cable puller has a plurality of degree-of-freedom and is used for executing a plurality of exercise programs on a single machine to enhance the strength of the core body, and users can exercise at any angle according to their own needs.

1 . A cable puller used for being mounted on a frame to be connected with a steel cable and comprising a pulley block, an attachment sleeve, a positioning disc, an arm seat, an arm and a pulley seat;
wherein the pulley seat is rotatably arranged on one end of the arm, an end of the arm far away from the pulley seat is rotatably arranged on the arm seat, and the arm is provided with a first bolt; the arm seat is provided with a plurality of insertion holes for inserting the first bolt along a rotation direction of the arm; the arm seat is circumferentially rotatably arranged in a central position of a positioning disc; the arm seat is provided with a second bolt, and the positioning disc is provided with a plurality of positioning holes arranged in a circumferential direction for inserting the second bolt; the positioning disc is fixedly arranged on an attachment sleeve; and the attachment sleeve is provided with a third bolt and can be selectively positioned to a plurality of vertical positions of the frame through the third bolt.
2 . The cable puller according to claim 1 , wherein the pulley block comprises a first pulley and a second pulley; a pulley yoke is fixedly arranged on the positioning disc, and the first pulley is rotatably arranged on the pulley yoke; and
the arm is hinged with the arm seat through a rotating shaft, and the second pulley is rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft.

The cable puller according to claim 2 , wherein a rotatable connecting cylinder is arranged at the center of the positioning disc, the connecting cylinder penetrates the front and back faces of the positioning disc, and an axis of the connecting cylinder is provided with a first threading hole that passes therethrough; the arm seat is arranged on one end of the connecting cylinder at the front face of the positioning disc and rotates together with the connecting cylinder; the pulley yoke is fixedly arranged on the back face of the positioning disc, and the first pulley is arranged on the pulley yoke corresponding to the first threading hole.

The cable puller according to claim 3 , wherein the second bolt is eccentrically arranged on the arm seat relative to a rotation center of the arm seat, and a plurality of positioning holes arranged in a circumferential direction for the second bolt to be inserted are formed on the positioning disc, and the arm seat can be selectively positioned to any one of a plurality of rotation positions through the second bolt.

The cable puller according to claim 2 , wherein two parallel arc-shaped plates are formed on the arm seat, and a plurality of insertion holes for inserting the first bolt are formed on one arc-shaped plate along the rotation direction of the arm, and an arc-shaped groove is formed on the other arc-shaped plate; and a limit post is connected to the arm seat, and the limit post is slidably arranged in the arc-shaped groove.
6 . The cable puller according to claim 2 , wherein one end of the arm is provided with a pillow block, and the pulley seat is rotatably arranged on one end of the arm far away from the arm seat;
the second pulley is rotatably arranged in the middle of the rotating shaft, and both ends of the rotating shaft extend outwards and sequentially pass through the arm seat and the pillow block, and the arm seat is hinged with the pillow block through the rotating shaft.
7 . The cable puller according to claim 6 , wherein the axis of the arm is provided with a second threading hole that passes therethrough.
8 . The cable puller according to claim 2 , wherein a third pulley and a fourth pulley are rotatably connected to the pulley seat, and a gap between the third pulley and the fourth pulley through which the steel cable can pass is reserved.

The cable puller according to claim 8 , further comprising the steel cable, wherein the steel cable sequentially bypasses the first pulley and the second pulley from the frame and passes through between the third pulley and the fourth pulley; and a hand pull-ring is arranged at one end where the steel cable passes through, and a stopper for limiting the retraction of the steel cable is arranged on the hand pull-ring.
10 . A cable puller used for being mounted on a frame to be connected with a steel cable and comprising a pulley block, an attachment sleeve, a first steering mechanism, a second steering mechanism, an arm and a pulley seat;
wherein the attachment sleeve is provided with a bolt and can be selectively positioned into a plurality of vertical positions of the frame through the bolt; the first steering mechanism is arranged on the attachment sleeve and is suitable for a circumferential rotation, and can be selectively positioned to a plurality of fixed rotation positions; the second steering mechanism is arranged on the first steering mechanism and is suitable for rotating in a limited angle, and can be selectively positioned to a plurality of fixed rotation positions in the limited angle; one end of the arm is arranged on the second steering mechanism and rotates together with the second steering mechanism; and the pulley seat is rotatably arranged on one end of the arm far away from the second steering mechanism.

The cable puller according to claim 10 , wherein a rotation plane of the first steering mechanism is spatially perpendicular to a rotation plane of the second steering mechanism, and the rotation plane of the second steering mechanism is spatially perpendicular to a rotation plane of the pulley seat.

The cable puller according to claim 10 , wherein the first steering mechanism comprises a positioning disc fixedly arranged on the attachment sleeve and an arm seat arranged at the center of the positioning disc; the arm seat is rotatably connected with the positioning disc and can rotate circumferentially on the positioning disc; the arm seat is provided with a second bolt, and the positioning disc is provided with a plurality of positioning holes arranged circumferentially for inserting the second bolt, and the arm seat is positioned into any one of the plurality of positioning holes through the second bolt.

The cable puller according to claim 12 , wherein a rotatable connecting cylinder is arranged at the center of the positioning disc, the connecting cylinder penetrates through the front and back faces of the positioning disc, and an axis of the connecting cylinder is provided with a first threading hole that passes therethrough; the arm seat is arranged at one end of the connecting cylinder at the front face of the positioning disc and rotates together with the connecting cylinder; a pulley yoke is fixedly arranged on the back face of the positioning disc, and the pulley block comprises a first pulley arranged on the pulley yoke.

The cable puller according to claim 12 , wherein the second steering mechanism comprises a pillow block arranged at one end of the arm, and the pillow block is hinged with the arm seat through a rotating shaft; the pillow block is provided with a first bolt; two arc-shaped plates arranged in parallel are formed on the arm seat; one arc-shaped plate on one side is provided with an arc-shaped groove; the arm seat is connected with a limit post; the limit post is slidably arranged in the arc-shaped groove to limit a rotation range of the arm; and a plurality of insertion holes for inserting the first bolt are formed on the arc-shaped plate on the other side along the rotation direction of the arm.
15 . The cable puller according to claim 14 , wherein both ends of the rotating shaft extend outwards and are sequentially connected with the arm seat and the pillow block, and the pulley block comprises a second pulley rotatably arranged in the middle of the rotating shaft.
16 . The cable puller according to claim 14 , wherein the axis of the arm is provided with a second threading hole that passes therethrough.
17 . The cable puller according to claim 10 , wherein a third pulley and a fourth pulley are rotatably connected to the pulley seat, and a gap between the third pulley and the fourth pulley through which the steel cable can pass is reserved.
18 . The cable puller according to claim 17 , further comprising the steel cable, wherein the steel cable sequentially passes through the pulley block from the frame and passes through between the third pulley and the fourth pulley; and a hand pull-ring is arranged at one end where the steel cable passes through, and a stopper for limiting the retraction of the steel cable is arranged on the hand pull-ring.
19 . An exercise device, comprising a frame that is fixedly arranged, a cable puller for being mounted on the frame to be connected with a steel cable and a pulley block;
wherein, the cable puller comprises an attachment sleeve, a positioning disc, an arm seat, an arm and a pulley seat; the pulley seat is rotatably arranged on one end of the arm, an end of the arm far away from the pulley seat is rotatably arranged on the arm seat, and the arm is provided with a first bolt; the arm seat is provided with a plurality of insertion holes for inserting the first bolt along a rotation direction of the arm; the arm seat is circumferentially rotatably arranged in a central position of a positioning disc; the arm seat is provided with a second bolt, and the positioning disc is provided with a plurality of positioning holes arranged in a circumferential direction for inserting the second bolt; the positioning disc is fixedly arranged on an attachment sleeve; and the attachment sleeve is provided with a third bolt and can be selectively positioned to a plurality of vertical positions of the frame through the third bolt.
20 . The exercise device according to claim 19 , further comprising the steel cable and a load, wherein the steel cable sequentially passes through the pulley block along the frame from the load and passes out of the pulley seat, and one end where the steel cable passes out is provided with a hand pull-ring, and the hand pull-ring is provided with a stopper for limiting the steel cable from retracting into the pulley seat.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
