Disclosed is an unfolding and locking structure for a sliding rail, wherein the sliding rail includes an outer rail, a middle rail and an inner rail, the middle rail and the inner rail are locked and connected after unfolding via a locking mechanism, and an unlocking mechanism is provided on an inner side of the inner rail; the locking mechanism includes an inner rail unfolding lock and a baffle, wherein the baffle protrudes from the middle rail and is provided vertically towards the inner rail, one side of the middle of the inner rail unfolding lock is provided with a rectangular clamping groove, the other side of the middle is provided with a resilient member, one end of the inner rail unfolding lock is resiliently and rotatably connected to the inner rail.

An unfolding and locking structure for a sliding rail, the sliding rail comprising an outer rail, a middle rail and an inner rail connected successively, wherein an outer side end of the middle rail and an inner side end of the inner rail are locked and connected via a locking mechanism after the unfolding, and an inner side of the inner rail which is provided adjacent to the middle rail is provided with an unlocking mechanism for releasing a locked state of the middle rail and the inner rail; the locking mechanism comprises an inner rail unfolding lock and a baffle; the baffle is provided at an outer side end of the middle rail, and protrudes from the middle rail and is provided vertically towards the inner rail, one side of the middle of the inner rail unfolding lock is provided with a rectangular clamping groove clamped with the baffle, a limiting groove is provided in the middle to limit a rotation angle of the inner rail unfolding lock, a resilient member is provided at the other side of the middle to drive the inner rail unfolding lock to move towards the baffle, one end of the inner rail unfolding lock is connected to the inner side end of the inner rail in a resilient rotation manner via a pin shaft and a resilient member, and the middle rail is locked with the inner rail when the baffle is clamped in the clamping groove; the unlocking mechanism comprises a push rod slidably connected to the inner rail, one end of the push rod cooperates with a driving part of the inner rail unfolding lock, and the other end extends to the outer side end of the inner rail; the push rod pushes the driving part to rotate the inner rail unfolding lock towards the resilient member; and the baffle is disengaged from the clamping groove to unlock the middle rail and the inner rail.

The unfolding and locking structure for a sliding rail according to claim 1 , wherein the resilient member is a torsion spring, one end of the resilient member is sleeved on the pin, and the other end of the resilient member is provided with two torsion rods, wherein one torsion rod abuts against a side wall of the inner rail, and the other torsion rod abuts against the inner rail unfolding lock; the inner rail unfolding lock is provided with a limiting plate, the limiting plate and a side surface of the inner rail unfolding lock adjacent to the inner rail form a step, and the torsion rod abutting against the inner rail unfolding lock on the resilient member is provided in the step.

The unfolding and locking structure for a sliding rail according to claim 1 , wherein the driving part is provided with a first bevel, one end of the push rod cooperating with the driving part is provided with a second bevel provided opposite to the first bevel which cooperates with the second bevel, and the second bevel is provided with a plurality of arc-shaped bosses.
4 . The unfolding and locking structure for a sliding rail according to claim 3 , wherein a guide bevel is provided on one side of the clamping groove adjacent to the driving part, and the guide bevel is connected to the first bevel.

The unfolding and locking structure for a sliding rail according to claim 1 , wherein the unlocking mechanism further comprises an inner rail sliding member provided at an outer side end of the inner rail, wherein the inner rail sliding member is slidably connected to the inner rail and comprises a main board and a pushing part protruding from the main board, and the pushing part is provided in the middle of the main board; one end of the main board adjacent to the push rod is provided with a T-shaped groove, one end of the push rod adjacent to the inner rail sliding member is provided with a T-shaped connection part embedded in the T-shaped groove, and the push rod is connected to the inner rail sliding member via the T-shaped connection part.

The unfolding and locking structure for a sliding rail according to claim 5 , wherein the push rod is provided with a plurality of first waist-shaped sliding holes provided along a sliding direction of the push rod, and the push rod is slidably connected to the inner rail via rivets inserted into the first waist-shaped sliding holes; the main board is further provided with a plurality of second waist-shaped sliding holes located at two sides of the pushing part, the inner rail sliding member is slidably connected to the inner rail via rivets inserted into the second waist-shaped sliding holes, and the two sides of the middle of the second waist-shaped sliding holes are provided with trapezoidal bosses for limiting.

The unfolding and locking structure for a sliding rail according to claim 5 , wherein the unlocking mechanism further comprises a resilient piece provided at the outer side end of the inner rail, wherein the resilient piece comprises a hinge part provided at the middle of the resilient piece, a pressing plate and a resilient plate provided at two sides of the hinge part, wherein the hinge part is hinged to the inner rail, the pressing plate is provided at an included angle with the resilient plate, and the resilient plate is inserted into the pushing part of the inner rail sliding member and is a resilient inclined plate cooperating with the pushing part.

The unfolding and locking structure for a sliding rail according to claim 7 , wherein the unlocking mechanism further comprises a return spring and a spring seat, wherein the spring seat is fixed to an inner side surface of the inner rail, the spring seat is provided with a spring groove provided in parallel with the push rod, the return spring is provided in the spring groove, and an inner side end of the return spring is connected to a side wall of the spring groove, and an outer side end of the return spring is connected to a spring connection part on the push rod.

The unfolding and locking structure for a sliding rail according to claim 8 , wherein the spring seat is made of plastic, and a sliding table provided parallel to the spring groove is provided on the spring seat; a sliding groove connected to the spring connection part is provided on a side surface of the push rod, and the sliding groove is slidably connected to the sliding table.
