Vaporizer cartridge sleeve device
Abstract
A vaporizer cartridge sleeve device for protecting a vaporizer cartridge from impact damage includes a vaporizer cartridge which is attachable to a vaporizer. The vaporizer cartridge contains a fluid which is vaporized by the vaporizer to enable a user to inhale the vapor produced by vaporizing the fluid. The vaporizer cartridge is comprised of a brittle material such that the vaporizer cartridge is prone to impact damage. A sleeve is positionable around the vaporizer cartridge and the sleeve is comprised of a resiliently compressible material thereby protecting the vaporizer cartridge from impact damage. The vaporizer cartridge is attachable to the vaporizer while the vaporizer cartridge is positioned in the sleeve. Additionally, the sleeve is structured to have a series of grips to enhance the user's ability to grip the sleeve.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A vaporizer cartridge sleeve device for protecting a vaporizer cartridge from impact damage, said device comprising:
a vaporizer cartridge being attachable to a vaporizer, said vaporizer cartridge containing a fluid which is vaporized by said vaporizer wherein said vaporizer is configured to enable a user to inhale the vapor produced by vaporizing said fluid, said vaporizer cartridge being comprised of a brittle material such that said vaporizer cartridge is prone to impact damage; and a sleeve being positionable around said vaporizer cartridge, said sleeve being comprised of a resiliently compressible material thereby protecting said vaporizer cartridge from impact damage wherein said sleeve is configured to inhibit said vaporizer cartridge from shattering due to being dropped or due to being exposed to compressive force in the user's pocket or purse, said vaporizer cartridge being attachable to said vaporizer while said vaporizer cartridge is positioned in said sleeve, said sleeve being structured to have a series of grips being distributed along said sleeve wherein said series of grips is configured to enhance the user's ability to grip said sleeve.
2 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein:
said sleeve has a top end and a bottom end and an outer wall extending between said top end and said bottom end; an outer surface of said outer wall has a plurality of curved sections which each curves outwardly from a centerline of said sleeve to define a series of balls being stacked and being distributed between said top end and said bottom end; and each of said plurality of balls defining a respective one of said plurality of grips.
3 . The device according to claim 2 , wherein an inside surface of said outer wall is continuously arcuate about said centerline of said sleeve such that said inside surface defines a cylinder extending between said top end and said bottom end thereby enabling said inside surface to conform to the shape of said vaporizer cartridge thereby securing said vaporizer cartridge within said sleeve.
4 . The device according to claim 2 , wherein said outer wall of said sleeve has a maximum thickness between an apex of each of said plurality of balls and an inside surface of said outer wall thereby increasing said sleeve's ability to cushion and protect said vaporizer cartridge from impact damage.
5 . A vaporizer cartridge sleeve device for protecting a vaporizer cartridge from impact damage, said device comprising:
a vaporizer cartridge being attachable to a vaporizer, said vaporizer cartridge containing a fluid which is vaporized by said vaporizer wherein said vaporizer is configured to enable a user to inhale the vapor produced by vaporizing said fluid, said vaporizer cartridge being comprised of a brittle material such that said vaporizer cartridge is prone to impact damage; and a sleeve being positionable around said vaporizer cartridge, said sleeve being comprised of a resiliently compressible material thereby protecting said vaporizer cartridge from impact damage wherein said sleeve is configured to inhibit said vaporizer cartridge from shattering due to being dropped or due to being exposed to compressive force in the user's pocket or purse, said vaporizer cartridge being attachable to said vaporizer while said vaporizer cartridge is positioned in said sleeve, said sleeve being structured to have a series of grips being distributed along said sleeve wherein said series of grips is configured to enhance the user's ability to grip said sleeve, said sleeve having a top end and a bottom end and an outer wall extending between said top end and said bottom end, an outer surface of said outer wall having a plurality of curved sections which each curves outwardly from a centerline of said sleeve to define a series of balls being stacked and being distributed between said top end and said bottom end, each of said plurality of balls defining a respective one of said plurality of grips, an inside surface of said outer wall being continuously arcuate about said centerline of said sleeve such that said inside surface defines a cylinder extending between said top end and said bottom end thereby enabling said inside surface to conform to the shape of said vaporizer cartridge thereby securing said vaporizer cartridge within said sleeve, said outer wall of said sleeve having a maximum thickness between an apex of each of said plurality of balls and said inside surface of said outer wall thereby increasing said sleeve's ability to cushion and protect said vaporizer cartridge from impact damage.
6 . A method of protecting a vaporizer cartridge from impact damage, the steps of the method comprising:
inserting a vaporizer cartridge into a sleeve for storage, said sleeve being comprised of a resiliently compressible material thereby enabling said sleeve to protect said vaporizer cartridge from impact damage wherein said sleeve is configured to inhibit said vaporizer cartridge from shattering due to being dropped or due to being exposed to compressive force in a user's pocket or purse, an outer surface of an outer wall of said sleeve having a plurality of curved sections each curving outwardly from a centerline of said sleeve to define a plurality of balls being stacked and being distributed between a top and a bottom end of said sleeve wherein said plurality of balls is configured to enhance the user's ability to grip said sleeve; attaching said vaporizer cartridge to a vaporizer thereby enabling said vaporizer to vaporize a fluid contained withing said vaporizer cartridge wherein said vaporizer is configured to enable to the user to inhale the vapor produced by said vaporizer; removing said vaporizer cartridge from said sleeve when said fluid contained within said vaporizer cartridge is depleted; and discarding said vaporizer cartridge when said vaporizer cartridge is removed from said sleeve.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
