Abstract

A canopy tent based on a car tailgate includes a canopy, the canopy includes a connecting section and an epitaxial section, the connecting section is connected to the car tailgate, and the epitaxial section is connected to an upright pole facing away from a car; when the car tailgate is opened, corners of the connecting section are nested on corners of the car tailgate facing away from a rear of the car; the upright pole cooperates with the car tailgate to spread the canopy to form a sheltered area at the rear of the car. The canopy tent uses the car tailgate as two support points of the canopy tent, and completes the setup of the canopy tent with the help of the external upright pole, which not only reduces space occupation, but also lowers the difficulty and enhances the efficiency of setup, thereby improving the user experience.

Claims

What is claimed is:

         1 . A canopy tent based on a car tailgate, comprising: a canopy ( 100 ), an upright pole ( 200 ) and a nesting layer ( 300 ); wherein the canopy ( 100 ) comprises a connecting section ( 110 ) and an epitaxial section ( 120 ), the connecting section ( 110 ) is configured to be connected to the car tailgate ( 410 ), and the epitaxial section ( 120 ) is connected to the upright pole ( 200 ) facing away from a car; and
wherein when the car tailgate ( 410 ) is opened, a corner of the connecting section ( 110 ) is provided with the nesting layer ( 300 ), and the nesting layer ( 300 ) is nested on a corner of the car tailgate ( 410 ); and the upright pole ( 200 ) cooperates with the car tailgate ( 410 ) to spread the canopy ( 100 ) to form a sheltered area at a rear of the car.

2 . The canopy tent as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the connecting section ( 110 ) is adapted to a shape of the car tailgate ( 410 ).

3 . The canopy tent as claimed in claim 2 , wherein a number of the nesting layer ( 300 ) is two, the two nesting layers ( 300 ) are respectively provided on two corners of the connecting section ( 110 ) facing away from the epitaxial section ( 120 ), and the two nesting layers ( 300 ) are configured to be respectively nested on two corners of a side of the car tailgate ( 410 ) close to a car body.

4 . The canopy tent as claimed in claim 2 , wherein a number of the nesting layer ( 300 ) is four, the four nesting layers ( 300 ) are respectively provided on four corners of the connecting section ( 110 ), and the four nesting layers ( 300 ) are configured to be respectively nested on four corners of the car tailgate ( 410 ).

5 . The canopy tent as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the nesting layer ( 300 ) is connected to a main body of the canopy ( 100 ) to form a nesting area ( 140 ) with a pocket-like structure at the connecting section ( 110 ), and the nesting area ( 140 ) is configured to be nested on a respective one of the two corners of the car tailgate ( 410 ).

6 . The canopy tent as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the nesting layer ( 300 ) is connected to a main body of the canopy ( 100 ) to form a nesting area ( 140 ) with a pocket-like structure at the connecting section ( 110 ), and the nesting area ( 140 ) is configured to be nested on a respective one of the four corners of the car tailgate ( 410 ).

7 . The canopy tent as claimed in claim 4 , wherein a connecting ring is provided on a corner of the epitaxial section ( 120 ) facing away from the connecting section ( 110 ), and the epitaxial section ( 120 ) is connected to the upright pole ( 200 ) through a rope and the connecting ring.

8 . The canopy tent as claimed in claim 5 , wherein a shape of the epitaxial section ( 120 ) is a triangle, a quadrilateral, or a pentagon.

9 . The canopy tent as claimed in claim 6 , wherein a shape of the epitaxial section ( 120 ) is a triangle, a quadrilateral, or a pentagon.

10 . The canopy tent as claimed in claim 7 , wherein a number of the upright pole ( 200 ) is not less than one.
