Abstract
The present disclosure provides a serving cell management method, apparatus, terminal, and network device. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal, a first command sent by network device; and performing, by the terminal, management of the serving cell according to the first command and the configuration information of a pre-configured cell corresponding to the serving cell.

receiving, by a terminal, a first command sent by network device; performing, by the terminal, management of the serving cell according to the first command and the configuration information of a pre-configured cell corresponding to the serving cell.
2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the first command carries at least one of the following information:
identification information of the serving cell; identification information of first pre-configured cell to activate or apply; first indication information for indicating the first configuration information of the first pre-configured cell to activate or apply; second indication information for indicating whether to release pre-configured cells other than the first pre-configured cell; third indication information for indicating whether to release configuration information corresponding to the first pre-configured cell other than the first configuration information; fourth indication information for indicating whether to release the configuration information of the source activated pre-configured cell; fifth indication information for indicating at least one configuration information of the source activated pre-configured cell that needs to be released; identification information of at least one second pre-configured cell for which configuration information needs to be released; sixth indication information for indicating at least one configuration information of the second pre-configured cell that needs to be released; seventh indication information for indicating at least one configuration information of the first pre-configured cell that needs to be released; identification information of pre-configured cell group; identification information of configuration information group; identification information of serving cell group; identification information of cell group.
3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the first command further carries first information needed for activating for the serving cell; wherein the first information comprises at least one of the following:
Transmission Configuration Indicator (TCI) information to activate; uplink spatial relation to activate; identification information of the downlink Bandwidth Part (BWP) to activate; identification information of the uplink BWP to activate; eighth indication information for indicating the Radio Link Monitoring Reference Signal (RLM RS) to activate; ninth indication information for indicating the Beam Failure Detection Reference Signal (BFD RS) to activate.
4 . The method according to claim 3 , wherein when the first command carries the first information, the terminal further performs at least one of the following operations according to the first information:
activating the TCI; activating the uplink spatial relation; activating the downlink BWP; activating the uplink BWP; restarting or stopping the BFD-related timer; resetting the BFD-related counter; applying the BFD RS; applying the RLM RS; resetting the RLM-related counter; restarting or stopping the RLM-related timer.
5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the first command is a physical layer command or a Medium Access Control (MAC) Control Element (CE) command.
6 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the serving cell is one of the following:
a special cell; an activated secondary cell; a secondary cell in dormant mode.
7 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein when the serving cell is a secondary cell, the terminal determines that the secondary cell is activated according to the first command;
and/or, when the serving cell is a special cell, the terminal determines that the special cell is activated according to the first command.
8 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein before the terminal receiving the first command sent by the network device, the method further comprises:
receiving, by the terminal, a second command sent by the network device; determining, by the terminal, the configuration information of the pre-configured cell corresponding to the serving cell according to the second command; wherein the second command carries at least one of the following: identification information of the serving cell; identification information of pre-configured cell group; identification information of configuration information group; identification information of serving cell group; at least one pre-configured cell corresponding to the serving cell; at least one configuration information of the pre-configured cell corresponding to the serving cell; tenth indication information for indicating a third pre-configured cell to activate or apply; eleventh indication information for indicating the second configuration information of the third pre-configured cell to activate or apply; correspondence between serving cell and serving cell group; correspondence between pre-configured cell and pre-configured cell group; correspondence between configuration information and configuration information group; association between serving cell group or serving cell and pre-configured cell group; association between pre-configured cell or pre-configured cell group and configuration information group.
9 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the terminal performs at least one of the following operations according to the first command:
activating or applying the target pre-configured cell, which is indicated by the first command, corresponding to the serving cell; activating or applying the target configuration information, which is indicated by the first command, of the target pre-configured cell; deactivating the configuration information of pre-configured cells other than the target pre-configured cell; deactivating the configuration information corresponding to the target pre-configured cell other than the target configuration information; applying the Cell Radio Network Temporary Identifier (C-RNTI) corresponding to the target pre-configured cell; maintaining the state of the serving cell.
10 . The method according to claim 1 , further comprising:
receiving, by the terminal, a third command sent by the network device; updating, by the terminal, the configuration information of the pre-configured cell corresponding to the serving cell according to the third command; wherein the third command carries at least one of the following: identification information of the serving cell; identification information of the serving cell group; identification information of the pre-configured cell group; twelfth indication information for indicating at least one of addition, modification, or release of pre-configured cells associated with the serving cell or serving cell group; thirteenth indication information for indicating at least one of the addition, modification, or release of pre-configured cell groups associated with the serving cell or serving cell group; fourteenth indication information for indicating at least one of the addition, modification, or release of configuration information associated with the pre-configured cell or pre-configured cell group; fifteenth indication information for indicating at least one of the addition, modification, or release of configuration information groups associated with the pre-configured cell or pre-configured cell group; sixteenth indication information for indicating at least one of the addition, modification, or release of the serving cell group.
11 . The method according to claim 8 , the second command is Radio Resource Control signaling.
12 . A serving cell management method, comprising:
sending, by a network device, a first command to a terminal, wherein the first command is used to instruct the terminal to manage the serving cell based on the configuration information of a pre-configured cell corresponding to the serving cell.
13 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein the first command carries at least one of the following information:
identification information of the serving cell; identification information of the first pre-configured cell to activate or apply; first indication information for indicating the first configuration information of the first pre-configured cell to activate or apply; second indication information for indicating whether to release pre-configured cells other than the first pre-configured cell; third indication information for indicating whether to release configuration information corresponding to the first pre-configured cell other than the first configuration information; fourth indication information for indicating whether to release the configuration information of the source activated pre-configured cell; fifth indication information for indicating at least one configuration information of the source activated pre-configured cell that needs to be released; identification information of a second pre-configured cell for which at least one configuration information needs to be released; sixth indication information for indicating at least one configuration information of the second pre-configured cell that needs to be released; seventh indication information for indicating at least one configuration information of the first pre-configured cell that needs to be released; identification information of pre-configured cell group; identification information of configuration information group; identification information of serving cell group; identification information of cell group.
14 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein the first command further carries first information needed for activating for the serving cell, wherein the first information comprises at least one of the following:
TCI information to activate; uplink spatial relation to activate; identification information of the downlink BWP to activate; identification information of the uplink BWP to activate; eighth indication information for indicating the RLM RS to activate; ninth indication information for indicating the BFD RS to activate.
15 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein the first command is a physical layer command or a Medium Access Control (MAC) Control Element command.
16 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein the serving cell is at least one of the following:
a special cell; an activated secondary cell; a secondary cell in dormant mode.
17 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein before the network device sending the first command to the terminal, the method further comprises:
sending, by the network device, a second command to the terminal, the second command is used to determine the configuration information of the pre-configured cell corresponding to the serving cell; wherein the second command carries at least one of the following: identification information of the serving cell; identification information of pre-configured cell group; identification information of serving cell group; identification information of configuration information group; at least one pre-configured cell corresponding to the serving cell; at least one configuration information of the pre-configured cell corresponding to the serving cell; tenth indication information for indicating a third pre-configured cell to activate or apply; eleventh indication information for indicating the second configuration information of the third pre-configured cell to activate or apply; correspondence between serving cell and serving cell group; correspondence between pre-configured cell and pre-configured cell group; correspondence between configuration information and configuration information group; association between serving cell group or serving cell and pre-configured cell group; association between pre-configured cell or pre-configured cell group and configuration information group.
18 . The method according to claim 12 , further comprising:
sending, by the network device, a third command to the terminal, the third command is used to update the configuration information of the pre-configured cell corresponding to the serving cell; wherein the third command carries at least one of the following: identification information of the serving cell; identification information of the serving cell group; identification information of pre-configured cell group; twelfth indication information for indicating at least one of the addition, modification, or release of pre-configured cells associated with the serving cell or serving cell group; thirteenth indication information for indicating at least one of the addition, modification, or release of pre-configured cell groups associated with the serving cell or serving cell group; fourteenth indication information for indicating at least one of the addition, modification, or release of configuration information associated with the pre-configured cell or pre-configured cell group; fifteenth indication information for indicating at least one of the addition, modification, or release of configuration information groups associated with the pre-configured cell or pre-configured cell group; sixteenth indication information for indicating at least one of the addition, modification, or release of the serving cell group.

20 . A serving cell management apparatus, comprising a memory, a transceiver, and a processor:
wherein the memory is used to store computer programs; the transceiver is used for transmitting and receiving data under the control of the processor; the processor is used to read the computer programs stored in the memory and perform the following steps: receiving a first command sent by a network device; and managing the serving cell according to the first command and the configuration information of the pre-configured cell corresponding to the serving cell.

42 . A serving cell management apparatus, comprising a memory, a transceiver, and a processor;
wherein the memory is used to store computer programs; the transceiver is used for transmitting and receiving data under the control of the processor; the processor is used to read the computer programs stored in the memory and perform the steps of the serving cell management method according to claim 12 .
